My friend and I set an appointment earlier in the day and when we showed up they made me wait till my water was cold. My friend got a manicure and paint and it hasnt been a week and he is chipping and says his nails arent fully painted. My pedicure was sub- par I had to straighten my nails when I got home because 3 were extremely crooked. The paint job was horrible with streaking and they did not paint my whole nail. My nails are also chipping. Very dissatisfied ☠️

My daughter and I had a very good time getting are nails done❤ Might I add my daughter does have ADD/ADHD and they actually had fun with her. I highly recommend this place. 😁

Got a pedicure and was happy with the care they took. I asked the lady specifically to take more time clearing the dead skin and massaging with the hot stone. She did just that and my feet were thankful. The price has gone up to $30 so I will only do it once a month. There was only a five minute wait so I think I may have lucked out.

I came 9/19 were not open . But online it says they are smh making me waste my time, since online it says only take walk ins . Should really update there website!!

Waxing is only $10 decent amount of options for nail colors. Can have long waiting time tho. No appts only walk ins.

Nails and wax are good but service sucks. The younger man is ruff on your hands and the main lady is just super rude!!!I was paying and the lady saw cash in my purse and was trying to force me to pay in cash when that was for a bill not for my nails. After she gave me the worse look and slammed the clip bored and pen on the desk for me to sign. Then she try pull the receipt from the Machine super hard that the machine almost fell. This place use to get super packed but now it’s always empty I wonder why???!

They take great care of your hands and feet its Pleasant enjoyable experience which keeps me going back they make you feel pampered

Went in with my sisters to get our nails done and they all had a bad attitude! I used to love this place but I’m never coming back.. again.

Jenny does great eyebrows but she burned my face when I got a face wax it was awful my skin was pealed of. Also the pedicure are the worst! Dont let the hot rock fool you, I need the dead skin off my feet.

I recently visited this salon for a fill and color. The person that did the fill left my nails soo thin that by the following evening, three of my nails were chipped. He didnt speak a single word to me the entire hour I was in the chair, even after I had several attempts to chat :(They only used on top coat instead of two and there was only one bulb working under the ultraviolet light table.I never went back.

Went to get my nails done with my friend. Lady made my nails on bumpy. She got upset and fraustrated with a customer over phone. Lady put the phone down AS THE CUSTOMER WAS STILL TALKING ON THE PHONE and went on with doing my nails. Then bc the customer was still talking she handed phone over to another person working and they talked for couple seconds and said bye and im sure they did not let the customer talk because they werent LISTENING.

Walked in yesterday and spoke with a male and told him I currently had on acrylic and I wanted it removed and put shellac on. It was only me and one other lady there and I went to the bathroom before they started my nails since I knew Id wait awhile. I came out and the man directed me to a different chair for someone else a lady to do my nails and he handed her my shellac polish and told her something in Chinese or whatever language they spoke. She then began taking off my nail polish on my acrylic nails and started to buff my nails out. She then took out acrylic as if she was going to put more on and I told her I dont want acrylic; I only want shellac. She nodded and began buffing my nails again. She then broke my old fake nail and grabbed new box of nails as if she was going to replace it. I pulled my hand back and said again that I didnt want acrylic or fake nails...just shellac. She then yelled YOURE GOING TO MAKE ME RE-DO YOUR NAILS, I ALREADY DO IT A LOT! Then she started arguing with me that I told her I wanted a fill and then shellac which I never said considering when I walked in a male attended to me. I told her NO I told you twice that I ONLY wanted shellac and this (pointing to my fake nail) off. She asked if I wanted my nails cut considering they were pretty lengthy which I responded with no thanks so one can only assume that since she was already upset with me that shed file them all the way down so that I hardly had any actual nail. Im not sure if she was just trying to get more money out of me; trying to give me services I did not want or she just wasnt listening to what I was telling her. I should of taken the empty parking lot as a sign. DO NOT GO HERE! They are just rude and need to realize that theyre being paid for the job they do--people expect a good one-- its not like people go there asking for a favor.

Never again will I go to this nail salon! The older guy is very rude and talks to people as if they are below him. You shouldnt run a business if your a complete jerk. Also very poor job on nail quality.

I dont get my nails done there. Well I dont get my nails done period. But I dont trust anyone else to wax my eyebrows, she is great and never makes them too skinny and they always come out perfect.

When the salon first opened the quality and service was great but after Jenny sold it the service went downhill. After going back after the nail salon I loved closed I decided to give them another shot, huge mistake and I havent been back.

Worst customer service ever! The guy there is so rude, I wont be going back. The man who did my Nails, did them so thin that my pinky nail broke that same day, went in the next morning for a fix and attended me with the worst attitude. He was squeezing my pinky so tight he left it sore. He then put acrylic on my skin that caused it to peel some of my skin off.

Did amazing job! They took off an my awful set from another shop, fixed my nails, put on shellac in like 20 minutes. :)

Horrible, horrible experience. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. My regular nail place (Js nails on 3rd and Nob Hill, HIGHLY advise going there!) Was packed. In a desperate move, went here. There nail tables are set up so you cant even talk to the person you came with. We made the best of it and talked over my shoulder to her. While we are talking the guy there loudly starts talking over me in whatever languauge to the lady there. In the middle of getting gel polish, the power went out. I asked what Im supposed to do and the guy said go home. We had dinner plans with a group, so we left. I came back the next day to have my nails painted. The lady said the power came back on 5 min after I left. I told her I had no way of knowing when it would be on and had plans. She didnt fix the disaster of jacked up half polish from the day before. I asked her to remove it and start fresh. She said no its fine, and went right over it. Didnt paint straight lines, didnt even get all of the nails painted to the tips. It was already paid for and she wouldnt fix it. Never, ever again. Dont care how bad I need a fill. I can wait.

There attitude was horrible. Dont recomend going there. When the guy was doing my nails,a customer had came in, when i looked up he looked at the customer, sighed and rolled his eyes . My aunty was doing her nails and she asked for them shorter cause they were lllloooonnnngggg. The woman gave a nasty attitude and told my aunty why u didnt ask the man to do it short. And my aunt reply i thought yall were going to do it shorter. And she did them shorter but as she was about to file her nails. She sinked her nails in her skin and started fileing it . NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Dont recommend not going there they had a nasty attitude i didnt like how my nails were long so i asked the lady if she could make them a little shorter an she had told me if isnt that how i wanted them i said no then she caught an attitude with me grabbed my hand an started to make my nails shorter when she was doing so she started to sink her thumb nail into my skin..... Hated it not going back

The guy there was so rude! Kept moving my hands very harshly didnt ask me to move in certain ways first and last time ever going there. Wouldnt recommend them.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure: the man in the shop had a bad attitude. He treated me with disrespect, did not speak to me he did not wash my feet. He was rough while cutting the cuticle on my feet. When it came to polishing my toenails I told him I did not want him to polish my toenails. Than the female (Jenny) technician proceed to do a manicure on a customer that came into the shop after me. After being there for an hour and half I had enough of their.nasty and disrespectful attitude. While paying for the pedicure I told Jenny how bad their service was I do not think she even cared. 😬😬😡😡. Never going back.

I got shellac and it came of in 2 days. shellac is supposed to last way longer than fake nails

No communication. ..than the lady who did my nails clip my fingers 3 or 4 times...feel like paper cuts now..
