I went in and got gel on my feet and nails it started chipping within 3 days not even 2 weeks horrible job. and the fact I got charged so much money on my card never again these good reviews are definitely people who work there or family related .

I went and my toes are now sore and infected because the lady wouldn’t listen when I told her not to dig so dig in my toes also hurts a lot ! They’re prices are all crazy & nails don’t last long, they also have a bad attitude

I went for my first time today and I am beyond happy with how my nails came out. Channel did an amazing job and since they are so close to my house I will deff be going back there in the future.

I feel like the people giving this establishment good reviews are probably the workers. I have not had a good experience here! I would not recommend to ANYONE.

So I go online to find a salon and chose this one UNFORTUNATELY I sat right down in the chair told the young lady what I wanted a gel fill in. I have short nails so I’m thinking it should be quick. I only had 45 minutes on the parking meter which was expired by the time I got out there. She stopped every few minutes to talk to her coworkers she was very unprofessional drinking wine while doing my nails. when she put the color on itIt started getting lumpy when I mentioned it she said once he puts the topcoat on it and would change NOPE ! This is probably one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been I’ve been getting my nails done for over 25 years this has got to be the worst manicure I’ve ever had. If I had time I would’ve asked her to take the polish off and walked out of there with beer nails! They charged me $30 but this BS!

Jolanny is the best nail tech in Yonkers. She works by appointment only. All the ladies here are great. Get your hair and nails done all at the same spot

Is a good place to do Manicure and Pedicure

First and foremost the girl didnt file my nails properly secondly by the time I made it home the polish started stripping. Im so upset because this lady that works there shes just all up in everyones business and making alot of noise with her loud boisterous self shes so unprofessional and is just too much and she fails to pay attention to the work that shes doing and behave like shes doing you a favor and not you doing her. So disappointed..smh👎

My first time going and it was horrible. I came to this salon based on the reviews. When it came down to pricing the girl gave me different prices when asked several times. First, she asked me if the owner had given me the prices, I said no. Thats when she proceeded to tell me the prices and kepted changing it cuz obviously she thought I couldnt add. Stay in school people. I ask for a manager, and she gave me the prices. Let me clarify, pedicure went from $20 to $25, gel color went from $10 to $15 to $20. Then my pedicure massage wasnt even a 10 minute massage. The girl removed my tips I had on and didnt remove all the acrylic which I still have on my 2 thumbs. On top of that it seemed I had an infection on my middle finger, turns out it was only on top. As I sat there getting my pedicure done I filed the discoloration away and it wasnt a infectuon within the nail only on top, as she thought. I wish I can upload a photo so you all can see. I also had a cracked toe nail and just saw she didnt put enough acrylic to seal it, it is still cracked. I was very disappointed and upset with this place. Im going to go back and denand they fix it correctly since I paid for it. The owner needs to make sure all employees know the prices and try to be slick with getting people for their money. If your going to do a job, do it right the 1st time. Now I have to spend more money to get the remaining acrylic removed and get my nails done as I wanted cuz she refused to put anything on my nails other than a nail harder and conditioner for my nails thats from DR and no medication for the so called infection. Go at your own risk.

They seem nice but I got a pedicure and It was a young girl might just be learning not sure she did an ok job kinda like doing it at home I wanted a good job done where they take their sweet time and clean my nails good, scrub the bottom and massage good and let my feet soak a bit. She took 30mins just to paint my nails and like 10mins to do everything else smh.

I would Never go here again. Between the prices, the way I was treated, talked to, and nickel and dimed over like any simple alteration to my nails. No Thanks!

Outrageous Prices!!? They charge $10 for gel nail polish when the average salon in the area charges $5... Impeteaux Nail Salon down the street has a beautiful atmosphere and they don’t overcharge. Went here twice, both times Nail techs seemed to be telling me what to do like I was their child... Very embarrassed and uncomfortable. I think they get away with the prices and treatment of customers because people have been going here for so long, I just don’t think people ask questions anymore...I got a very short acrylic nail set (pretty much the same size as my natural nail) with gel nail polish... and they charged $45??? The girl told me like every 2 centimeters in length was basically another $5 add on? I called the owner after I left the nail salon, because I didnt want to get into an argument there and it seemed she refused to take ownership for her establishment or volunteer to address anyone, or take any consideration really for what I was saying it seemed. She kept telling me to come in and confront (argue with) the nail tech??? Which is in my opinion totally unprofessional. The owner was nice to me in person however, but that could have been because she didnt seem to be willing to confront too much, including addressing the issues I called her on.The person I had as a nail tech seemed loud and to scream out to the entire salon every few mins. The other thing is its hard to get a solid answer on pricing, by the time I was done there was so many up-charges for filing, length, etc — it became tough to keep up with, at least for me.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, you might get some good gossip, but other than that BUYER BEWARE!
