Not good. Fruit flies during my pedicure. Very dirty place. The young gal there did a good job but the older lady and man made me feel uncomfortable as they were watching me bat away the fruit flies.

I love thisplace. the people there are amazing and funny.

The gentleman who worked on me was so rude, even called me a mean person because I told him he had a nail where he didnt get close enough to the cuticle with the polish. He told me Id been in there before and had always been rude. I have NEVER been into the salon before. Dont worry, I never will be again! The most unprofessional salon Ive been in in 30 years of having artificial nails!!

Up until the last fill I had a nice experience. My last fill was done by a man and he had no people skills. He didn’t talk to me he just pointed where he wanted my hand. He was more interested in what was going on outside and with the other nail techs. He rarely watched what he was doing and did very sloppy work.I will not be using them again.

When you come in they expect you to wear a mask. Two ladies getting pedicures, no plastic liner in the tubs, noted no clean equipment used the same files and brushes on different clients. I had to walk out.

Usually a long wait but worth it. I should make an appointment next time. They do an amazing job and a family owns this salon. The wait could be better though.

Very rude to my wife, mother and 4 year old daughter simply because they didn’t have a mask with them. Will never spend our money here !

I went for a mani and a pedi and both of my services were very rushed and unprofessional. My nail polish started coming off before I even left the salon and I was just not really impressed.

We had a great experience. Tina is my favorite but I generally make an appointment because theyre pretty busy for droppings.

First and last time I go to this place. The lady that helped me, did 4 of my nails completely crooked it. When I asked her to please fix them she said it was my fingers crooked. No!!! My fingers are completely straight same as my nails. She was rude, and had another lady fix them for me. Completely remove my nails and did them all over again. I was there for 3 1/2 hours. The other lady fix them but the ones the other one did are horrible. I got shellac and is not completely dry either. Im so disappointed of this place never going back. I never do reviews but this was a horrible experience and horrible service.

I dont usually do reviews but I went to this salon a few weeks ago and I cant be quiet any longer. It was probably the worse experience getting my nails done. I got a pedicure and he layered on the polish so much and kept getting it all over my toes. Then he did my fill and hurt me so bad. Made me bleed. He was being very very fast and careless. My nails didnt look good and my fingers still hurt. My fingers shouldnt have hurt in the first place but for sure shouldnt still be hurting. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I will not go back here and I do not reccomend anyone else to.

I called in for pedicure and when I got there a tumbleweed almost knocked me over, nobody was there! And I was almost surprised until I took a deep breath in and about GAGGED this place smelt so disgusting I couldn’t place it but when I asked to open the door she said it was “too cold”? Honey it’s 50+ degrees outside. After she told me the smell would go away after she turned on the heater I said I’m okay and walked out. Do not waste your coin

If I could give them a 0 I would this was the most unprofessional nail salon. Myself and two other people went in to get our nails done for a wedding. We should them pictures of what we wanted and they assured us many time that they could do that. As they were doing our nails we kept asking them if we were still going the nails we wanted they said of course. We did not. On top of the they were all different lengths just an all around terrible experience and they wouldn’t refund us.

Tina did an awesome job even though they were busy. My appointment did run late but she makes up for the wait by doing such a great job.

Really only giving a star because I cant give zero stars. My friend and I went to get our nails done, I needed a fill and she got a shellac manicure. The guy who did mine was very good about applying the acrylic, however there is a divot in the side of my nail from over filing it. Plus he missed my nail about 5 times and got my fingertip with the electric drill. My friends nails were not done correctly at all, none of her nails are the same length and are not even straight. She asked for a clear pink and got shimmer pink.They rushed us out and my nails smudged 5 minutes later.

Short wait, and they made sure I was happy before I left. The new owner raised prices a bit I think, but he did a great job on my acrylics, and Song did an awesome pedicure. Theyre a bit more than Im used to paying, but Im much happier with their work so I dont mind a couple extra bucks.

I walked in i asked the gentleman on price to repair my nails. His reply was short with i dont do that and he doesnt have time. So I said thank you and have a great day

Very bad experience. Went in on a friday afternoon. Gentlemen was shaking the whole time, nicked my skin with file. Shallec peeled off in 24hrs. Looked like a 12 year old did my nails. Went back on Monday asking for money back. He refused because I waited til monday. He then tried to say I picked at my nails and was not his fault.. very bad and unprofessional..

