Didn’t go with service with this company, but they were amazingly helpful on guiding me to my next option.Try them out if your in the area they seem very professional and helpful.

Its the only option in our rural area. Its very expensive compared to cable providers, but its very reliable for radio delivery. We have experienced 99% up time in the year that we have had it. I would recommend it to anyone that is unable to get cable or dsl service. All customer service interactions have been exceptional.

I live outside of town in an area where it is difficult to get Internet service. An IT friend of mine recommended pocket I net and I have been very pleased with the service. Other people on my road complain about their Internet providers and constantly experiencing connectivity issues. I have not had any problems with this in the six months Ive been a member.

The salesman said they would get coverage at my house no problem. He also told me it could be installed in 2 days. It took them a week and a half just to come out to my house and not get coverage. Way over promised and under delivered. I will never recommend them to anyone!

I have had nothing but excellent service from PocketiNet. Our house is in a location that most services cannot reach. I worried that whatever service could reach us would be spotty at best. Not so. PocketiNet has not lost speed, strength of signal or connection in the last two years we have used them. I highly recommend them.

We got ipocket net because the previous internet provider was a joke and there were no others that service our area. I was a bit leery cuz I had never heard of this company. Well to make a long story short weve had this provider for a few months now and were are impressed. There are some times its a bit slow but it is relatively rare. Im happy with it. I recommend it too.

If you want actual internet service, this isnt for you! Please listen... customer service is very poor, service is even worse, promised 3mb (which is slow) but I didnt even get that, 2.8 tops... And without you even knowing it, you are under contract, its not mentioned until you try to get out of it... Shady business for sure. You have been warned

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Pocket Inet. The internet continues to be working well at all times and the cost is less than I have paid anywhere else.

We live way out in the country, we have tried a few other internet companies and we found we were always struggling to download and to stay connected. I heard about about pocketnet and thought I would try it and have been quite happy with my service and would not use anyone else. Thank you pocketnet!!!!
