This is the worst dentists office Ive ever been to. Theyre incredibly unprofessional.They have had conversations over me while my mouth was open about other patients multiple times. The doctor has never introduced herself when she walks into my room. The dental assistants are much more professional than the doctor. My mother has had similar experiences.Also I had an appointment in April 2020 and they never called to tell me that they cancelled my appointment. Instead I had to call over and over to no answer and no answering machine message, and then I had to just assume the office closed because of Covid - while my coworkers were receiving phone calls from their dentists to let them know their offices were closing.I have had two appointments since then that went as scheduled. But recently I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 a.m., arrived before the appointment, and the office was closed. Again, no one called to tell me they needed to cancel my appointment and/or that they were closed. Also, their Google My Business listing said they were open.I will be looking for another dentist, as I should have done months ago.

Its a fantastic dental clinic. Dr. Maya treated me very well and she was very friendly. Heather, Jenny and Ella were very helpful. The treatment rendered by the clinic was top class.

If I could leave negative stars they would earn them without out a doubt and I havent even stepped foot in this establishment. I broke a tooth and have a nerve exposed, I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and was told to hold again and when I politely said I was just on hold for 20 minutes I was then given a lecture on why I was on hold that long and to wait. I was pout back in hold for a few more minutes to then be told sorry about your luck but you have to fix something with your insurance or youll get billed, I told her I have a nerve exposed I dont care about a bill send it Ill fix that later. I was then told no Im not going to do that call and fix your insurance first, I told her its an emergency and the hospital wont help they say I need a dentist, I was told no luck again call tomorrow. So fact is if you need medical attention for a TOOTH and you dont have money this DENTIST who I thought where doctors and took an oath is not the case. Money first patient second = bad business, bad medicine. Please find a REAL dentist office.

I had extreme pain on the left side of my mouth so a different office told me not to worry its probably nothing but from the pain i knew it was something so i came to Webster square as a walk in emergency the staff was great they took me in with no problem and told me i had an infection going on gave me antibiotics and i came back a week later for an extraction... they had me come back a week later for a follow up my mouth feels great! Great and helpful office!!

My boyfriend had a bad infection. No dentist would take a new patient but Webster sq. Dental told us to come right in and Dr. Lam would take care of him. He now has brand new dentures. I told the staff I needed a dentist as well so Dr. Lam agreed to see me too! I have had some very nice work done and were very happy. Heather at the desk was very good to us and comforting. Her and the rest of the staff are awesome. If youre hunting for a great dentist and dental staff you need to check out WSD!!

If you’re terrified of needles, come to Dr. Lam! I needed a filling for my front tooth that had a cavity. I was so relieved when Dr. Lam made the injections so painless. Also my front tooth looks flawlessly pearly now

I went here when I was younger around my junior to senior year in high school. my only problem with this locations is that the employees changed every 30 days. Therefore, anytime I went to get my bracelet change there would be another person. However, my biggest complaint is that the dentist did a poor job being education around the different type of disease. I was recently diagnosis with gingivitis last year. Which I was told my gums were so badly damage and that this should have been taken care of. My annoyance with this organization is that when I would go for my monthly appointment the dentist would always make a judgement about my gums and cleaning them, however, I would always follow their guideline. Now I think if I had the same dentist then maybe I would have been diagnosis earlier, I think the people who worked here did a bad job in detecting my gingivitis and did a bad job with providing information around the disease. I had my bracelet on for a year and a half, before I decided to take them out for college. I wish I could have gotten help with my gums before I lost majority of my bone. ( This happened 5-6 years ago, I am an adult now and have adequate dentist to help me fix my gum disease) If this is a place where student practice being a dentist then that should be explained to people and to make sure people who have more experience supporting them in the field, my experience was always horrible, I literally wanted nothing to do with the dentist because of this.

The diagnosis of nonexistent cavities is common scam in this place. If you’ve never had a cavity in your life and at your first appointment here, she tells you that you need 12 fillings, that’s a red flag.NEVER TRUST THEM GO SOMEWHERE ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION .They Are blood suckers . They dont care about your teeth or pain. Money is the most important to them. THEY ARE NOT REAL DENTISTS EXPECT A BUNCH OF LIARS WITH LOW MORAL .