I took my daughter to get her nails done and myself a pedi...they were awesome! Great customer service and great service. My daughters polish had some bubbles and they got right to fixing it, saying we want you walking out happy...which we did!! Thank you and well be back!

I used to get my nails done a long time ago. Then I got a job where I couldnt have even clear nail polish on. I worked there for over 10years, and when i left i decided that I was going to start getting my nails done again.The nail place that I used to go closed. So I started going to Hi tek nails. At first they were great, and usually theyre very nice always asking how i am.I went in the other day & the guy nail tech kept falling a sleep as he was doing my nails. There was more than once that I hac to wake him. I also had to tell him, repeatedly that he was hurting me.I dont like to complain, & I know that everyone has a bad day once in a while. So I didnt say anything.After going home I took a closer look at my nails & decided that I was going to have to call them.If it wasnt for that, & the fact that it says air brush in the window & on their price board, but they dont actually do airbrush. If it wasnt for that I would have given them 5 stars.

Unprofessional and poor service. Came here because I was recommend them by a stranger. The artist who did a full set on me didnt say a word the whole time and was rather rough. My nails came out very poorly, I asked for coffins and ended up with pinto bean lookin nails. I wanted them in a matte black, and idk what they did to my nails, but they just look dull. Moral of the story: dont listen to drunk girls without nails who recommend a nail place.

I called at 5pm to ask for two full sets and they told me to go in at 545. I was 30 mins away.. I tell my sister to show up and there was another lady waiting there with her, but my sister was there first and the guy tells us that she had an appointment at 545? And I said do I? And he ignored me and went on to do her nails!? Very rude.. we were there first.. you should do first come first serve? If you have appointments dont over book? Come on?

They were fast but did a slopy job the first time and had redo some of my nail because the nail polish was to thick. Second time he redid it was perfect.

Very disappointed. My aunt and I went, she got a fill and I got shellac. Its a day later and my Shellac is already pulling off my nail because the woman who did it got it all over the edge of my fingers and didnt bother to fix her mistakes. My aunts nails werent filled to the quick and the nail polish is not even. They were very rushy, and had no problem telling me my opinion was wrong and not really what I wanted. Definitely crossing this salon off my list.

I hate to give someone’s livelihood a bad review but I feel so disappointed. I came here with my sisters and we left the 6 kids at home. We were so ready for some pampering! I work in the industry and know how important sanitation is. I literally watched them dump out a bowl of used water and fill it with warm water for me to use. Then when it came to file and the nail tech reached over and grabbed the file I watched them use on the person next to me. It’s only been 3 days and my gel nails are already starting to come up around the edges.

They are SO nice & they are always giving me compliments, they make you feel at home & they wont let you leave without perfection ! Never been to a nail salon where they really care & want you to have dry nails so they wont smear as soon as you walk out . Love em!

They did so bad waxing my eyebrows and lip. they look so sloppy like they didnt even try. So mean hairs were missed and they are so far away for being a shape. One eyebrow is way bigger then the other and when I went there they were just the same but they needed to be waxed for a nice line but they didnt do that. Im suggestion is to go to DK nails if you wanted to yet your eyebrows waxed they do suck a good job and never miss up and they always make sure they your eyebrows and perfect.

They were awesome! They stayed open, Saturday evening (after closing time) to give me a mani and pedi. Great work and attitudes. Thanks!

My family has been going here for as long as I can remember, especially when it was ran by Stacy, but since the owner changed the quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Went in last Thursday for shellac and it’s already coming off and chipping. Plus I was charged $15 more than I should have been. Won’t be coming back.

Will never come here again! They did a horrible job and didn’t want to fix my nails. Take your service somewhere else. I would come here because it was close to home and they did an okay job. Now they are always in a hurry and do not really care!

Nails were done alright, but the customer service was not at all good, I felt like I was rushed out of there and felt like I was an inconvienence to the girl who done my nails, also talking in another language between themselves was rude too, and the fact the girl doing my nails was talking on her cell phone most of the time while working on my nails, VERY unprofessional!

The guy who did my acrylic nails did an awful job it was sloppy and bad one was crooked he got the acrylic all on my fingers he was rough with my nails while buffing his gloves kept breaking and he did not bother putting a new pair on and then the lady who painted them noticed the quality and did nothing about it I’m not going there again
