I’ve had bad experiences at dentist offices. But the people here are friendly and genuinely care about what’s concerning you. Love that they worked with me on a payment plan. Very clean and all precautions taken to sanitize. I highly recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience to give this place a try.

I started going to Aspen dental as an emergent situation. After putting off going to the dentist for way too long, i had to take care of my teeth. From the very first visit, the staff here has been amazing. Very kind and supportive. Never once have I felt judged for letting my dental health go into such a bad place. Each question/concern I have had regarding my care has been met with sincerity and knowledge. They have been extremely helpful in dealing with insurance/finances.I have truly come to feel a sense of pride in my teeth and smile and am grateful to the Aspen Dental team for all of their treatments/work.

I brought my daughter. Very disappointed. They took so many x-ray. I was told also that I needed deep cleaning and see a specialist, same as my daughter. They did not clean my teeth or my daughter, and only put it as a consult. I was treated roughly by the dentist during the exam. My daughter was crying on her way to the car. I went to see another dentist. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with the Worcester office.I needed a solution to my dental problem that would work & was less expensive than the proposals two other dentists had made. I had delayed work for several years because of the other proposals’ expense. It has been years since I’ve had full-size, normal-looking, lower front teeth. I had modified my smile & I had given up certain foods.Dr. Aly devised a solution to my problem that two other dentists had not proposed. I am thrilled with the permanent bridge-its fit, color & appearance. All this for an expense I can manage. I was a bit giddy in the office when I received the final permanent bridge. Everyone came in & congratulated me.I was pleasantly surprised all along the way at the skill, professionalism, pleasantness & thoughtfulness of the whole office. I will continue with the overall dental plan as soon as I have paid-down the cost of this procedure.More particulars are below.The receptionist always welcomed me by name. Dr. Alys dental assistant was wonderful. She took X-rays & made impressions without causing pain or gagging for the first time that I recall. Dr. Aly & his assistant explained and answered all my questions about the procedures & the basis for recommending them. Other alternatives were discussed.Dr. Aly worked with me to develop an overall plan that was financially workable for me. Mike worked with me to devise a financing plan that I could handle.I was very pleased with the appearance & fit of my temporary denture. I found this remarkable given my mouth’s structure that prevents using conventional denture. Having a temporary partial made the waiting for proper healing much easier.Dr. Aly proceeded cautiously after pulling the teeth, taking more time than expected to ensure complete healing & loss of swelling before taking an impression.My apologies to everyone in the office for failing to remember your names.

I absolutely dread dental visits and if I could avoid dental visits I would. (Obviously that’s not a good idea, lol!) However this dental facility has restored some hope for me. From the moment I entered, everyone I came in contact with was extremely caring and professional. Kudos to John the hygienist!! John was very careful and made sure to explain every step of the way. I will definitely return and will switch my entire family to Aspen Dental as long as he is our hygienist! Thanks John!

Zero stars. Went in for a new patient appointment. Started off by taking more X-rays than necessary. Dentist came in and told me that I would need a deep cleaning with sedation which would cost me $800 out of pocket after insurance. He told me I had bone loss but did not appear to review the X-rays and never showed/explained the X-rays to me. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for the past 20 years without issue. Within these 40 dentist visits I have never been told that I needed this procedure. Something does not add up. Please be cautious when going here- you may be recommended to spend money on a service that is unnecessary.

Staff was amazing and made me feel absolutely amazing walking through that door! I spent quite a bit of time at my consult discussing options on how to move forward with getting my perfect smile back. My only complaint is how expensive it is- even with insurance I will not be able to afford the entire treatment plan.

Good dental treatment and great staffs BUT NOT giving 5stars because they couldn’t keep/respect people’s time. Been there 5times, 3 out of 5 visits they let me and my husband sit and wait at least 20-30mins. Scheduled for 1.5-hour treatment slot, kept waiting for at least 20 mins. So I decided to reschedule as I have to go to work. They offered to do the 1.5-hour treatment within 1-hour. Really?

DR Ali, Ruth, Mike and V are all such amazing humans. I have hit a few speed bumps throughout my dealings with Aspen but thankfully the folks I mentioned above never hesitated to jump right in to find solutions and make sure any issues were solved. I am super greatful for this team and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this Aspen location. Thanks again team!

My boyfriend needed a tooth pulled. they charged him $ 500.00. We will never go back that is outraged. for 1 tooth.They dont allow family members to go in with them. Office girls are not wearing masks but patients have too. where is that Right .??

Showed up for an 815 appt this morning only to be told they called to reschedule on Friday. I checked my call log because I was sure I didn’t receive this call (I didn’t upon checking) and also came across the confirmation email from aspen dental less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. When I showed this to the front desk, I was just told “well he isn’t available right now”. I will be switching dentists after this experience!

