I went here to get pedicures with my 3 year old daughter for her first time. I always went with my mom to get nails done from a young age and we’ve been doing it together ever since. The woman that did my daughters nails is heaven sent. She was so kind, patient, fun, and just all around very good with my daughter. I was concerned about her getting antsy or bothering people at the salon. Instead, everyone in the salon was very fun and made her feel very comfortable. I love this salon and I would recommend even if you don’t have children it is always so relaxing and fun. The work is done well but the people were the ones that made the experience so amazing!

They got me in last minute right before they closed when every other nail salon wouldn’t take me. They did a great job, didn’t rush because it was closing time, and asked if everything was good throughout the process. Will be going to them from now on!

First time I went and I loved the quiet atmosphere they treated my friend and I with respect. Loved the way my nails came out and they werent in a rush to get it down like in most places. The only thing that I found off is that they didnt stood up to there advertising on their pamphlet. ( Every Pedicure Package Comes With A FREE Beverage) I paid for 2 pedicures and neither of us got offer a drink. But other then that Ill go back and do business with them.

First time experience here was very horrible. Not only did she mess my nails up had the audacity to act like it was my fault. I’m the customer you should respect how I would like my nails. They were so sharp I could literally scratch myself then overpriced me charged me almost 300 dollars for a gel manicure & pedicure only because she was upset that I did not like my nails. I would never ever recommend this shop to anybody & will definitely reach out to the better business bureau for the mistreatment & quality. She told me one price then told my niece a different price there is no way it should’ve been almost 300. Never again HORRIBLE PLACE & STAFF!! DO NOT GO HERE!! HORRIBLE!!! I cannot stress it enough.

When I moved to York in January one of the first things I did was look for a new nail place. I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Every time I go in with a design they knock it out of the park. Everyone is so friendly and I’ve always been happy with my visits. I always recommend Lush when anyone else is looking for a new nail place.

I have been going there for about 8 to 9 months now and seeing Ana. She has always kept my nails flawless. The whole place is so relaxing and I just feel like Im at home. Love me some Lush Nails! You guys are great!

I went to this shop yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday. I got a full set that she said was $47 not including the designs. After 3 hours my nails turned out BEAUTIFUL!! I wish I knew how to load a picture to show you all. Literally they are gorgeous! But she charged me $147.00. I was going to become a permanent customer but after seeing that she charged me that outrageous price. My nails were done with polish only. No nail jewels at all so they arent extravagant enough to be $147.00. I will not be going back because she will never get over on me like that again. I have a REALLY large following on all of my social media platforms and everyone loves my nails but they all agreed that $147.00 was far too much. Thousands of people agreed to this!! I didnt want to make a big issue out of it at the time because I was enjoying my birthday and I had my teenage daughter with me so I just paid it after she tried to explain why it was so much. I knew that she knew what she was doing when she smirked at me and gave me a dumb look and said $147.00. Its sad because I really liked that shop. They are clean, comfortable and do nails pretty well. But they surely wont get my business again and thousands of people now know how they are with charging customers. Their prices surely arent listed that high!

They actually does good work, however they don’t like to challenge themselves. They like to talk you into the latest trend. For example I chipped one of my big toenails. Normally I like my toenails not long but with a little bit of nail length. I asked if they could just sculpture the broken nail with acrylic just so it’ll match the length of the toe on my opposite foot. ( I’ve had this done many times before that’s how I’m aware of it.) He wanted me to get all the others toenails filed down to the short length of the one broken toenail. No that’s not and option for me. At first they tried to act as if they weren’t sure what I was talking about. He then said (sorry no I can’t do that. I can put tip on. I said no don’t want a tip on my toenails) The young lady next to him says ( Just get tip everybody wear tip) Again I don’t like tips on my toenails. So because I didn’t choose to do what they wanted me to do the young (his co-worker) next to him begins to talk in their language. We all knows what that means. Lol, So never again will I patronize this establishment. I’ll take my hard earned money and go somewhere that values my money. I refuse to spend money with any business that does not value their customers. ( I mean your customers are the reason your able to feed your families) What I’ve learned from this experience as a business owner myself. While we already enforce customer service. Myself have to not only discuss this in the work place with my staff but to also do the extra leg work to have everyone take quarterly customer service workshops or webinars so that our clients feel valued when coming to us for services and we feel honored.

I got the powder dip on my natural nails to strengthen them and keep them from breaking. Because they are brittle from medication. They started to lift a chip in less then week. Here I sit two weeks after the I got them done without my nails, at all. Im not very, I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever. They charged my friend an extra $5 to get the dead skin off her heels and it wasnt a lot. They didnt even scrub or touch my heels at all. They charged me an extra $5 to remove my toenail polish beforehand. This was for 2 regular pedicures. Sat under the drier for 20 minutes and my whole toenails polish smudged less than 2 hours later. Very rushed and awkward.

