They are a great local company and they provide excellent quality Internet for significantly less than HughesNet. Anyone living in rural Yakima County that has the ability to switch from satellite to Gigabeam absolutely should.

Worst service ever. Speed is good, when it works. It goes down often and sometimes it will be down for up to 10 hours. You call to get help and all you get is an answering machine. Multiple calls over 4 hours and nothing in return. They did not even call back the following day, I heard nothing for 2 weeks.However they are really fast to charge you a late charge if the payment in not in by midnight the morning the payment is due. Not late and they still charge a late charge.Do whatever you can to find someone else, worst service ever. Unreliable internet, total garbage.

At first the wifi was good then after 1 month it went down hill I am paying for 30 mbps and Im running at 7 and download speed is 900 kbps which is terrible

I’ve had gigabeam for about 6 months never had a issue until this February they shut my service off after I paid my bill with no explanation at all. It took me three weeks to get ahold of them and talk to them they said there was an issue with my router so they turned me off. They said they’d no longer service my home because of this issue and will no longer be doing business with me refused to give me a refund for the month of February instead of sending someone out to help fix the problem they just dropped me. I would a 100% not recommend this internet company to anyone. They don’t call customers back and they have terrible customer service.

We have this internet at my work. Wow its fast and reliable. Their customer service is awesome. Cant wait until Im able to get it at my own home!

Ive had gigabeam for about 3 months, had problems and issues at first. I sent the company an email and had a phone call from a person not an automated phone system talking through my issues and problems. They came to my home helped me with my router and fixed my problem. Im having a few issues here and there but this company calls and checks up on my service to insure im recieving what i need and anwsering any and all questions i have. If you live somewhere in a Deadzone Id recommend giving them a call

There was some growing pains at first almost two years ago but they are consistent with excellent customer service now! 5 ⭐️