Took my 12 yr old daughter and they did a root canal without me even knowing. I took her somewhere else because the tooth started turning brown. The tooth had to be taken out due to them ruining it. AT THE AGE OF 12. They should of just filled it. That was a few years ago and I cant believe they are still in business. I should of sued them. The one we went to said he has had to fix many mistakes from there.

This is by far one of the worst dentist in Worcester. The staff don’t know what they are doing and it’s like this place gets new employees every 2 weeks. Waited for an hour for my teeth cleaned and I arrived on time for the appointment and they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day and another time I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room for a cavity filling appointment and they rushed my cavity fillings and I was in so much endless pain for hours on end after I got my cavities filled. They took like a half hour to do 2 fillings. So glad I transferred to a different dentist office where the staff is very friendly and gets you in an out within 30 minutes to an hour and take their time and know what they’re doing. I will never go back here again.

Do not go to this office unless u absolutely need to. Todays experience:-arrive for appt to be told they dont take my insurance n had no phone number to reach me to let me know.-they take masshealth standard but not my masshealth standard loool.-they were rude n argumentative during this whole issue. I told them please take my card n check bc the provider is the one who gave this office info to me. They refused until I mentioned dentaquest covers their claims. Then the girl ran my card to see that they do take my insurance.-no apology, had to drive back to get my Id cards back as they kept telling me no while I was there n I left without them.-that describes their office staff.-they Dr was rushed,sloppy, unorganized and going so fast I was choking n she was hurting me.Overall huge fail would not return.

I just got back from this place with pretty high expectations after reading reviews online. I can flat out say, the reviews are wrong. This place is horrible, do not go here. I went in for a cleaning and a diagnostic. The dentist, who I seen for all of 5 minutes, couldnt speak English, and couldnt answer any of my questions, actually seemed nice. The hygienist, on the other hand, was extremely rude, judgmental, and accusatory. She asked me repeatedly how old I was, which after the 5th time I replied, Why do you keep asking me that? She also accused me of drinking lots of sugary drinks, at which point I was ready to leave, and I politely explained to her that I dont drink anything but water. Overall a terrible experience. I left in more pain than when I came in.

I went to get a simple extraction and the dentist dug to deep into my gums all the way the bone which caused a dire infection in my gums. The hole was so big it looked like my mouth was tortured it took a month to heal and 3 different types of antibiotics to clear the infection worse pain ive ever experienced now my gums are deformed i wouldnt recommend this place to even my worse enemy.DONT EVER GET EXTRACTIONS HERE!!!!

Its terrible place and poor customer service. They made me paid out of pocket for cleaning even I have dental insurance, but they didnt tell me that they wouldnt accept my plan. They said they would call my insurance to check after I paid for them . I has been waiting for couple days to get their answer. Still no lucks!! I had to give them a call and ask, and somebody told me that they would give me a call back. They called me back and said oh they dont take my insurance which means I still have to pay for my cleaning even I have my dental insurance to cover. What a place!!!!! Why didnt they just tell me on the day I came for the service ? They said they didnt know until they called and found out. Wow!!! no wonder they just work there all times.

Place is horrible. I went in for tooth pain and they said they didnt see anything wrong but they could redo the filling but it would be pointless. Comes to find out that after they were doing it that their was a cavity underneath it. Now that I had the filling done, the pain has got severely worse. And when I called, they told me the pain was normal. I would not recommend coming here.

I had a tooth rotted from top to nerve and they wanted to waste my time and money and do a root canal. I said no and they insisted until a month later after 850mg twice a day of amoxicillin they finally pulled it. never going back

Horrible service.they told my boyfriend he was going to get his wisdom teeth extracted,didnt even say what he had to be prepared for,took X-rays and said he had to go somewhere else to be seen because they seemed to be growing right when they arent and theyre bothering him.felt rushed out and our time was wasted.

I was scared to death to goto the dentist,well now i look forward to it,the staff has wonderful bedside manor,both dentists are very good dr.mia made sure i felt no pain,very nice atmosphere which makes it very easy to stay relaxed,the buisness had new owners and they really made it a much better place to go for a dental visit look forward to my next check up! happy holidays and see ya soon!

Okay so i have called several times, requested appointments online and still no response or answer. This place is garbage.
