They got us in right on time for our appointment! Nails look great & they did them pretty fast. My only suggestion would be that the customer service lacked slightly. However, it is overall a pretty good salon!

I will not go anywhere else for nails in Yakima. Rick and his beautiful wife are committed to giving every customer an excellent experience. Their work is second to none, the shop is immaculate, massage chairs are amazing, and they go above and beyond to make you happy every time! Make sure you call ahead to schedule appointments, they are the best and worth every penny! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are the sweetest couple ever! The guy is always saying jokes which made me laugh and made my stay more enjoyable. And they stayed past closing to finish peoples nails and pedis. Deff coming back for a refill!

Hands down, THE BEST, dip powder polish I have ever gotten. Anna is a true nail artist. My nails have a thin, sleek look. Unlike other places that make them way too thick.Yes I spent a lot of time in here. I called ahead for an appointment. They were so busy, it was slammed the whole time I was in here. They do their best to try to help everyone. You may have to wait a while for top quality work. So happy I came here. I’ll be back for sure.

Dont go there I will never go there again

I started going here this year and they did an amazing job, filed my acrylics nice and thin and well shapped. The last 2 times I went theyve been less than stellar. I want to say the lady is great, I have no complaints with her. However the owner is rude, and plays it off like hes just kidding around, but it is thinly veiled conceit and irritation, and he has no issues picking at you or making you feel like youre the one making things difficult. My hands could be completely relaxed and he would say they are tense, or that its because Im watching him do the nails. No, Ive never had this complaint with any other nail tech. Somehow it takes 1-2 hours for a set but you feel rushed at the same time??? Didnt ask me what I wanted when we started so when we got to color, he said we couldnt do the ombre, it wouldve had to been started at the beginning... but he didnt ask me. Again I was rushed to just start. Then was rushed into picking a color, and of course he offers the mood changing shellac, the most expensive polish in there. There is just a general lack of care here. I think Ill go back to lee nails, at least they are kind. As mentioned by another reviewer he destroyed my cuticles and cut me on 2 fingers, they still hurt next day, and he just put clear coat over it. Mom made an appointment for us both to get nails done at the same time, and they were already helping another customer during our appointment so we had to wait for each other. This outing was a 2 hour affair.

I made an appt for on my lunch break, they got me right in, they are always friendly and kind. I am always super happy with my nails. I recommend A+ Nails anyone looking for a good nail salon.

My absolute go-to place for nails and now permanent makeup. Ive had my lips done before at a high-end spa in another state and even though they did a great job, Ann puts them to shame. Pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work. No matter what you have done, they take a lot of pride in their work and give honest advice for what looks best, not for what can earn them an extra dollar.

I asked for coffin and i got some square shape. customer service is absolutely horrible. A girl next to me was on her phone and one of the guys there said ‘ are you done playing on your phone now’.First guy i had was so gentle and so sweet, until i got that guy. My nails from my left hand are crooked and he filed them too rough and quick. when he was almost done the little machine thing cut me about 5 times and he just put clear topcoat on the cuts.

My pedicure was ok. The staff member was efficient and did a good job. All of the staff was polite and friendly. The massage chair was AMAZING! They dont offer a deluxe pedicure which is my favorite but if you just need a quick in and out they did a good job.

Had an appointment for a shallic manicure paid $26 for nails filed and panted which isnt a manicure at all and it took 45mins to do this will not be returning 😑

I dont understand all the hate in the reviews; they were wonderful to us. They had an open appointment for 11am on a Sunday and put me in that day. I showed up and they had my step daughter and I seated immediately. They started to work on my full set right away. After a few minutes they painted my stepdaughters nails for her and they were perfect. My set is phenominal. The lady who did them paid fantastic attention to detail, and theyre strong. She even talked me into the lacquer polish and I LOVE IT. Great prices. Nice people. Great with my kid. They get 5 stars from me! :)

Wait time was long, didn’t mind waiting since I was a walk-in .. But in the end the girl I had was rushing so much she stuck a drill bit under my nail (made me bleed) and continually cut my cuticles with the drill . One of my fingers is incredibly sore and red from her not taking her time around my cuticle and slicing my finger with a file at the end . I will not be returning due to the rushing and me getting cut, getting your nails done should NOT be painful.

Me and my daughter went for the 1st time and we were very satisfied. We walked in and only had to wait about 10 mins before asking to be seated. Very friendly techs there. Going back for our fills. Enjoyed our visit

After trying many salons in town, I have found my favorite!Its true that you may have to wait if they are busy, because they take their time with each client. Id recommend going during the week, when its less busy.I love how my nails look when I visit A+. Will only go to them from now on.

If I could I would give ZERO stars but I can’t got horrible customer service by the owner. I got a full set asked for coffin nails and he filled them rough and to much!! Some of my nails are crooked and I told him but didn’t listen. He painted my nails with regular nail polish which I asked for but as he was painting them he rubbed some off on his finger from my nails and said why did I mess it up and was all mad that he would have to redo my nail. He was also mad that it wasn’t shellac and kept telling me I should pay extra for shellac. NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO BACK.

Been going there for over 2 years and I wouldnt dream of ever going any where else. Rick and Ann are both awesome people and they give excellent friendly service. My nails always look awesome and their color selection is amazing.

