I had not been for a pedicure in over 20 years and after going to Lavender Nail and Spa I will make it a regular event! The customer service was courteous and considerate. The technicians were very patient explaining all of the options and their benefits. They took very good care of my crusty feet and the massage of my calves and feet was luxurious. Andy was knowledgeable and talented in the treatment and service he provided. It was worth every penny!

Paying for my girlfriends nail, she was very unsatisfied and didnt want to offend the new hire so I called to ask then to switch or redo the service since she was highly unsatisfied. He couldnt handle me telling them that it was unsatisfactory . Handed it off to another girl who was more respectful and cared about the situation, then told my girlfriend to tell me not to call and yell at him when all I did was let him know the service was unsatisfactory and he hung up on me.

Super Uninviting☹️Called ahead to see if there was room for a pedicure - they said, sure come on over.I arrive - no greeting - barked at to pick out color - put in chair with feet in water for 20+ minutes - not offered drink - no kind words telling me it would be a few more minutes - basic pedi $30 for nothing-? Not worth it -I got out of the chair and dripped myself to the car - drove down the road to next nail place - Angel’s!Whoa -🙌🏻🙌🏻much better ambiance, offered chair with drink right away - and three minutes later, I’m getting relaxing, pampered service - hot stones, hot towels, parafin wax, massage, scrub, polish - all for $35!!!!! That’s what I’m taking about.Lavender needs to up their customer service and the menu was limited /priceyGot me on the wrong day! I >treat< myself to a pedi twice a year. 💥

Tried to use this business, made an appointment and when we arrived, they tried to say the appointment was at a different time! The three of us heard the appointment, so I think they changed the appointment because they werent ready for us. Although they took 3 people ahead of us, and never even acknowledged me. I am disabled and cannot sit for very long, which is why the appointment was made. They were very rude and turned the time for Grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter to share into an awful experience. I had to leave because I couldnt sit any longer. I will never return

They only earned a star only because you had to put one in order to leave a review. It was horrible. Not enough staff for the customer amount, there was a baby crying in there almost the entire time. Plus the lady I had didnt even do my pedicure correctly. She left nail polish on the underneath my toenail and on top of my foot. Plus didnt even cut half of the surface of she needed to. I would NOT recommend this place for anybody.

I had gone to a nail salon just a few minutes before I went to see them hoping they would be able to fix my nails and they did! My nails were bumpy, crooked, missing nail polish, glue on my nails, they were just a mess! But they fixedthem perfectly and I’m in love with them

I’ve been to this Nail and spa twice now and both times I had an excellent experience!!! The service is great, the environment is very nice the staff if super nice as well. Both times I went for a pedicure and had Dan as my tech. He’s amazing! Pays super close attention to detail, and doesn’t have a problem changing anything if you don’t like it, or feel uncomfortable. Like he says “if you don’t look good, he doesn’t look good” and he’s means that. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Dan for your pedicures, and just going here IN General for your nail and spa needs!!! Also the environment is very relaxing, and calming even when it starts to get full.

This was my first time at Lavender Nails and it was a phenomenal experience. I have had many pedicures and manicures and Dan is by far the VERY BEST! The leg massage was wonderful, and his attention to detail second to none.

Disappointed Horrible experience Mother of the bride experience was so bad I can’t even express this businesses poor service. Had to walk out crying being mocked by these people. The worse was I was looking so forward to trying the service. Avoid this place

I absolutely love this place. Being from houston Im use to shops that can really pump out dope designs at a good price. I get my nails done by Mrs. Linda, she is professional, amazing and sooooo good at what she does. My nails are strong AF all my home girls go to hanna or pearl and guess what...their nails brake after 2 weeks...mine last until I find a new design or they grow out. If you want good nails and you are a respectful person go see Linda! She is highly asked for so make an appointment or you will be waiting some time. This shop is so clean and their attempts to keep us safe due to covid are awesome. I wouldnt go anywhere else, because I have in the past ans have either been jacked up or over charged. Come to lavander they are dope. Ask for my friend Linda she is next level.

I just moved here last year and it took me awhile to find the perfect salon that made conversations with me and took their time to make my nails look fantastic to every last detail and that salon was this one, Lavender Nail and Spa. Andy did an amazing job he’s a true nail artist and even stayed after hours to take me in to do my nails. In my opinion, they don’t get enough credit they are truly the best. Great atmosphere and great talented team. Andy came up with this design on his own!

I made an appointment at 2pm and showed up at 1:50pm. Then they seated me at 2:00pm. They started helping others who have walked in AFTER ME. At about 3:10pm I got up and left. I went to ANGELS and they were so busy but got to me for my nails within 20 minutes. Will never go back

Not a very good place. Took 3 hours to do a pedicure and my polish started chipping the next day. They also wanted to charge me for a full manicure when all I wanted was a polish change on my hands. The most upsetting thing was witnessing the technicians openly mocking a disabled child. Such disgusting behavior. I will never return nor recommend this salon to anyone.

Amazing job, great service. Super sweet people working there. Brought my friend that was very shy once and they made her feel so comfortable which ment a lot to me. Went again today and everyone agrees that nails havent looked better. This is my nail place from now on in this town.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Im super tender footed and normally it hurts to get a pedicure. Tech was very gentle and did a fabulous job!

They are amazing! Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my nails, they even mixed solar powders to get me the perfect color! I won’t be going anywhere else!

Great place took my Grandma they did a excellent job very kind people excellent business

He did exactly what I wanted and was very polite, but a few of my fingers were cut when he did my cuticles and they were very sore later that night. Some nails were uneven on the surface but not noticeable unless you look very closely. I will be going back but I will pay more attention before I leave.

This is my first time going to this salon and its a great experience. I got a mani and a pedi and I never felt so relaxed. When I sat at the pedi station they were always checking if I was okay or if I needed anything. When I was getting my nails done its was so fast and professional I was very satisfied on how amazing they came put.

Andy is amazing!!! He is the only one I will let touch my nails...perfect everytime!!

I took my Mom for a mani/pedi girls day. It was the first time we had been to Lavender Nails and it was the best nail salon I’ve been to, not only in Kerrville, but the San Antonio/Austin area as well! Dan, Sean and Bee did a fantastic job!! We will definitely be back!

What a disappointment! The woman doing my pedicure openly mockedmy physical disability. Laughing with another employee. I specifically asked that she not cut my nails too short. There were cuts on my bigtoe that still are tender and I cant wear closed toe shoes because ofthe pain three weeks later. Avoid this place.

They did a poor job over charge and cant speak any clear english they said 25 dollars to do feet and charged 50 so watch out and make sure

Extremely long wait time. They told me they were short handed but it was a 2 hr waiting period and still no service.

Blew through my pedicure, nail polish started smudging off before I even got home, they told me to come back and they would correct but then were unfriendly as they fixed the polish, will not be returning.