They completely ruined my nails!! The full set I got was crooked and they really can’t do nail art here at all. When I went back a week later to get them removed due to them putting them on horribly (some lifted up because they didn’t do it well enough) when I say this was the most painful nail removal I’m not kidding!! I can’t even get my nails done now because my real nails need to heal 😭I’ll never go back or recommend this nail salon

The staff was so kind. They took such pride in their work. They gave us a free gift. And the entire salon was remodeled! They were cracking jokes and making us feel comfortable! Absolutely will be going back!!!!!

This nail salon was HORRIBLE. I am a cosmetologist and so I typically do my own acrylics but I haven’t had time recently so I came here with my mother. Let me start by saying the salon itself looked very dirty and their tools were unclean. They used old nail files which files can not be sanitized. Considering these times with COVID I would have expected much better sanitation. Then the lady doing my nails did not shape all my nails the same or keep them the same length. Most of them are crooked. Then when I tried to explain that I like them longer and straight she’s argued with me and kept telling me I asked for it. And charged FULL PRICE for these poor excuse of a full set. I also noticed that their licenses are not displayed, which by law they should be. Especially considering they do waxing services which cannot be done without a cosmetology license. So I doubt they’re allowed by law to do some of the services they offer since the license is not openly displayed. I will never spend my money here again.

I used to go there when it was Hollywood but I absolutely love the new management the remodel is super noce the staff are Amazing and friendly. I Absolutely love how my nails turn out super kind they offered me drinks while I was sitting there getting my nails done. Got a free gift when I paid I got exactly what I asked for.

Visiting this salon under new ownership for the first time. I didnt have an appointmentand my wait was only about 10 minutes. HOWEVER, I CAME IN AND ASKED FOR A MANI AND PEDI. PICKED out my colors and started the pedi. apparently the one I chose takes 45 min. I asked her to scrub both heels twice instead of once, which may have added an extra 3 minutes on to the manicure. when my manicure was done they let me know they didnt have time for my nails due to appointments. if they would have let me know that. I would have juat gotten the manicure which is what I needed most. good service wine and fruit are a nice touch but I didnt appreciate finding out i couldnt get the service I expected bc I asked for a double callous. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND ASK HOW long the service Takes.

Anna always does am amazing job on my nails 😍 it took mw forever to find someone and my search finally ended! Its clean, the staff is friendly and they give refreshments and snacks to the customers! Im never going anywhere else lol

She takes her time and is very detailed. Well I went back today and again amazing! Nancy is awesome! This place is very good. It is clean, it is bright, and the prices are fair. They use sanitized instruments and you can tell because they come out of a sealed bag and they time the massages so you know theyre not rushing you through a service. I had the mint pedicure and and found it to be one of the best pedicures Ive had. Will be making this my go-to for nail services.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

******Had an excellent experience getting an Orly gel manicure with . I have a lot of hangnails and cuticle growth, and she cleaned up my nails with care and made sure I was happy with the results. I overheard other technicians doing the same with their clients. This is probably the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Ill definitely be going back!*******

My regular nail place couldnt take me so I decided to give hollywood nails a try.. The salon itself is clean. However she grinded my nails on the top too close to the bed underneath and my nails are on fire still, 7 hours later. There were also globs of dry nail polish and top coat underneath the tips of my nails of which I didnt see until I got home, then had to clip them off with fingernail clippers. I also repeatedly asked for my acrylic nails to be shorter but she argued and told me they looked better longer even after I told her i work in healthcare and they had to be short.

My nails today and she is one of the most genuine women I have encountered in a while. She really cares about her customers and truly wants to make sure that her clients are satisfied and happy. She does an amazing job not only on the nails but gives an amazing massage! I have never been in here before, but I felt at home and comfortable. amazing ! I highly recommend her!😍🥂😍😍😍

The techs are competent and friendly, and seem pretty cheerful. The prices are extremely reasonable, and a mere polish change takes a while and is done well. I love the architecture--its on one of those acute-triangle corners that you get when crosses an east-west street. They accommodated me when I arrived five minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon, including my request for a strange pale green polish that was on its last legs but which they managed to make look good and last for over a week. The place is flooded with light from the big windows and the door was left open for ventilation.🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋🎋

I come to this place exclusively for Nancy! Shes amazing, funny, and the best nail technician Ive found down here. For those who need cuticles desperately cut, shes the best! She also is meticulous and always does a perfect job. I get gel manis every two weeks and they never ever chip. Definitely recommend her!

