I made an appointment for a full set for me and a fill and new color for my mom. This was our first time coming here. They were already full when we arrived so we waited. Not an issue. Only 20 minutes. The man started on my mom and used his time. But they looked so good! Then he came to me and I asked for something kinda odd but he said he would do it! I was so relieved because Ive been to so many places here in town who can only do tips or solid colors. Not much art. The inside is amazing. I showed pictures to my bestfriend and now she cant wait to travel and come get her nails done here. He did tell me the price my nails would be BEFORE he put tips or started my nails so that was nice.

I decide to get my nails done since COVID. They were not to busy for a walk in. The lady at the first station on the left did my nails. I asked for a full set. She was began to clip and file my nails before telling me the price. She was Constantly on her phone. She would grab my hand. My full set is horrible. They are uneven, gel is bubbling, nails that look like it is pointed upwards. I have been getting my nails done since I was young. I do not recommend this place. $50 for a full set that looks horrible. I will not be going back

I was pampered - Mani Pedi and then, just for good measure, I got my unibrow waxed! Ha!!!Anyway, I wish I had known they are serving adult beverages there again... Next Time! 💅Service is friendly and efficient. Thanks! 🥰

This place is really nice and fancy, but their work and quality is poor.

The first time I went I had to wait a while as I think there was a mix up with my appointment (it was probably my error) but the staff were quick and my nails have been great! I’ve got them done a few times now and will keep returning. No issues and no breakages yet!

I absolutely love JS nails and my most favorite technician is Katelyn. She has always done an outstanding job on my nails. The pricing is fair and Ill return here for my nails every time. They also do great pedicures, giving really good and really long leg and foot massages. I love this place.

I love my nails every time I come and get acrylics or a fill. They are very good at what they do.

They good on what they do no lie but I feel like everytime I go in for bails they charge me a lot for some simple acrylic designs and I just stopped going.

I got a manicure which no extras. It cost me $15 + tax & tip. I came in mid afternoon on a Thursday and was seen in less than 10 minutes. I was completely finished in 45 minutes. They were very gentle and careful with my cuticles, which was a big plus! They gave me a nice hand massage, and then while my hands were sitting in the warming gloves, they gave me a short neck massage. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I just got the shellac off my nails. Did take long. The employees who I talked with were polite and helpful.

When my daughter and I left the salon after having a simple mani pedi with shellac we were happy with the outcome. Even tho 88$ a piece was spendy for the cheapest mani pedi. Still, it looked good. And we both tipped 10 bucks each. 5 days later my daughters shellac completely lifted off...Then so did mine a few days after that. After spending $196 we expected a little more lasting power, giving our natural nails time to grow for our next manicure. Needless to say, this is unacceptable. I really dont mind spending a lot of money for excellent product. Feel very disappointed. 😢

I felt like they did not do a great job. Even though Iade an appointment the guy doing my pedi didnt offer me anything to drink ask what kind of pedi I wanted rushed through it and didnt seem to care. They came highly recommended so I will give them another try.

Went in for a pedi, left feeling relaxed and very pleased with the results, as always.

Went and got a gift certificate for my sister here the place looked nice and she loved it.

They patiently take their time and dont make you feel like your in a rush. Even with the high flow of clients coming in they still focus on your needs. First time client & very pleased with their service.

JS Nails differs from any other nail salon I have gone to in Yakima ( and Ive tried so many) in the sense of particularity and quality. The nail techs here truly take their time in perfecting their craft in ways I havent witnessed at any other nail salon here in town. Their focus is entirely to make my nails look amazing, no matter how long it may take them. I am so pleased with my visit today at JS! From the shape, to the way she made an ombre sparkle, and the time she took to make sure each and every single nail looked as even as possible, I rate this nail salon a 12/10!!!! -Gabriela Anguiano

I had never been before. This place is so peaceful and full of unique music. I loved this experience despite our new normal thanks to COVID. Anyway, I loved this place. I got a simple plain color pedicure and manicure (Shellac) and it was $50 not bad at all! 😍 Will definitely recommend and be coming back!

Horrible completely horrible. Do not go to this salon. THIS GUY WAS NEW. he was so rude to me and humiliated me in from of all the customers present at the time. The guy burn my skin and freaked out. Immediately he started to blame it in me for no reason. He was sow mean from the start. He left and had someone finish his work on me. Very rude man. I never had this experience anywhere else. DO NOT GO THERE.

