They are so welcoming here and the employees help tremendously. My first visit at this dentist they took me in the very Same day when I spoke to them on the phone about my issue and how much pain Ive been in for the past months . It was definitely an emergency that I go in quickly and they surprisingly told me to come in later on at 5 and I called them around 2 pm. The lady who did my x-rays was extremely respectful. Its very nice and clean in the office and i definitely will be getting my tooth pulled at this location because Ive experienced terrible dentist before and this one is by far the best . I highly recommend anyone going to this location if need be .

I highly recommend this Gentle Dental. All of the staff are very professional and personable. The dentist is top-notch. It is great for family and people with disabilities. Every time somebody asks for a good dentist, I point them to this location. Two major reasons why I first came here was the fact that they have Saturday appointments and emergencies get seen as soon as possible.

Dr Noosha is wonderful and truly cares about her patients. Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this office.

Gentle Dental at the trolley yard in Worcester, Ma. has been the best thing ever for my teeth as well as my own well being. I first came here after having not been to the dentist in way too long and needed a tooth pulled ASAP and the oral surgeon just happened to be there that day like a heavenly blessing! I have needed other work as well since first coming here and I have to say the staff there have been really terrific! It feels like a family! I have never been treated so well at the dentist office and it makes having to go to the dentist a good feeling instead of the normal dread. I have to give this location 5 stars for going above and beyond for me, thank you to all the staff there! I would recommend to anyone 100%!!

Hands down THE best dentist office Ive ever been to. Dr. Noosha made me feel comfortable, calm, and my root canal was painless. She answered all of my questions, and provided valuable insight for the best dental hygiene practices. I could not be happier. All of the staff there is very curtious and kind, and it made the whole experience that much better. So happy I came to this office.

Im an out of state college student and back in the fall my wisdom teeth finally started coming in. I wasnt able to get an appointment in my home state so I decided to go to Gentle Dental and Im so glad I went here! Dr. Yang was amazing and went over all of the potential risks and complications at my consultation. At my actual surgery he had great bedside manner, I had never gone under anesthesia before and Im scared of needles but he calmly explained everything that was happening as they prepared me for surgery. Ive had a really easy healing process with no complications and minimal pain and I could not have hoped for a better wisdom tooth removal, especially while in another state at college of all times. The front desk staff are also super helpful and friendly, they answered all of my questions.

I don’t recommend this place, the service it’s like making you to come to the office one millions time to charge different stupids thing in different visits, I was sick for an appt and they want me to pay 50 dollars just because I forgot to call and cancel, are you kidding me?, 50 for a miss appt even though when you guys charge me a lot of money Copay for every visit since I’m a patient at your office. My first time I went on time, you reeschedule my visit because your doctor was running behind on a procedure, should I charge you anything for that? You waisted my time that saturday morning. I’m not gonna pay that and I’m not gonna recommend nobody else to this place. Do what ever you want with that

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental! I have good insurance but my previous dentist stopped taking it. I had a hard time finding a dentist who was taking new patients so it had been awhile since I had been. I needed joint replacement surgery so it was important that I get in and have some dental work done.Gentle Dental took me right away! They have great hours and you couldn’t ask for a better group of people! They were kind and gentle and very friendly thorough and efficient!

I went to Gentle Dental for a broken tooth emergency on the Friday before Memorial Day. Not only could they get me in, but the visit was extremely easy and actually pleasant. The receptionist and doctor were both lovely, and I would truly recommend this dentist to anyone whos looking for one in the area.

One of my coworkers who used to be an assistant here recommended this particular location, and it was such a nice experience! It was my first dental visit in close to 20 years, on top of major dental anxiety, and it was proven to me that I had nothing to worry about. I got two major fillings today by Dr. Hiba, followed by a cleaning, and had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I can’t remember the hygienist’s name, but she was amazing as well, and very pleasant to talk to during the process! I have an appointment soon to have two extractions done, and this appointment really helped reduce my anxiety about the coming procedure. Thanks to everyone on this team for making my first dental visit in 20 years about as relaxed and stress-free as it could be!

Staff is always very courteous and professional... with appropriate humor added to the mix. The hygienist who took care of me during my latest visit was so patient and amazing, I almost forgot that I was in a dental office! Would highly recommend this office to anyone who asks!

The staff are very professional and the dental assistant was excellent! They live up to their name, they were indeed gentle. I loved how they kept me informed every step of the way. It felt like a partnership, which is very refreshing when it comes to anything medical.