Nails last at least 3 weeks u till I need them done again. Remodeled and includes a child pedicure bath. Nice, clean place.

Terrible experience! Nail technician cut my finger while using a machine, did not shape my nails the way I asked, and was rude overall! I do NOT recommend them they do a poor job.

The very worst Experience I ever had they painted my toes and fingers different colors. I understand this can happen by mistake, but realized that they knew this and didn’t correct while I was there. The colors were similar, that’s why I didn’t notice at first. But two of the manicurists came over to the dryer to check my feet. At first I thought that the first one was checking to see if they were dry. But they walked away laughing. I wondered why...after I got outside in the natural light I noticed the colors were not the same. Went with my daughter and she wasn’t finished when I was, so I was there for a half hour waiting for her to be finished, they could have been honest and corrected the color during that time. My nails were cut tooShort an uneven. Nail polish left on my skin was not cleaned up and she cut my toe. When I went back inside to report my displeasure they were rude. I walked away with a six dollar gift certificate for my inconvenience. Very poor customer service and I felt cheated.

Went in on a saturday paid 120 for full set pedi n eyebrows... here I am Tuesday spending my time here again because 2 nails fell off already... plus one of my eyebrows are way smaller than the other.... and when I came in to get the nails fixed they laughed! I had a bad experience and I will NEVER go here again and also I tell everyone else to stay away when they ask me. My nails looked like crap! The lady who did them rushed through them so quickly that she even cut me! The polish was bad, the nails were uneven and crooked and some were square like I asked while others were round? Then she got mad when I didnt tip her. Reason she was rushing with me? She was leaving!!!!! Why didnt they just have someone else do it? Seriously this place is bad news. I will never go back. This place doesnt deserve anyones business.

Awful! Paid for 2 $50 pedicures. My friend got good service and I got crappy service. They even knew I was paying so you would think they wouldve done a good job on mine for a good tip. 😏 my toe polish was all weird and thin, still wet 3 hours later, the massaging was a joke! I have been going here for years. They are very proficient doing their job. The only complaint that I have is that when you are choosing a nail color, many times, that color is not available.

My first experience here was awesome. I loved it so much I came back. This second experience has been a complete freaking nightmare. My nails are uneven and crooked. And I asked 3 times to have just the tip painted. And the man painted 3 nails completely and just the tip on my pointer finger and thumb. He was awful with the dremmel and has my cuticle red and sore on at least half my nails. Ill certainly not be returning or recommending this to anyone else.

Just waxing, No nails! I would recommend this place for waxing only. I love how they wax my eyebrows. Its never too thin, and I have never looked surprised when I left. As far as getting your nails done, I wouldnt recommend it. My nails started chipping the day after I got them done, even though I got the uv gel for my nails. Which was only some clear nail polish I suspect. I was asked to pay in the middle of me getting my nails done, which was very unprofessional to me. So if you want a great eyebrow wax GO THERE. But for any nail service I would recommend Elite Nail Studio in East York.

They do a good job as far as their work on your nails.....polish though, not so much! If you want anything off of pintrest go somewhere else or take your own polish. I would suggest they toss every polish in that shop, buy new and definitely update their sparkle polish selection!! I literally just walked out and am going to Wal-Mart to get polish and will have high hopes that tomorrow theyll fix mine!

$10 to have my acrylics removed before surgery and all she did was pry them off with another nail.. I could have done that myself for free. Now my fingers hurt, my nails are flaked, and the point of driving to the salon in the snow was to avoid damage to my nails!

A friend and I went to get the gel nailpolish and the lady who was doing my nails was on FaceTime. She was buffing my nails and because she wasnt paying attention, managed to buff my skin off by my cuticle. She kept asking me if I wanted my eyebrows done even though I was here 3 days prior and got my eyebrows done at their shop. My gel nailpolish is super thick and uneven. I will not go back.

Made an appointment for a pedicure. Drop off my wife about an hour and 20 mins ago. She is STILL NOT DONE. I do this for her often, this is unacceptable. Should never take this long with a very basic pedicure and appointment already made.

I would not recommend this place. I went here almost a year ago with my husband for mani and pedi. Not only was the gentleman who did it quite painful about it. I still have a huge bruise on my large toe nail that is still growing out. I love French manicures and pedicures but I cant pull it off as a pedi yet. Would say I still have at least another 6 months of growing it out to go before it cant be seen. Dont think the mani/pedi experience should qualify as painful or semi-permanently scar you.

Absolute trash. They ruined my natural long nails so I had to cut them right after my appointment and had horrible attitudes when I expressed any sort of concern.