Went here for the first time, very disappointing. The guy do my nails dont speak any English. kept stopping to text on phone in the middle of doing my nails. That’s really unsanitary. He also cut me open with the drill on some of my fingers, and then put nail polish over my bleeding cuts. Felt horrible! Now most of my acrylic nails are lifting and coming off. One legit just fell off when I opened a leftover container. Really disappointed! :(

Even though they are a bit spendy it was worth it because they were done so well. The people were so nice and they took their time to make the nails were the same shape and same length. The colors are beautiful and they dried so fast. I would recommend calling to see if they are busy, or just make an appointment. The place was spacious and clean and their music choice was amazing. I am definitely going there again.

Save your self the money and the time. Got my nails done by i think, HE NEW. My nails look horrible. Went in to get acrylics, I had a picture of some nails that I wanted so he could reference, looks nothing like the picture. my thumb nail & pointer finger is SUPER cricked, they are all different thickness (noticeably), I got one diamond on each nail.. its day three and 2 of them have fallen off. NONE of them are centered nicley on my nails, they are all uneven. Almost all my nails are chipping on the sides . Honestly Im just shocked that they are okay with work like that going out their door. Felt like He had little to no interest in making my nails look good. I was never rude, i tried to correct once but, he just cut me off and said something and then continued so I didnt even feel comfortable saying anything to get my nails done right. Very dissappointing.

When first started going they did a great job...then they got sloppy and i stopped going. I needed a fill months later. Thought id try agian. I got a new person. Omg..i was so upset. This guy was new, and i was so upset that i stopped him. Pointed out how thick and uneven...he had burned my natural nail file filing. Never going back!

My nails looked AMAZING. But, the person working on my nails literally didnt even care what he was doing and looked like he just wanted to be done already because there was a lot of people and I had an appointment which really bothered me. And then literally THREE DAYS LATER, two nails broke. They were PAPER THIN. Not going back. My nails did look amazing but I didnt pay $35 just for them to break in 3 days.

Ive been to many nail places and this one is somewhat okay but they dont disinfect their products that are being used on all customers.Also the lady who is or looks like the manager has no customer service etiquette.They cut me and I bled, And she kept going at it, I wont be back.

I love to go to JS Nails Ive had my nails done several times there while having a glass of wine and some peanuts or almonds smoked almonds this time I went got in kind of late did a very good job on my nails but didnt like the shape probably they would have said if they would have fixed it I had to head out of time but I got in late so all in all I think theyre very good place to get your nails done if you give yourself the proper time

My daughter is very picky due to bad experience at other places. Her fav place was booked solid for the next few days, so she decided to try Js Nails. She was not disappointed. Super excited with how well her nails turned out amd said she will be back. She was excited with the time he took and how well he painted the letter on her nail. I thought it was a sticker, she explained how he painted them and they are beautifully done.

I love this place first time that I went it was mind blowing they have their little bar and very nice place there very clean and have went their for a while now but I do have to say lately that I went they didn’t do such a great job my nails were a little to thick and not shaped right but I’ll give them another chance it never really happens besides that very much recommend

I came in for a dip/gel fill and all they did was paint over my nails and it didn’t even turn out like a new set. It looks like I did this myself for $40, also they charge you with tip, never have I ever paid what the menu actually states. I’m never coming back and I promise you they stole the pictures they have posted.

Asked for manicure and dip... And just received dip and sent on my way. This has happened several times... dip only is evidently $40

I got nails done on the 14th it’s the 19th my nail are lifting and need to be fixed, they charged an extra 5 dollars just to paint my tips and not the whole nail because I didn’t want shellac. Rethink before you go here.

JS Nails is always mine and my moms go-to nail place. it’s always very clean and the ppl are so nice. they have tons of options for gel, shellac, polish. they always do an amazing job. i’m always pleased and happy when i leave!! highly recommend JS Nails!!

Every time Ive been to JS Nails (at least 5 times) Ive spent more than 2 hours there. I usually only need a fill. A couple of times I also got a pedicure, but if I do both I easily spend 3 hours. Not cool. The reason I went back is because Im from our of town and its the closest to my familys house. The last time I went with my god daughter and her mom, we got pedis and manis and it was a nightmare. Pedicure was mediocre (my husband said he could paint my toes better) and we ended up waiting on girls who got there after us. Horrible service and I wont go back.

They are very agressive. They dont know how to shape the shape you want for your nails. they dont take there time and they dont seem to care. dont go there

I went in to get a coffin full set when I told her I wanted them shorter she said that they would look bad short which Ive had them short before but she was complaining so I ended up just going longer I ended up not wanting to spend lots of money here so I just wanted a clear coat over my nails and sparkles on my middle nail just for a clear coat shellac she charged me $45 there was no colored polish or anything just a clear coat and a glob of Sparkle that she didnt even do right and it looks terrible then I called and ask to speak with the manager and the guy on the phone said I dont know who the manager is here?!?!?
