Initially I had come here while visiting about 2-3 months ago. Service was great no complaints. They charged me 38$ for dip nails which at the very end included a small hand massage. Fast forward to about a week and a half ago, I came back to visit and decided to come here. The guy that started to take off my initial dip started on another woman while waiting for my foils to be removed and never returned to complete mine. I was left waiting for a good 20-25 minutes until another lady came to take over. Once the lady finished she let me know typically they charge for changing the shape of your nails but she said she wouldn’t charge me for. I had almond nails (short/medium not long) and changed them to more of a natural nail. I said ok thank you and then proceeded to tell me my total was 42$. So from 1 month to another you changed your price? Not only that but my card was charged 46$. I understand there is a dollar fee but where did the other 3$ come from? On top of that I also gave her a tip. So I paid well over 50$ & guess what! It’s has only been a week and a half and I have 4 NAILS BREAKING. (Yes my nails grow fast because I take prenatals.) Never have I ever had any of my nails break while having dip done. I’m not one to write any reviews, but this was just really disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning I’m sorry.

I went in for a pedicure. I had like a 10 minute wait but it was worth it. Coming in to the place they have calm music and gave me a relax vibe. I then sat in their comfortable chair that gives you a massage and I was sold! Lol. Not to mention that the foot massage was amazing along with my beautiful French toe nail look that I wanted. The cost was $50, I am definetly coming back.

Ive been to nail salons to get acrylic nails many times and every time it hurts, but at lovely nails it didnt hurt, it was quick and perfect. The color and design was flawless! And a very calm, respectful, and comfortable environment. Thank you lovely nails!

I went here and 1 week later my Nail is peeling of by it self and I barley have a nail now.I also asked for jell and they gave me acrylic so I do not recommend this place.

They did a fantastic job on my nails for my bday. I like when the example picture matches reality.

Just came across this place while I was in town for work and decided to get a full set since I haven’t had my nails done since the lockdown. Made an appt and was helped right on time. Everyone was really nice, the guy who did my nails was so gentle and did a great job. My nails look great, he didn’t cut or nick me once and my fingers aren’t sore. I wish I had access to this shop all the time but if I’m in town again I will go back for sure. Highly recommend this place.

As soon as we went inside you could see dust everywhere. They did not follow COVID-19 protocol, they did good on my nails but my mom said they didn’t do so good on hers but it was so gross that I want to go home a shower.

Me and a friend went in and they were busy but when they got to us they focused on our service until we were both done, I got a marble design on my toes and it looks amazing! First time there and will definitely be going back !

I went in on Friday 7/19 at about 2:30pm for a simple full set and pedicure. I had never been here and was not too sure what to expect. As soon as I entered I was greeted and everyone was very friendly. They did get busy closer to 3pm but that was probably normal for them. Prices do run a little higher than other places but keep reading to see why I do not mind!I was immediately seated for my pedicure. FYI they have a whole menu options for pedicures which is GREAT!! A little pricey but for the time they invest in your spa like experience it was well worth it!After my pedicure I was seated for my nails. One of the gentlemen worked on my nails and might I add was SO GENTLE. Usually when I get my nails done my fingers are a little sore but not this time!!... I decided on getting a simple gel set but it seems like they are pretty open with designs and techniques, I did see dip powders and sample nail designs.Its been about 3 weeks (have been pretty busy and unable to go in) but I am amazed that I have had no LIFTING of the acrylic...NONE AT ALL!!! 😲 Most times by week two they are lifted and my hair gets caught in them when I get ready but not with them!! 😃 Definitely making them my go to place in town!!!

My daughter has a disability and wants desperately to fit in(shes 14). We went to another nail salon and the employees were irritated with having to accommodate my daughter. We walked into Lovely Nails to get a fill(because I refused to take her back to the other place) and the employees were so welcoming and kind to my daughter. The lady who did her nails went above and beyond to make my daughter completely comfortable while she got her nails filled. I am so impressed with their genuine love and care for their customers.

Used to like them... Now they take walk ins before appointments and they charge for every little thing. $5 for line $5 for color $5 for french tip, etc. This adds to $15 plus the full set if you get that. Too expensive for me.

We’re from Ellensburg, which is about 40 minutes north, and everything was booked up here so my friend and I ventured south and it was worth the drive. The nail technicians did an exceptional job; they did complicated designs and executed them with ease. They’ve gained two patrons for life. They’re kind, clean, and talented. I’m sold.

Nice atmosphere and very clean. I would have given 5 stars, but the nail style wasnt my favorite. A mani and pedi, certainly I would go back. The color selection was pretty awesome too!

I have been to Lovely Nails 4 times and have been satisfied every time. The staff is nice and the prices are fair. Walk-ins welcome and I have been seated almost immediately every time.

Really nice people, I went in for a manicure and the lady that did my nails was super nice and did a good job.

The people that work there are awesome. Sadly when I got home I had realized I messed up the polish on my toes. I came right back the next day and got it fixed right away. I will definitely be coming back.

Worse service ever. They guy didnt know I had color powder on and started to file my nail and when he asked me where I got the color I told him back home in Seattle, then he said sorry I dont have those colors and cant do it. Then I told him ok them remove them and just get shellac. Told me he could but had to break my real nail I was like Jesus Why?? Hes like they are too long. Left two of my nail with no color and when I told him to at least add gloss he said NO I will not do your nails. Will never come by again and I dont recommend nobody to come. Rude af

I got my cousins and my nails done, maybe 2 weeks ago I didn’t get a choice of gel Or just polish, the guy was very rude throw my hands around telling me to relax, then not even a week in both or nails are chipping very badly and mine has lumps. Very disappointed.

Ive fallen in love with this nail salon. The woman who did my nails was chatty and made my experience as enjoyable as it could have been. My nails are border line perfect. I drove all the way from ellensburg and im really glad I did.I will definitely be going back and probably bring them gifts for being so amazing to me.❤❤❤❤❤❤

The first time I came was great, but the second time was horrible. Both times I left though my nails had a type of film/cloudiness. My nails are so thick you can see a big bump.
