I am a new patient to Gentle Dental on Shrewsbury Street as of about a month ago. I need lots of work done and they have been simply amazing. Always taking my feelings into consideration. I had a bad experience in the past and Gentle Dental has made me forget all of that. I’m excited to move along the process to a better smile with Gentle Dental.

I went to Gentle Dental about a month ago because I had such a bad experience at a different dentist. I was able to get my appointment on the fly and when I got there the front desk receptionist was very friendly and was familiar with my insurance (most offices aren’t and try to make you pay for everything out of pocket). I had let the receptionist know over the phone that I needed a cleaning and really wanted to get one done since I was past due; initially she said I would need an exam first but when I got there the hygienist was able to get my cleaning in and get me out of there in no time! Finally upon my exit the receptionist had my insurance information pulled up and informed me that I was all set and quickly scheduled my follow up. I am very please with my experience here and how quick and easy it was to get my simple cleaning without a hassle (especially with the insurance part). Definitely sticking with this Gentle Dental for future appointment.

My hygienist Jess is the most caring person. Her compassion and sweet personality enabled me to get through some very tough procedures. She is the main reason my oral health is 10 ties better than it was. Jess is the best!🙂

I was having a borderline panic attack when I found out I had to get all four wisdom teeth extracted without sedation but the staff at gentle dental truly made the entire procedure a breeze. The assistant was extremely kind and knowledgeable which put me at ease at soon as I stepped into the office. The doctor was also very gentle and even without anesthesia I did not feel a single thing throughout the procedure. I highly recommend anyone come to Gentle Dental of Worcester for any dental care they may need!

I had an emergency and they were able to get me in right away even though I was not an established patient prior to this emergency. They were kind, quick, and affordable. My temporary crown looks fabulous!

Customer service and reception preferably suits the women, the Dentist who took care of me was superb, I mean he did a good job, he made tooth extraction soo easy and anxiety free.The assisting nurse was not bad though but the face mask could drop down a moment for clarity of speech.No wonder!!! I would always be thankful and grateful for the friends who introduced me to your clinic.

My 93-year-old mother, who is in a nursing home, needed her dentures replaced because they were lost. We were working with a dentist associated with the nursing home, however he never finished her treatment because he was afraid of going into a nursing home during the pandemic. It took us several months to have the original dentist reimburse her insurance, so we could go to a new dentist.We selected this facility quite by accident; it was close to her nursing home. We had an amazing experience. Dr Arora-Mohan and the staff were professional and friendly and did everything they could to ensure my Mom had a positive experience. They helped expedite the replacement, so my Mom could enjoy her favorite food again (hot dogs and salad with lots of ranch dressing) and worked to help resolve outstanding issues with the insurance. Every staff member we met was patient and took extra time to explain procedures in terms my Mom could understand. They were outstanding. I would highly recommend their services; I am very grateful for the care they provided my Mom.

I had an ongoing issue where my 2 implants ( 2 back teeth) kept coming loose then finally came out. Gental Dental was very understanding about this issue and was able to repair my two implants with care and expertise. I was very nervous about ny appointment, but, once I was there, I became more relaxed. They took all the precautions regarding Covid 19 and they were professional throughout my appointment. Thank you Gental Dental!

Consulted with a more upscale dentist in New Jersey regarding an operation that Doctor Goldberg recommended, only to find out that said operation was not at all necessary. I dont recommend going here. Doctor Goldberg seems as though he deliberately tried to rip me off.

Great experience! I had recently moved to the area and had broken my permanent retainer. Not only did they get me in as soon as possible but they were very thorough and helpful!!

I’m very frustrated with this office. I came in in December to have an examination and was given a long list of fillings that I needed to get done. After the advice of the dentist I got my wisdom tooth and the tooth in front of it filled and experienced extreme sensitivity and pain ever since I got it filled. Turns out the cavity in my wisdom tooth was so close to the nerve that it was pointless to even get a filling. So then I had to get my wisdom tooth removed and now the filling in the tooth in front of my wisdom tooth is in extreme pain and sensitivity however I will not be returning to this office to have it fixed.