I was not satisfied with their customer service. There is a difference between giving a customer direction and speaking in a rude fashion. I truly believe they dont know the difference. I was their 3rd customer in the morning and requested a spa pedicure and shellac nail overlay. Long story short. I got a regular pedicure which I had to wait for. The whole process there took an hour. Then they moved me to the a table for my nail overlay. They made me walk barefoot on a dirty floor with wet toe nails and had to wait another 15 minutes as they are busy with more customers. So I said I was leaving and wanted to pay for the pedicure. They told me to wait two more minutes because they are busy and my reply was ... I am busy too. So the girl did a half fast job in less than 20 minutes with only 2 coats of gel which I know takes 6 coats and I questioned her about it. She said her salon only does 2 coats. I said I wont be back or recommend the business to anyone. And paid my 50.00 bill.

Went in with a friend to get a fill, was seated after a few min of waiting, and while talking to my friend the man got up walked away, and when he walked back to his station slapped my day old tattoo like it was nothing. He continued to make remarks about my cold hands, which I can’t control. The girl was quick when filing down my nails before painting and got my skin. My nails look good, but I was not happy with the customer service.

I went to the salon on my lunch. Owner was very friendly, nice to receive a water bottle while I was getting my pedi...BUT water in the basin was scalding hot, put my feet in and out and they were bright red. When I left, my feet still felt rough, nails were clipped completely unevenly, and the polish didnt even go to the edges.Appreciate that he was timely and got me in when he said he would (5 minute wait) and got me out of there on time to get back to work, but I definitely wouldnt return. I could have done a better job at home :(

3 hours at the nail salon. Had my pedicure done while getting my manicure. Feet legit in the ladys lap. Manicure not fully done and nails not fully painted with shellac. Guy who did my nails was rude. Not ever going back.

I have gone to this salon several times giving them several chances to redeem their poor service and today I walked out of that salon and will never go back. I have never written a bad review about a company before but what happened today was terrible and people should not support this nail salon.I was sat and told about 10 minutes and to choose my color. Moments later an elderly lady walked in and stated that she was very hard of hearing and blind. The owner - petite dark haired man - proceeded to ask her what she wanted and to go pick her color. The gal stated again that she is def and blind and she just wants a salmon color for her toes and nails. He continued to raise his voice and telling her to pick out her color or he will have to take off color and re-do if she doesnt like. She said I just want salmon color on my nail and toes, 40$ like always. He said to her, go pick your color - AGAIN and proceeded to roll his eyes and look around the room.I stood up and asked him, Did you not hear her? She is def and blind and cannot go choose her color. I proceeded to the nail rack and helped her choose the pink-ish color for her. Before I handed the colors to the owner, she said to me, Thank you, I hope youre the one doing my toes, because he hurts me. I told her that she needs to find a better nail salon where they treat her better and I walked out. I was absolutely appalled at how he treated that elderly lady and how he treats his customers in general. Ive seen him treat certain people like gold and others not so well. My office is not far from this salon and so it is easy to pop in and get a quick nail color on. NEVER AGAIN.

I was there from 500 to 745pm.I was the first one there and last one to leave. It was so upsetin that they took so long.They did a great job on my toes and nails but not because they were taking long, they probably worked on me for hour and half the rest was nothing but wait time.The guy that did my pedicure was pulling my cuticles instead of just cutting them and tho it wouldnt hurt. Then on my nails there were so rought when filing that my cuticles still hurt today a day after.Dont take this as they dont do a good job. They did, my nails and toes look great But waiting times are bad. And the owner thinks his funny when its just pure rudness.

If I could give no stars I would. I went here a week ago and 2 of my nails have already broken. They quality of the nails are so weak and more than 3 of my nails are crooked and I tried telling them numerous times that they were crooked before they applied the acrylic and they kept saying they weren’t and they could fix it. The workers there are so rude! As soon as we walked in the way they were talking to other customers was completely ridiculous. Never going here again!

Today was the THIRD time walking out of that place without getting attended. first time i waited 40 mins to be seated when there was only two customers. second time owner askedhow can i help you and then said were closed today i waited 1 hour and 20 mins for them to help 2 people that got there after me. if your not a loyal customer that they recognize, dont bother going.

Not worth it. I had a full set put on and they put smaller nails on that didnt fit my nails then cutt my real nail so far back that all my nails hurt. The employees hardly talked to me and were all speaking a language I didnt understand which made me feel awkward. I will not ever go there again.

My mom had called to make an appointment for us and the lady on the phone told her that they did not open until 10am, so she made appointments for us at that time. We get to our appointment and find out that the salon actually opens at 9am and they were already busy. We figured since we had an appointment we would be ok. WRONG!!! Our appointment was for 10am, we ended up leaving at 1045 as they had not even started us yet!!! When we left the owner acted like we were crazy for being upset that we had waited 45 minutes for an appointment and still didnt get helped. Moral of the story, dont bother making an appointment as it will do you no good. Bad customer service.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 6 months. I always schedule an appointment with Ann (owner) to coordinate with my work schedule. The past 3 visits have been a complete nightmare due the owners not making scheduled clients a priority. I had a scheduled appt with Ann (owner) for 11:00 today, and waited for 45 mins for nothing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Very unprofessional and poor customer service

My nails are all crooked, I choose a French tip so you can definitely tell !!! The man doing my nails was trembling so bad but got upset when I told him I wasnt moving it was him, a hair was mixed in the Acrylic power and it is now on my nail . They offered to re do them after taking almost two hrs in the first place, the girl doing my nails after the man stepped away could not understand a word I was trying to tell her until it was time to pay, now she new English over priced my for short bunk ass nails I will not be back, and you should NOT waist ur time or money here .
