V Wireless did an excellent job installing my dish service! Eni explained the offer and told me about the dish Hopper! I never knew I could do so many things with this system! Definitely recommend V Wireless and make sure you ask about the Hopper with DISH, you will not regret it!

Friendly staff and great service

Dish network is cheating my 84 year old mother with dementia out of her savings. They had her paying 110 dollars a month to watch Perry Mason, Murder She Wrote and Bones. All of those shows are free over the airwaves but they mislead her into purchasing a premium package. I complained and Dish Corporate called and said they would not charge an early termination fee of 390 dollars if I returned the equipment. They said they would provide a shipping label. They never shipped a shipping label. So now they can continue to rip off my 84 year old mother with impunity. I am making an additional complaint with the justice dept. This is the MOST disgusting bogus company I have ever dealt with. Dont let them rip off your parents. They lie and lie and cheat and get away with it. Sad.

Staff was very helpful in finding an internet service provider, but owner was VERY argumentitive when I brought back a router for a refund that wouldnt connect to my providers network. He was willing to exchange for another router, but didnt want to take it back for a refund, claiming it was used and he couldnt resell it. I felt bullied with WAY too much hostility. He finally and begrudgingly relented and refunded my money, but he demonstrated poor customer service and communication skills. Pero se habla Espanol...!