I recently moved across country to Massachusetts and had to find a dentist quick for an emergency problem. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning despite being a new patient. I was so pleased with my experience at Gentle Dental. I was treated wonderfully by all of the staff there and I was thankful that Dr. Arora didnt cause me anymore pain by prying around my tooth.

Ive been going to Gentle Dental for over a year now--Ive always disliked going to the dentist until this place. The staff is pleasant and they take the time to listen to your dental concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Dr. Aurora, a remarkable dentist in every way, has been taking care of my teeth for eight years, always demonstrating her high professional standards. And her colleague, Dr. Klimashov, is a top-flight oral surgeon. I have always received the highest possible level of care from the team at the Shrewsbury Street office.

I would recommend this people to anyone. I am a disabled Vet and live on a very tight income and have several back issues that cause a lot of pain. Every time I come in here the everyone is very profession and helpful to me. They stream line everything to help me not hurt or waste anytime. They know I have a limited time a day I can be out of bed. The dentist also know I live on a small check each month from the VA, so they sit with me and talk to figure out the best long term care for me at a price I can handle. They listen to my input and all. During visits when I am getting work done there highest priority is making sure not to cause more back issues. I can take as many breaks as I need and rest. During my times of rest the dentist will go take care of another person and when done with them come back to me. This gives me plenty of time to get pain under control and not leave me unable to walk at end of appointment.

I have so much anxiety about the dentist and I felt so taken care of here. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienist to the dentist herself was super friendly, understanding, and helpful. Ive had nothing short of an excellent experience here. Making my first appointment was super easy. I requested my first appointment through their website and they called me that same day to schedule. The front desk staff are super friendly and professional. All the dentists/hygienist are very personable and authentic when treating you as their patient. I originally found very good reviews for Gentle Dental of Worcester. MA singing the praises of Dr. Tina Aurora online after I moved to this area and needed to find a new dentist - (Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing - I hadnt been in a while, but I knew that I needed some work done.) Dr. Aurora and her staff have done extensive work with my teeth, replacing a bridge with an implant and 4 crowns, root canals, etc. I am extremely pleased with the results! - My smile has never looked better :)Additionally, the entire staff is indeed, gentle, and pleasant. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, which I never thought would be possible! They have earned my highest recommendation!

Terrible establishment that has scarred me from going to the dentist. After having an issue with one of their procedures I went into the office to discuss the issue and the doctor literally was yelling at me and my husband. Completely unprofessional. The matter is still not resolved they refuse to contact me and I am seeking legal action. After seeing another dentist he told me that the procedure should have never taken place in the first place. In addition, the office is dirty and the staff unprofessional. I am sorry that it has come to this but I have to go public with it since they have not returned my calls after numerous attempts for over a year. It is too bad because the office is opened at very convenient hours but this place is not worth the risk. Please stay away.I have never experienced anything like this.

Dr Tina Aurora does not care about her patients. Did 3 scheduled fillings with her and I regret every single one of them. She had me waiting 50 minutes after numbing twice. Did not care to come and check.. its very unprofessional to leave a patient waiting. On one of my filling she didnt even ask me about the color/type I wanted and just covered my tooth with silver filling. Totally unprofessional! Lost my business since she started treating me. Everyone else was very nice.

We drove one hour here for my husband to have a painful tooth extracted. We were greeted upon arrival by the girls at the front desk and then they took him right in. He was done in less than 30 minutes and the dentist as well as the assistant both checked to make sure he was alright before leaving, even checking his vitals. They are very professional here and I would highly recommend them!!

Cant actually speak to their practice. Waited 30 minutes and was never seen. There were no other patients in the building and I was the only person in the waiting room. After 30 minutes at least be polite and say youre running behind. If youve got time to kill the price seemed reasonable I just cant stand places thatll charge you for being late or no show but have no consideration for your time.