I cant begin to tell you how my experience at Gentle Dental changed my life. I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist. I came in and said I need you to live up to your name gentle dental they did just that. They were patient and understanding just so accommodating. I have come across many dentist and her passion for what she does is amazing. Her staff especially my dental hygienist encouraged me to wear my headphones, and they would stop whenever I needed a moment. I havent smiled this big in about 15 years. This was my first time at gentle dental coming from Webster square dental. I was greeted very pleasantly by a gentleman at the front desk! He was very professional and thorough with all the questions I asked. The dental assistant was also wonderful. My doctor was also amazing. She was very straight forward and pleasant with everything. I’ve had not the great experiences with my dental care from my previous offices so I greatly appreciate the kind and professionalism of this office!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office in my life! I am terrified of dental procedures but Dr. Khadivi and her team (Stephanie and Sonia) made the entire process smooth and pleasant.Stephanie did an amazing job with my cleaning, it was the first cleaning in my life that wasn’t painful! She made light conversation throughout and made sure i was okay the entire time. I’m super thankful for all her hard work.Dr.Khadivi and Sonia did my X-rays and exam and found that I needed a filling which they took care of same day. They were both very careful and efficient during the filling and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Every other filling I’ve ever gotten has been very painful and has taken a long time but this filling was fast and painless.Overall the nicest group of dental professionals I’ve ever encountered and incredibly good at their jobs. I’ll be back here regularly!

I Hate going to the dentist. I only went because it’s near my job and I can go during lunch break if I need to. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. This office was clean and didn’t smell like a typical medical office, it actually smelled good. The dentist explained everything to me, and I have never had a dentist do that before. The girl with the pretty earrings was very helpful. I am so happy I found this place!

I arrived for my cleaning today and was welcomed by The very friendly front office staff. They took my temperature and asked me questions (all new COVID regulations). I was immediately escorted to my room by Stephanie. Stephanie throughly went overmuch medical history and took through X-rays. Dr Hiba came in for my exam and went over all of her findings. I was given a few options and lots of education without any pressure. Stephanie then came in to complete my cleaning. She was excellent and very precise. I’ve been in the field for 27 years and this was honestly my best and most through experience! I highly recommend!

Such a caring dental office. I called for an emergency visit and they gave me same day appointment. I am terrified of dentists and I immediately felt at ease and there was no judgement which was very important to me. They focused on treating me for the immediate issue, but were very thorough and they came up with an affordable dental plan for me. I don’t go anywhere else!

This was by far my best dentist experience!! I have a serious fear of the dentist and have been to my fair share of dentists. I have always left other dentists with that same uneasy feeling I went in the place with. But at Gentle Dental the entire staff were so welcoming from the time I walked In to the time I left. They made me feel comfortable. After having a cleaning and filling done there, I can say that this experience by far exceeded all of my expectations. I went to Gentle Dental yesterday for my first visit (based on the highly competitive price of roughly $60 for new patients for a cleaning, X-Rays, etc.) The Staff was highly professional, the facility is immaculately clean, and it was the single best visit Ive ever had to the Dentist. The quote I received for the work I need performed was highly competitive, so I will definitely be back in the immediate future... Its worth nothing that they have a staff member on hand who is somewhat of a linguistic savant, speaking five languages fluently, so if youre French/Portuguese/Italian/Spanish/English speaking, theyve got you covered! A+++

Went in for an exam and at 57$ for an examAnd cleaning for new patients is an extraordinary deal! The dentist was very polite and the assistants were also well mannered and genial. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a professional dentist and crew in Worcester. Speaking as an army vet that was a dental assistant for 6 years and current PharmD student I feel like I have an acute awareness for detail and give this location my highest recommendation.

Wonderful first experience at Gentle Dental at their new Trolley Stop location. The physical location was clean and comfortable. All of my paperwork was sent to me beforehand and I completed it online before arriving. The doctor was very helpful and thorough. Janet the hygienist was very knowledgeable and everyone was welcoming!

My first experience with Gentle was a molar extraction and bone graft performed by Dr Yang and team, they made it seem very easy with no pain or distress. My hearty thanks to all involved.

First things first: I hate the dentist. But the staff at this Gentle Dental have made me enjoy going to the dentist much more. Dr. Hiba and her assistants (Sonya and Chantrelle, i believe their names are) were extremely professional, yet welcoming and made the experience fantastic. I had a chipped tooth and 2 fillings, and they were as painless as possible!I later went back for a cleaning, and Stephany, the Hygenist was also amazing. she listened to me with what my concerns were, and she was super accommodating with my fear of being at the dentist.I went during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they were incredibly thorough with making sure not only their staff were safe, but their customers.Even the people who work at the front desk (Ivy and the general manager if i recall correctly) were welcoming and were willing to listen to my ramblings about how this was the best dental experience ive had.What a great place!!

I came in for pain and they let me come right in. The tech girl, Chantel, was very friendly. Chantel and Dr. Noosha made me feel comfortable. I am so greatful for everything they did for me. I don’t live in MA, I wish I could find an office like this where I lived!
