They did an amazing job on our nails.. the man I saw wasnt very talkative and at one point when he was filing my nails I was trying to explain what I wanted done color wise and she shushed me. Maybe I just talk too much or maybe there was a language barrier Im not sure. Other than that, I am very very pleased with how our nails came out!

Went to this place for the first time on Wednesday (8/25/2021). It will definitely be the last time. The man that waited on me rushed to get my acrylic set done and he was extremely rough, so rough both sides of the majority of my finger nails still hurt today (Friday 8/27/2021). He did not clean up my cuticles or even give my nails the proper pre-acrylic set treatment. After he was finished he didnt even clean the acrylic under the nails. $45 for a rushed rough set that was left a little incomplete and my nails hurting. No thank you!

I loved my experience here. So peaceful. This is my first pedicure in the USA and I am not disappointed at all.

They do the greatest nails ever. You know how and this has happened to everyone at least once you walk out of a nail salon and your like “hey this nail is crooked!” This will never happen here. And it doesn’t matter who you get perfect nails every time.

I was very impressed during my first visit to Orchid Nails and Spa. I was looking to get a gel manicure nearing their closing time (FYI: they’re actually supposed to close at 5pm on Sundays and not 7:15pm as it says in Google Maps) and they were more than happy to accommodate me on short notice. When I arrived, I was greeted by my nail tech, Kieu (Q), who was very friendly and welcoming and told me not to stress out about coming late and to take my time choosing a color. I appreciated her positive attitude and reassuring nature, and I felt relaxed right away. Q did an incredible job with my gel manicure and even fixed my broken nail to make it look just like the rest. I was extremely impressed with her efficiency and professionalism, and the end result was perfect! I highly recommend this nail salon and will certainly be back! Thank you Q for the beautiful mani!

They have an great work team. Theyre courtiers and efficient at the same time. In my personal experience they have been the best in this business, my nails have become wonderful. I was afraid they would quickly screw up because of my work, but my concern was fast. I have over 12 days with their work and my nails are really Ok! Besides, my English is not the best, but they have been certifiable to make me feel well attended and I thank you too much. Im coming back.

Best place ever

When I first called to make an appointment I was hung up on. (I should of never called back). When I called back a second time I made an a 1 o’clock appointment for the same day. I showed up promptly at 1. I said I had a 1 o’clock pedicure appointment and they said they would be right with me. I waited 25 minutes for an appointment that should of taken 30 minutes to do. I ended up walking out. I won’t be going back.

Very friendly, they do a great job, and have put in noticeable effort concerning cleaning and sanitization practices since the pandemic started!

I recently visited this business and received pedicures with my wife. This was my first, and it was enjoyable. The workers had thier fun about asking if I wanted color on my nails. It was a cool and comfortable experience. It was nice place for my wife to take me on a date to. I would suggest going.

First set of acrylics were done poorly in shape and thickness.Salon quickly fixed my nails next day. Much better service and leaving a satisfied happier customer. Thank you

Im not that person who makes reviews a lot so when I do its really important. Ive been to Orchid Nails plenty of times, they have very good customer service and the prices are pretty affordable. ( Which is why I am giving them 2 stars ). I went in there to get a full set for my prom and let me tell you that it was the worst full set I have ever received. While I was getting may nails done, the nail tech asked me if i wanted to get gel nails and Im like no thank you because I know that gel nails stay on for a while and I didnt want something for a long time. She was very persistent and I didnt like it because no means no. Time goes by and Im drying my nails while shes painting them and I accidentally made a smudge on my nail and the tech got an attitude with me like sorry I didnt mean to mess up nails, like everyone does it. After I told her, she was like see you shouldve gotten the gel nails like sorry I didnt want them. She should be lucky that I tip her especially with that attitude. A week later my nails start to break just by me doing basic everyday things like putting on lotion and using the bathroom. In conclusion, I will NEVER come to this salon and you are better off going to a tnt nails in west boylston and they are very good trust me!!! I recommend Hung for anyone who wants to go there!

The owner is very rude and unprofessional! I called there on Tuesday to go in for a refill and was told she was booked ;and for me to come Wednesday @ 4 instead. I arrived Wednesday picked my color and right away I felt there was tension! Her employee states loudly “ well do you even have an appointment “ and I said yes of course for 4 pm. I noticed the owner was finishing up with her current customer, so I sat and waited. As soon as she finishes she walks over, bypasses me and tells another woman to have a seat; and stated to other lady who was waiting that she would be with her in 15 mins. I was beyond shocked, so I stood up and asked her, “what about my 4 pm appointment with you.. “She had the audacity in front of everyone in a high pitched voice stating “ No no you don’t have an appointment!” she looks at her current customer shakes her head and states “ you made an appointment for 4 today right” of course her customer responds “ yes it was me”... I repeated myself and said “ yes I did make an appointment, “ and I pointed out to her employee that made the appointment for me . She begins flipping through her appointment book aggressively, claiming my name isn’t in it. When she did find it for 4 pm, she says something in her language and had the audacity to tell me to wait for 15 mins. This was obviously an error on her that could have been fixed, but she felt her nasty attitude was the way to go about the situation... I put her polishes back on the shelf, and walked out of the door.... Never going back!

Everyone was nice, great color choice. Wasn’t expensive at all which I a plus. I saw everyone’s nails while I was in there and they all looked perfect I went in for a full set the other day literally have not had my nails done in a while and I must say I am disappointed. The lady I got didn’t clean up my nails like cut my cuticles or anything which they needed it. My nails are different sizes you can see my real nail on the side of my fake. She didn’t cut my nails evenly. And the paint job wasn’t the greatest. I hate leaving a bad comment but idk I’m just upset because all of the different sizes is driving me nuts to the point where I am about to take them off and I’ve only had them for 2 days money down the drain. Everyone has an off day so I will possibly try this place out again.

I will never go back to this place. First time I got my nails done here they were lifting in 3 days. I went back and they fixed it, but that week all my nails came off except my thumb nails.

The staff was extremely rude from the minute we walked in. They rushed my friend and Is nail. My nails are like 10 different lengths. The nail polish is messed up and they didnt even offer to fix it. Not to mention cut my friends skin and just looked at the flap. Who puts lotion on soaking wet feet!!!
