This salon is pretty much a one stop shop. The owner is a sweetheart, all of the stylists are great and the salon and tanning sides are both clean. They use top of the line color and product for hair and they have several great options of tanning products. The hydration station is so great! They even have red light therapy!

Went to Creations after not getting called back from a few salons as a last minute resort to getting my hair cut and colored. So glad they were able to take me because Stacy did an Awesome job on my hair!! Loved! Loved the way it came out! She consulted with me first and told me what colors would work for what I was asking for. She also gave me advice on what hair color products to use. Very Knowledgeable! From now on this is where I’ll be going to. Stacy got herself a new hair client! Thank you Creations!

Went there for what I thought would be a quick haircut for my daughter. All I wanted was a bob. We were there for hours! This girl (Rae) had absolutely no idea what she was doing. We were there past closing. I felt so bad for the other girl that had to wait for her to finish. I had to go to another salon the next day and get my daughters hair fixed. It was ridiculous. If she didnt know what to do then stop and either ask for help or just say you cant do it. Luckily my daughter is only 7 and she got over it very quickly. Plus the second salon did an amazing job. Unfortunately this was a lesson learned. I moved and was looking for a salon close to home. Unfortunately this one wasnt it.

Amy did a fabulous job with highlighting. My daughter has long, thick, spiral curl hair and it looks amazing!

I just went in for a trim and Stacie did an awesome job. Usually I struggle to find a stylist who does so good with super curly hair like mine! I would definitely recommend this place as long as you don’t mind paying for quality!

I am amazed with how my hair and nails turned out. My stylist did very well with me and was extremely professional with a lot of good ideas to help me make a decision on what I wanted. During my eyebrow waxing (I have very sensitive skin), the lady was very patient with me. It was overall a great experience and I will be going again.

Unwarranted slander campaign against this business in progress! Ive been going to this salon since its opening 14 years ago. It constantly received reviews in the 4.5 star area the entire time and it is well deserved. The staff is very professional and my entire family goes there and are always pleased with the results. I found it odd that there have been some negative reviews recently so I checked them out. I found there have been 21 ONE STAR REVIEWS in the past three days, and growing by the hour, where most of them have no comments attached. It is obviously a coordinated effort to slander the business by one or more people contacting family and friends to post negative reviews. Dont let them win! It is most likely illegal and that type of behavior should be shut down by Google.

Worst salon ever.Went to get highlights done and it looked like a five year old did them. Completely uneven and just gross to look at! I was embarrassed to walk around with hair like that. Then they said they would fix it, so I went back supposedly to get it fixed and it went from looking horrible to looking bad. No matter how many times they tried to “fix it” they just kept proving both of these stylists were both incapable of doing a simple task. $100 down the drain, I could do this myself for 20$ and without a license . Save your money and go elsewhere or head to Sally’s and attempt to do your hair yourself I bet you can do better than the people there.

Superb experience! I called to make an appointment expecting to wait a few days but they fit me in the same day. My hair was in really bad shape...damaged and brassy, but Crystal was able to completely transform my hair. She’s top notch! If you need a color correction and/or amazing hair cut, Crystal’s your gal. She was extremely knowledgeable and stays current with the latest procedures and trends. Love this salon. I can always get an appointment same day. The only negative is that there is a lot of part time people or turnover or something. In the 2 years I have been going there I have never had the same person twice. I am hoping my last stylist sticks around a while.

After experiencing very bad fades from numerous other places claiming to be be able to do it, I decided to give them a chance. It was perfect!!!!A little more expensive then other places in york but well worth it to get my haircut right. They are very knowledgeable and friendly... Definitely reccomend them to anyone

Went for first time Tues. 3/27/18 for a hair cut I was greeted right away by both employees. Joyce introduced herself and seated me immediately in her chair. She then asked me what I was there for and how I wanted my hair cut. She cut it exactly how I wanted it and I was in and out in less than a half hour. I will return as a repeat customer. Bob Smith

If I could give zero stars I would. We showed the stylist Amanda what we wanted. We walked out with a hair cut we did not ask for and now have to go to someone else to fix. She was very unprofessional from the moment we walked in the door. I will never go back here again.

Very disappointed. Went there today for a 1 year member ship on tanning .2 bulbs were out in the bed and a bottle of spray was on top of a radio with a wet cleaning towel that was already used to clean the beds..thats tells me it was not very sanitary as to already know after tanning for so many years you dont use the same towel after someone knowing you can transfer different diseases like scabies and lice. I did call call back later and talked to the owner and she told me that they pass inspection every year. that makes me be in disbelief after 1day on going there .I was told my member ship would be cancelled and I would only be charged for today but when I ask for it in writing the owner Jorce said no Im Not doing that and proceeded to cut me short over the phone .not showing a good business to me .with all do respect I do not recomend this tanning salon to someone who knows all about a good tan.thank you.

Absolutely terrible! If I could give this place a zero I would I think one star is too high! Beware of going here! The employees are untrained and notcapable of handling anything more than the basic trimmings and treatments. My wife went here to have her hair taken care of. She wanted to go blond and the employee said that wouldnt be a problem. After several hours and over $200 spent my wife left cryingbecause the style is completely fried her hair and was unable to do what needed to be done. The stylist had to cut over 3 in off because she ruined it. she still didnt get my wifes hair blond she only got it to a light brown and orange from a semi dark brown. Her hair is damaged very badly nowand she is still going to have to try and get the color fixed at some point which will cost more.

I took my daughter her for a trim/clean up. I told them she likes the side bang, she has layers, like a straight cut and to frame the face. About 5-6 times I had to repeat only a trim/clean up. They asked if I wanted her hair washed as well and I said yes. 30 mins later she is finally finished with a trim on a 9yr old and my total was $27 because the stylist decided to blow dry her hair without asking and something I didnt ask for. So I got charged for something I didnt want at all, I was still nice enough to give a $5 tip. So in total I spent $32 for a childs wash and cut with a blow dry we didnt ask for nor want.Not to mention they butchered my sons hair a few weeks back.Ive been going here for years but as of today I am officially looking for a new salon with better beauticians.Be extremely picky who you let cut your hair and if they need to be told 5-6 times what you want done, just walk away.

I went there the first time She did a great job So I thought hey I’ll go back ! 2nd time not so good she said you can do something with your bangs !! Oh I thought I was paying you! I asked her to cut more off which she didn’t just textured somemore, also used no products at all at the end to help with the style of my hair . $30 with a tip yes I was still nice enough to tip! and I had to come home and style my our hair !! Right!! Than made comments against Baltimore people which is my Hometown I won’t repeat what she said because I found it rude and disrespectful! So no need to repeat and offend others so I won’t ! I will not be gone back ever needless to say. Tip ; try to keep your opinions to yourself you do work with the public.. sorry us Baltimore people don’t fit agenda .. but mmmm.. your only a hair dresser! Not a doctor, lawyer, judge etc.respect goes a long way try it ! Doesn’t matter where people comes from we all make you a paycheck . Sorry it’s not gone to workout for me I’ll be looking for another place to spend my money !
