I know that it is terrible practice to walk in somewhere right before close, but I was desperate, so I asked if they would take me, and they said they would! They checked out my nails, and what I was dealing with; fixed me right up! Way better than expected! Reasonable, fair pricing, excellent and friendly staff!

If you plan on joining in on the arena of getting your nails done you definitely want to call ahead and set up an appointment it will be needed. Had my nails and my pedicure done asked for design on my toes they forgot but I did get it on my fingers and it was freestyle kind of cute all you have to do is ask. I highly recommend the gel polish it lasts longer. And while youre getting your pedicure done you can enjoy the massage chair. They have a very large selection of colors, choose away. Staff is very friendly and you will have to wear a mask. There is a divider between you and the workers but you can still communicate its open at the bottom for your hands of course. You must have patience if you did not set up an appointment they may ask you to come back usually its a 2 hour wait they are very busy. And if youre bored you have a selection of TV to watch I believe there are two of them with different channels on. I enjoyed my visit there. As for cost I could not tell you it was a gift my daughter treated me.

Most of the time get great service. Sometimes when theyre busy they have people working that are not very experienced. Suggest that you always make an appointment the most the time theyre a little late

I genuinely never leave bad reviews but my experience here was absolutely awful. My friend Brooke and I wanted to have a relaxing day.. Tams had no open spots so we chose here after I looked through the photos provided thinking we’d get the same experience. We started off with the pedicure, which was $65 per person. Joe was the one doing mine, he didn’t properly massage anything. My toenails look like a 2 year old painted them, the polish went over my nails onto my skin on every nail.. After that, he started on my manicure. I was unaware of the price, I still don’t know how much they were supposed to be. I got acrylics, simple purple polish with a simple design on one finger. He cut me multiple times and didn’t even clean any of the wounds like he’s supposed to. He did not trim my cuticles nor trim my natural nails properly, so all of them are overgrown right now. My left thumb is infected due to the cut, my cuticle was stuck onto the acrylic dip and last night it tore, so my skin lifted and is bleeding. My nails were all uneven, so I kindly asked the lady who was giving me a neck massage if she could just file them to match each other.. I received nothing but attitude from her the whole time she was doing my nails.. I technically got my nails repainted twice.. I’m always respectful, even during getting mistreated so for her to act like she was annoyed at me, honestly was not okay. Brookes nails were much better than mine polish wise, but they were not properly filed so they’re extremely sharp underneath and her nails are already lifting, not to mention both of our nails are painful. So all in all, I paid $140 per person and I STILL left $10 tips for each employee. I don’t understand how the nails were $75 and the lady just looked at me like I’m crazy. I didn’t make a scene, I paid the $300 and left disappointed. I do not recommend going here, I thought I was going to have a better experience than my last salon but I was mistaken. I don’t even know if it’s possible but I’m trying to get my money back, I don’t even care about the tip.. keep it. I can provide photos if needed.

Every time I visit they are friendly and do a great job. Due to work I’m not always able to get in as often as I should. They still treat me like they are happy to see me! Nails look great! Toes look great!

Loved the way my nails turned out!! They did such an amazing job & when I said I was on a time crunch they were more than happy to get everything done for me in no time! They held up for 3/4 weeks & I’m rough with them because of my job. All in all, I will definitely return!

Wow! This is a hidden gem that I found because of its good google reviews. I’m so glad I did. The staff did excellent work, and they were very safe, using COVID-19 protocols. They had dividers, all wore masks, and made sure to keep all guests socially distanced.I can’t wait to go back! Anna was amazing!

This is where I go for all my pedicures! Great staff, they are friendly and do great work! I usually get the Firedancer pedicure, although on the expensive side you get a little shoulder rub while your toes are drying, a very relaxing experience. Give them a try!

Ruby nails was awesome! I called last minute to get 6 of us in early on a Friday for Manis & Pedis for a Wedding & they were very accommodating! My wife had 11AM appointment. The guy who was doing took another woman ahead of her and was more worried about this person and kept stopping working on my wife and working on this person. If this person was late for her appointment or didnt have 1. She should have had to wait. In my job if you are late you have to wait and depending on how late you may have to wait for an opening or until all the appointments are done. Very unprofessional

Did a great job on my nails!! Very cute! But my thumb was hurting a bit from the glue and the nail file. Very nice staff as well. They didnt trim my nails at all though, and they didnt clean underneath my moms nails before her manicure. Other than that good job with the nails!

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Sandy is AMAZING and always is so nice and welcoming! I have gone in with colors/designs in mind AND have just told her to do whatever she thinks will look nice and I have yet to be disappointed. It does get busy, and they do help folks coming in with questions, but that is the glorious thing about patience... Not to mention, when you talk to people and treat them like human beings, you would be surprised how great the demeanor and service becomes. LOVED my experience here. My mother and law came in for pedicures with no appointment and they had no problem fitting us in. The pedicures were very relaxing and their stylist were so nice! Cant wait to go back.

If I could rate this nail salon it would be negative 10. They rushed through me, my daughter, and my niece. I got gel polish and a manicure. My mani was horrible she barely cleaned my cuticles. My polish is all over my skin and under my nails and the sides of my nails are not painted. My daughters nails are the worst! Polish, shape, the acrylic is bubbly all the worst EVER!! I would recommend not going here at all! They don’t care that they did a shity job.

This place does NOT stand behind their work. My daughter got a gel pedi and less than 5 days later it started peeling off. The owner said that my daughters nails grew and thats why the paint wasnt on. It literally started peeling off. I will never go back there again.

Nail tech was rough, cut my toe, stuck me with his overgrown thumb nail. Lady had to take over. Never offered any compensation. Charged me full price even though I was bleeding!

Worst salon ever!took 3 hours for them to do my dip powder w/ tip because they kept screwing up and redoing them. They should have given me the service free or at least a discount. too expensive for such a half done job.avoid this place at all cost.
