I have been going to Elegant Nails York for years. There are now new owners. My service today was the worst I have had. As I sat getting my nails rushed through, the technician next to me was arguing with her client how the French manicure she wanted was going to take too long. The client was told she should have come in on a Monday or Tuesday. Then she acted rudely toward the client.And my nails look horrible. There is paint on my finger tips and none on the sides of my nails.And my daughter never got her manicure, after being there for 2 hours.Never again.

Both my mom & friend went there recently & had very rude service, the technicians were overruling their opinions when it came to their wants/needs for a certain design they wanted. The wait was long & their nails were rushed!!!! Highly unacceptable!!!! They wanted a design and the technicians said that it would take too long and another technician made comments about how she doesn’t even like doing nails!!!! How unprofessional is that. Very disappointed, a waste of time, and money!!!!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I highly recommend coming to this salon. The staff is super friendly! The stations are COV-19 sanitized! Lynn and her husband are very friendly! The prices for Dipped here are unbelievable and extremely affordable!Mark your calendars and make your appointments!

Friendly, aim to please and talented in all the services they provide. I often get pedicures and eye lash lifts (which must add are worth every penny for this busy mom... Saves me makeup time and I look beautiful all natural. Amazing what eyes do. )

The new owners are awful....they overbook and the wait times are ridiculous...I got a pedicure and my toenails are all different lengths.....time to move on

I went to Elegant Nails & Spa today for the first time after my sister-in-law recommended them. I got one of the deluxe pedicures and it was phenomenal! I didnt feel rushed at any portion of it. Lynn took her time and did a great job! I will definitely be going back!

Best salon experience you could ask for. Took my Mom here for her birthday- she is not used to being pampered or having her nails done- and they treated her like a queen. Not only that, but I am 9 months pregnant and even tho I did not have any services done myself, they treated me wonderfully as well. Welcomed me to sit and chat with my Mom and sister in law in the comfortable chairs and prop my feet up while I waited for them. Super personable and so genuinely sweet. On top of that, they do an AMAZING job! I live about 45 minutes away, but definitely worth the drive to go here.

Love this place! Me and my mom come and get our nails done every 2 weeks! They have great service. They even let us come when they were closed! Even tho its a bit pricey I would recommend to anyone in the area. We drive about 45 minutes to get there its totally worth it!

My nails look amazing. They are a full service nail salon . Pedicure,fill ins, manicure and eyebrows. The young woman who did my nails was fast, pleasant and cleaned underneath my nails. My fill in cost $15.My pedicure was also amazing with a 10 minute leg massage, nail trim, filed and painted. Cost $25. It is a spacious place. It is nice, but could use cleaned up a bit. It is not as organized as other salons. Boxes are setting out, ft things piled on top of each other. And a bit dusty. This is my personal opinion, as I am used to spotless nail salons.

I think they do a wonderful job and they interact with the customer pretty frequent rather than talking to one another in their native language and I appreciate that. They offer a wide range of services. The ambiance is nice also.

When I lived in Pennsylvania this was the only nail shop I went to. Customer service was great and the staff were all friendly and kind. Great people. I enjoyed getting my nails done at this location.

Called for a walk in appointment. Took me in for appointment within half an hour of calling. I literally had the best pedi in my life. Great price and massage. Got my full set and couldnt be happier. Great attention to detail and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!!

Would give it a less than one star but Im not able to. I’ve been to this place twice for eyebrow waxing. Both times they’ve made my eye brows completely different shapes! Will not ever go back to this place!

Awful and wasted money. The gel polish wasnt even applied to my whole nail. And started chipping after 2 days.