Im usually a nervous wreck around dentists but she and her staff are fun and professional and she always listens to the needs of her clients. The worse dental place ever! The service desk girl was so rude and not professional at all! Felt like i am back to high school! I will not reccoment anyone there, unless you want to be disrespected! My first and last time going there! The service desk girls was so loud and acting so unprofessional! She didnt even know anything, she kept asking the other girl for help, when i was asking questions, and she had attitude! They need better training for sure! Give them 2 star! I was ready to leave as soon as possible! Felt not welcome at all!

I havent been to the dentist in what feels like 3+ years (collective gasp!!). Knowing that I hate going to the dentist prompted me to be very nervous about initiating this arduous task. So after experiencing the telltale signs of the onset of teeth problems, I finally bit down (see what I did there) and went searching for a new dentist. While exploring the verse far and wide, I began to hear some great reviews about Gentle Dental. I finally decided that I couldnt wait any longer and would give this place a shot.I walked through the door on a 90 degree day with the SWASS meter at an all time high. The first thing i was greeted with was a cool blast of air gingerly accentuated by the pleasant aroma of mint tooth polish and the humming of a distant dental instrument. At the desk sat a very pleasant woman who welcomed me with a smile (and a clean white one at that). After telling her I was a new prospect, she quickly and efficiently whisked me through the paperwork process and even assisted me in finding my dental insurance. 👍 Once my appointment time arrived, everything else was a clean breeze. The woman who took my X-rays was very accommodating and thorough. She even made sure that I was as comfortable as possible when having me bite down on the X-ray tooth thingy mcbob (sounds legit right?).Dr. Filete did the remaining investigation and was incredibly informative. He exceeded my expectations in communicating information so that I fully understood how bad Id been neglecting my gums! Most often your dentist probes around your mouth emitting the common, Mmhmm, or the dreadful, Oh, without any clear explanation as to whether or not youre going to die. In this case, he assured me that I wasnt going to die, but should instead focus on a more rigid flossing schedule coupled with gentler flossing. Thanks Doc!Then to top it off, I was able to get the cleaning done on the same day after they shifted a few things around for me to once again accommodate my hectic work schedule. Kaila, the hygienist, was an absolute gem. Super pleasant and very humble. I dont think Ive ever laughed that much during something historically very horrible for me. She to was incredibly educational, allowing me to understand the vital importance of flossing and softer brushing. Had it not been for her soothing reassurance that I would be fine, I believe I might have died then too. But once again, I made it out alive and in much better spirits than how I walked in.With the taste of cinnamon tooth polish in my mouth, a bag of dental goodies, and a committed second visit, I feel its safe to say that Gentle Dental has now won me over as permanent client.So people, do that dirty mouth a favor and get on over to the folks down at Gentle Dental. Theyll redefine what its like to get all up in yo grill, and do so with a smile! 💪😎

The absolute worst I wouldnt go there if I were you. The dentist put me through so much pain it was unbearable. I would not ever go there again.

Gentle Dentals name lives up to its word. I used to hate the dentist. I have a terrible gag reflex and other dentists were too rough, literally causing me to gag every time. Dr. Arora-Mohan and her team are very patient and worked with me to come up with different ways to overcome my gag reflex. Over my last several visits, I havent gagged once. Highly recommend.

I am not a person who writes reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time. My smile needed some work due to cracking, chipping, discoloration and Dr. Tina Arora-Mohan provided me with a solid treatment plan. First, she suggested that I try the Zoom whitening procedure (relatively inexpensive compared to crowns, etc.) to see if I was satisfied with the results with that alone. Although this procedure significantly whitened my teeth and I was very happy about the results, some of my teeth had some preexisting structural deficiencies and I wanted to move forward with additional work to improve my smile. She did not pressure me at all and I really appreciated that as a patient. Due to my particular situation, it was determined that crowns would be best. She was able to do all of the work necessary to improve my smile over the summer so that I could start off the new school year (I am a teacher) with a new smile! Now that all of my work is done, I am a very happy and satisfied customer! Thank you for your attention to detail and your kind demeanor, Dr. Arora-Mohan!!
