I was looking for a new pedicure place and thought I would give them a try. The lady who gave me a pedicure did a wonderful job. I have never had a lengthy and better foot and leg massage. Thats important to me. I have been to many places in town and most places barely rub your legs and call it a foot massage. Maybe thats not part of their training but its important for me. I will return just for the foot massage!!! Loved it!

Best pedicure Ive ever had.

We got what we paid for. The nail ladies wouldnt talk to me or look me in the eye though. Werent super friendly either. But $15 for a shellac is hard to beat.

Made a 10am apt 30 hours before the apt. Got there at 10 am waited in cold pedicure water for 40 mins dried my own feet and left. I wish they would have told me they do not honor appointments. Very sad cause they do a great job but horrible with client management

Finally a place where they take their time to do pedicures, they dont gossip while youre there. Just nice mellow nail techs.

My mom, sister, and I went in for pedicures and loved it! They are very thorough with cleaning and removing dead skin. They literally massaged our legs for 45 min. First with scrub then with lotion. Have a TV right in front of us playing Netflix which was fun. Great experience. Will definitely be back.

Loved there work, very welcoming nice people. My 10 month old was throwing a fit and they were so understanding unlike another salon who refused to do my nails because of my daughter will defiantly be coming back

Pedicure was great, but took forever. I came in with my mom and aunt. We were there for two hours, most of that time spent waiting. We were the only customers, and there were three employees, but my aunt got an hour-long foot massage while my mom sat with her feet soaking that whole time. The lady doing my feet excused herself mid pedicure, drove away in her car and was gone 10-15 minutes. Great pedicures, just not very professional.

Terrible service, doesn’t know what they are doing. Completely immature and rude; no customer service what so ever. Over charges when they mess up. I would not recommend this business to anyone, if you want exactly what you want and for it to look acceptable do not come here.

Got my nails done and one broke the next day wanted long nails and they left them short bad service overall.. Not friendly all the time chatting with them selves maybe thats why my nails turned out so thin and fragile that didnt even last a day.. Just leaving this review so they can do a better job with others since for me it was a waste of money

This place is very disappointing as most of the nail salons in Yakima!! Every time I’ve been to this place I did not feel welcome. I didn’t get a hello / hi how are u, not even a smile. I only hear them say what you want? Pick a color! And you pay now! And throughout the whole time there they just just sit and talk amongst each other. I’m speaking for my self but I like to be in a welcoming environment & I did not get this here !!!

Went in with my best friend for prom. she started 20-30 minutes before me and i finished 20-30 minutes before she did with longer nails than hers. both of us have acrylic and glue on our skin and uneven, crooked nails. one of the ladies working on our nails was on her phone and video chatting the entire time and stopped part way through to go get water from Starbucks, leaving my friend with long fake nails waiting to get them finished. they also did not ask my preference on nail shape and did their own thing to my nails. they applied uneven acrylic and uneven nail polish. would NOT recommend.

Very poor service and the nails didn’t turn out how I asked them to make them. Workers were very rude and wanted to charge extra for what they messed up on. No customer service at all, and argue with what you ask them to do. Do not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. These workers don’t care about quality and don’t care about their paying customers. Do not give them your business.

I am here at 9:26am on a Saturday when they should be open! And they are not!!! The hours on their door say Mon-Sat 9:00-7:00. And as Im typing this the lady pulls up to open.

These people are wonderful. I had about an hour leg/foot massage with my pedicure and they took their time on my full set as well! I love this place.

Extremely bad customer service. Did not welcome me or even greet me with a smile, made me wait forever just to take 5 minutes on my eyebrows which came out horrible. Definitely will not be going back there.

Asked to get acrylic on my toes and she said she’d do it they had me back and forth, from pedi chair to the nail table. The man that was doing my acrylic he said he only did it on one to finished painting my nails on my hand and charged me, I tipped because the lady did an amazing job at the massage! Then he switched me over to a THIRD lady and she did not file my nail down nor add the second nail on my toe? She painted it and it looked so bad asked for my money or to fix it they said they’ll charge me to remove and redue?! Like really?! My sister got a pedicure as well and the lady cutting her nails, cut them slanted. Super upset with the results. Would definitely not recommend.

The massage with the pedi was amazing but they were busy this day and actually ran out of hot water! Not good!

I walked in to meet a friend who was there about 10 mins before me, they didn’t greet me ask if I wanted service I walked over an sat by her at a pedi chair and proceeded to talk with my friend and was never acknowledged but hey their loss I’m a FAT TIPPER, Anyway I left my friend there getting her toes done cause I don’t tolerate being treated rudely for no reason boooooooooo

I went there today with my older sister and little sister to get are nails done my sister told them and everything they ok it will be 15 min so we was like ok so I go first to get my nails done theres was 3 other people in there getting there feet done and so when I got done with my nails I told the guy my little wants to get her nails painted and he just gave me a attitude and and pointed at the drys and said wait like he was mad all I did was telling him so I will never go back to DK Nails again

They are fast and friendly and open til 7 so I can get in after work

I am a regular here and hate how they ask what u need and when they are slow still make u wait... Or even when they dont great you at all! Thinking about looking for a new place

These people are extremely rude in general. They treat you as if your are an annoyance. During the manicure or pedicure they will stop for minutes at a time to chat amongst themselves. My gel manicure peeled on the second day. Will never go back

It’s 9:15am, hours posted on door are 9-7, sign says Open and no one is here. Door is locked, no lights on, and no one answers the phone. Are they out of business?
