Charging me for services they never once provided. When I try to dispute it they legit just hang up on me. I’ve spoke. To 36 employees for a total of 7 hours and have gotten absolutely no where. Century link is the worst company on the planet.

This company is a complete joke. If I didnt HAVE to use them, theres not a chance in the world I would EVER use them. A company with no redeeming qualities is hard to come by but CenturyLink takes the cake hands down.

First of all, the address shown here is a residence, not even an office. I called the national number and there isn’t even a local office in Yakima. Secondly, you can call the phone number listed here, but an automated voice tells you to standby while it transfers you, and then just ends the call. Not a great reflection on a business when there is no local support.
