Very rude! We made an appointment yesterday for today, my mom and I went in to our scheduled appointment and he said we didn’t have one..in which we did. He then walked off so we left. Very rude. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Love this place. I go here every two weeks and they are super nice and do great work even when I am particular. I also love that they play Klove on the radio.

I went in today a little before 5:30pm. They did have clients in the pedicure section. The man asked what I needed. I asked for a full set. He said “no time.” I repeated “no time?” He said no without even looking at me. They close at 7 pm— that would’ve been plenty of time. This was my 1st time here and I will not ever return!

This is the far best nail salon I have ever been to they were really nice and welcoming and they didnt just rush to get it done they actually took there time and they disinfected with rubbing alcohol even the nails before they put them on and they really try to make u laugh from the second u walk in the door to the time u walk out I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Love this place the people are lovely, people are complaining of how “rude” they are but they’re not they overall care about the people that walk in through the door. They know when the client is not satisfied with the service but they try their best. I’m sure it’s not easy dealing with a whole bunch of people walking through the door and asking for the same thing more than 20 times I wouldn’t be able to deal with that. Some people might just not like their way of being, I’ve gone there more than 6 times and every time I have been happy with the service and the overall outcome of my nails!!

I dont know. This is a 3/4. I didnt get my callous taken off. I got alot of attitude when j changed the color I wanted. Practically got yelled at. Ill try to give it another try.

Super friendly staff and affordable

Wow, so many negative reviews I normally look at them first before I go in and I randomly walked in and got mine done here. Everywhere else I’ve run into a problem when I got my nails done. This place was fine with me and my 6month infant being there. I even nurses and no one bothered me. The women talked to my baby and smiled so much. The guy was quiet and secluded so not much to say but my experience with him wasn’t terrible. I’m not much for talking anyway. I prefer that. I showed him what I wanted on my phone and he did it. Made me pay before painting but I figured that’s so he doesn’t get ripped off. Paid and he finished. They where super busy too. I love my nails.

I never leave reviews but this was the WORST experience I have ever experienced!! Took my daughter here for her birthday cause I was told the did great work.. yes they do pretty good work but I am blown away at how rude the older man (guessing he’s the owner). I WILL. NEVER GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS PLACE !!!

Very poorly painted and Weird shaped. The people there are extremely rude especially the lady. The older guy there is extremely nice though highly recommend him. It’s just the lady she’s so rude and in a hurry and doesn’t give your nails any time to dry before she kicks you out.

Did amazing work really took his time to detail mine and my moms nails. Was our first time their and will be going back again

I have been coming to this salon since 2018. I love this place, very good pedicures and full sets in my opinion. They take their time on your pedicures. And for some of the negative I have zero, we are all human and maybe they were having a day.

This is by far my favorite place in Yakima to get a pedicure. It doesnt matter to me that its out of the way either. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I feel as if Im a valued customer. I took my fiancè here for his first pedicure and they made him feel very comfortable. Ive never had anywhere else take as much care and time cutting/shaping my nails as they do and they are always perfect! Also, if you make an appointment, they get you on on time, none of that waiting 15 minutes (which turns into 45 minutes) stuff. I always recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Whats with the negative reviews? Best pedicure in town. Super thorough and BEST foot massages. They might not be the most outgoing but I dont really go to a nail salon for the conversation. :)

I used to go there and the nail care and service was great. I have tried to go back 4 times now in the recent 6 months. WORST customer service. The man in there (and I cant use gentleman as he is just rude RUDE) to me and as I listened he was rude to people on the phone. I tried to go back, but consistently they make the experience so unpleasant. I will not give them a 5th chance to make a relaxing time to get my nails done, warped by the guys rudeness. Bye Bye taking my $ elsewhere

DO NOT go here. They are mean people and they did a horrible job. I got a pedicure. They yelled when the massage chair was not working properly. Then as the lady took out the toes separators she smudged the polish. When I pointed it out she argued that I did it and wouldnt fix it. I dont know how this place is in business.

My nails came out bad. i wanted them longer but he made them shorter. this is was overall such a bad place. even my friend agrees. such bad bad horrible staff too. she was so rude and disrespectful. i’m never coming back.

If you want to go to an angry and rude nail salon, this is the place for you! I will NEVER return. She would place my toes and feet in a certain position and then angrily twist and move them. She was very rough with my old toes and feet of which I do not have a lot of movement. When she placed my feet in front of a little fan for them to dry, I seriously was uncomfortable in having my back to her! I feared for my life when she had a pointed instrument in her hand! The experience was stressful. They wanted my money but apparently not my presence. If you go, open the door and slip in a few bills but DO NOT ENTER.

My wife loves this place!!

They made me pay before finishing my nails. When I picked out my colors there 3 o’clock appointment came and he did not want to finish my nails. I was being very nice and I even tipped him before he finished. He told me well I don’t know what you want so you need to leave. I requested him to refund my money or finish my nails because I was there first. He yelled at me and told me to get out. I had no color on my nails nothing. And made me pay the full. $35 less than 2 days half my nails fell off. And I went else where to fix them. And they told me the last place I went gave me fungus!!! Do not come here. They do not sanitize there equipment. Disgusting.

WORST CURSTOMER SERVICES EVER. OWNER YELLED AT US THERE WAS NO TIME TO FIX ONE NAIL AND TOLD TO GO ELSE WHERE. WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS.

WORST manicure ever. Rough edges and more hangnails on my cuticles than before I went in.
