This is the best manicure/pedicure I have received in Oregon. The staff is also pretty friendly and you can get an appointment for the same week. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been to a few nail places around Central Oregon and KS is my favorite. My gel nails are always prefect. And getting a pedi is very relaxing.

Wonderful service! They did a fantastic job on my nails today! They had lots of color choices and plastic screens separating customers (as well as requiring masks). The employees were all wearing masks and doing their best to social distance (keeping in mind that they are working on your hands and feet). It was my first time getting acrylics and Im very pleased with the result!

If you are looking to treat yourself I would highly recommend seeing Henry!!! I enjoyed a deluxe pedicure and will defiantly upgrade because it’s all worth it. Great environment, friendly/caring staff

We were in Bend for a bachelorette weekend and made appointments for 5 girls to get pedicures. There was a last minute emergency so one girl couldn’t come. When we arrived at the salon, one lady in particular was extremely rude to us saying they turned customers away all day to fit 5 of us in (our pedicures took 25 minutes total for all 4 of us) and made snarky comments making all of us feel uncomfortable and completely unwanted. All of the other workers were nice but I would never go back here just because of the impression that one worker made. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and extremely unprofessional!!!!!!

First time here and love my nails

I went to try a new salon with my family and the service was terrible! My two sisters asked for these really cute and complicated designs so I did too. And they did great with my sisters but refused to do mine! I do not recommend this salon at all!!!I am writing this after the response and that was not explained to me and also my two sisters got designs that took over 45 minutes. I felt extremely disrespected.

I have been to this shop four times. My husband and I just moved to Bend and it was wonderful to find such a fantastic nail salon! We had great pedicures which we both loved. Will does such a wonderful job with my nails! He listens and gives advice and I will be coming back here as I am so happy with Wills expertise!I highly recommend KS Nails! They are the BEST!

Stop den on the wind with both of my kids and decided to get my eyebrows done and a manicure. The waxing technician did an awesome job, my eyebrows came out symmetrical and exactly the way I asked for which is so rare! The staff was so friendly, they painted my kids nails While I got my manicure done and were so patient! Almost a month later my nails still look amazing! I broke one last week And could not make it to bend for the repair so I had it done at a different spa in Redmond and even the nail technician there was amazed by the quality. This us the only place I will go from now on! I have never had a set if acrylics last this long!

Came in with a reference photo for a very specific nail design. Not only do the nails looking nothing like the reference photo I supplied, each nail is crooked and not put on properly. Lacked care in putting in the time to do the service correctly. Waste of $65, and completely unsatisfied.

I recently moved to town and was looking for a new nail place. This is a really great nail salon. It’s clean, relaxing and has great employees. Julie was great and very personable. I had a long day at work and it was so nice to be able to laugh and get my nails done. A much needed break. Highly recommend!

Everything is amazing about this place. Quality nails that last me for weeks and if they dont. They garantee them! They are kind and listen to your request and if there is something wrong they will fix it. Plus, they are very upfront of their prices. Fast, professional, and accommodating

To begin with, KS nails was seen as an ad when I looked up nail places in Bend. I usually look at reviews before I go into places, and this store had some better reviews than others. I also noticed that they could do holographic nails, so I was very excited, because I knew that not a lot of places could do that. I booked an appointment and was excited to go in. As soon as I went in, I saw that the fish tank in the front was dirty and that it was understaffed for a busy day. An employee did sit me down in less than 10 minutes, which was a good thing on their part on a busy day. I showed them what I wanted and all that they said was “okay”. Hearing that, I figured that they could do the holographic design I was asking for. They weren’t very talkative and the atmosphere was very awkward, as if I was just another client that they needed to get over with quickly. They didn’t press down my cuticle to prevent me from not coming back in soon for a fill and also shaped the nails to be a little over the sides of my nail. When we got to the color part of the nail appointment, I mentioned that I was looking for a light holographic over purple nails along with the white coloring (and possible star design). Instead, they had me pick a darker holographic and I figured that they could do that over the purple. They ended up doing a black/blue holographic on the nails that I wanted to be purple and purple on the nails that I wanted to be white, along with putting too much layering on the polish for them to be acrylic. With these visuals of what I hoped for from good reviews vs what I got, I hope you guys can learn more about quality nail work and improve aspects that I pointed out in this review to make your business better. Personally, I won’t be coming back to this location.

My new favorite nail salon in Bend! Just visited for the first time, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and fun to talk to and Chi did a great job on my pedicure. I highly recommend them!

Does not value customers ! My first time doing a pedicure and it was disaster . First the water was too hot, the lady who did my feet was not gental, and she didnt even paint my toes correctly. All my toes are half painted. All in all it was alright, the lady was just rushing to do my feet because how busy they were.

Henry did a great job with my spring pedicure! I shared some poor experiences I’ve had at other salons and he was careful to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. The regular pedicure was a great value with a relaxing massage. I would absolutely recommend to friends who want some attention to detail.

I had a great Deluxe Pedicure and regular manicure for $50. $3 for file and $5 for flowers on my big toes. $113 for both my mom and I to do this. Parafin and sugar scrub. Excellent massage. Also had a manicure, which came out great, but they didnt spend as long on the massage, about 5 minutes. Im sure if I had only a manicure the massage would have been longer. The place is clean. They definitely care and do a good job.

Surprised my mom for us both to go for a pedicure. We waited forever sitting in the pedi chair for any nail technician to acknowledge us. When we were acknowledged the two gentleman, if I can even call them that....were whispering to each other, having a laugh, and kept talking about hooking up with women. The one that was doing mine was checking out every woman in the place and kept talking in another language to the other guy. So disgusting and I was super embarrassed that this happened in front of my elderly mother.

My favorite guy works here and i always get super long nails. he never complains and always makes them perfect. i accidentally broke a nail in my sleep and the next day be fixed it right away for free! highly recommend.

I went and got a manicure last night, and it was about a half hour before closing when I arrived, and not only did Henry, my manicurist, stay 30 minutes AFTER closing with me, but he also gave me the best French gel mani of my life after I had just had a terrible experience at another salon in town. Wonderful customer service, very professional, kind, and talented staff. I’m definitely a loyal customer to KS Nails and Spa now.

I had my nails done here today. They were running a special so the price was GREAT. The gal who did my nails did an amazing job - they look perfect! However, the color shellac I ended up with looks nothing like the sample one I chose. I wanted a dark purple and I ended up with a lighter purple/pink. I’m not happy with the color but I felt bad asking her to redo it :(

There is a reason this place is the only nail salon with 5 stars. The environment is clean, the service is friendly and they do an amazing job. We have tried other places and have been disappointed until now. We thought about keeping this diamond in the rough to ourselves but the girls did such an amazing job they really earned this review.

I FINALLY FOUND MY PLACE. Tao (sorry could be spelled wrong) did my nails and they are BEAUTIFUL. She did my cuticles and got all the nasty extra skinn hangnails off. I’ve been to 4 other places here in Bend and they have always done “ok” but this place did AMAZING.