They are very misleading on their pricing and guarantees. My husband needed to get his dentures repaired for the second time which are guaranteed but the Aspen closest to us was unable to help so they sent him to Auburn he dropped them off and was told to pick them up in a few hours after he got home he got a message saying they were closing early and was unable to repair them so he had to go back to auburn and pick them up unprepared. I would not recommend them. This is the second time this happened.

In my early twenties and after a lapse without dental care, I’m glad I chose Aspen as my dentist to carry out my treatment plan for a broken tooth and gum issues after time without care. Dr. Ali was Honest, yet assuring that if you keep up with your dental care everything will be ok. Financing options are reasonable, straightforward, and workable to your budget depending on insurance & priority of work needed. Finished my deep cleaning and they did amazing, Jon was an amazing hygienist start to finish. COVID measures carried out to a T! Amazing all around.

My sons all four molars were giving him trouble from last year and because of pandemic we could not do anything and at Aspen dental appointment was scheduled at ease .They have best surgeon and team of great staff friendly and professional.

I didnt even get passed the phone rude phone call. I need a rotted tooth pulled and got the run around about how the could fix them. I wanted to just have them pulled I guess will try else where .

After most of my life fearing dentists, and having medical conditions that causes accelerated weakening of my teeth left me no choice to seek out help. I was impressed with the none judgment, quick service and above and beyond time the entire team at Aspen Dental in the Lincoln Plaza location took with me. It truly made a huge difference. I’m only 24 hours after my procedure and am feeling better then I have in ten years. Plus I can smile with a full smile and not be ashamed! Fully recommend them.

Dr Lee was personable and I felt comfortable with him. I had a crown prep done. My disappointment was with the preparation of the temporary cap. It took the dental assistant four tries to make the the piece and even then it was rough and had sharp edges. When the doctor put it in he warned me that it could fall out and if it did I should just come in and have them put it in again. During the time they were making and inserting it I had the feeling that something just wasnt as it should be.Well, he was right, it popped out two days later. I called the office and they werent open on Friday, so, they got me an appointment at their office in Auburn. I got there and the dentist looked at the temporary and commented on the sharp edges. She did some work on it, then put it in and did some further work to build it up and make it more stable. Finally, she put it in and had me bite down to hold it in place for several minutes. (Something they didnt do in Worcester.) I came out with a comfortable, stable temporary that should last until my crown is ready.I have had 7 other crowns done and this was the only one that ever gave me any issues.

Everyone here was super nice, from the person who greeted me when I came in, the dental assistant who did my XRays, the dentist who did the exam, and the woman who talked to me about cost. The only thing I wish they had done differently would be to verify insurance coverage prior to the visit or taking you back. But, I realize, they are a chain and they want to get people through the door and into the chair.

My visit was great. Dr. Aly and Hygienist John were great and gentle. I felt comfortable and welcomed. They followed COVID protocols which made me feel safe. Always a pressure going to my dentist.

This place is a joke! I had a filling done here and it fell out a few months later. I called to see about getting this fixed and to ensure my insurance will be accepted. The person I talked to said they do in fact accept my insurance and so I made an appointment. Once I got to the appointment I was told that they do not accept my insurance but not to worry since I had the filling done here, and it fell out, they would look at it at no cost. After waiting there for over an hour, the dentist came in and said they could repair it and to make an appointment. He looked at my tooth for less than 5 minutes and now I am being billed over $200 after they said there would be no cost for this visit. They lie and say whatever they can just to get you through the door and then overcharge for every service they provide. I would run far away from this corporate POS dental office, There are way better options nearby!

Everyone is very professional. Was very pleased with Covid measures, Ruth did my xrays that normally are a horrible experience, but she put me at ease, and was done with them very quickly. Dr. Aly was very thorough and has a great personality. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to visit!

I should have read the reviews before coming here. I arrived 15 min early like I was told, the receptionist didn’t greet me until 30 min later. Then was told the computers were rebutting so I waited an HOUR before going in, and I was the first appointment of the morning? And it looked as if it hasn’t been updated since 1950. Could also use a cleaning crew. 0/10 would recommend

All I have to say is this was the worse experience ever in any dental office. So unprofessional the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional wouldn’t explain the details and interest rates and was saying I’m being unreasonable for asking questions. They wanted $4870 out of pocket for a one tooth filling and they where trying to force other work that we didn’t need or wanted and they where saying they have to do it even tho no other company said that they would t have to do the other services to do the filling all in all they are not truthful and honest they tried to stick me in a 5 year contract to for a simple tooth filling it’s just insane I’ll never go back and never speak good of them

Four months a go I arrived home, with no dentures. I had taken a long degrading and scary bus ride from Florida alone. I called Aspen Dental and they saw me that day during the process of making me new dentures I was treatment with kindness,understanding and respite. The whole team worked together to have my dentures ready in two days. They came out beautiful and fit great.

After a crazy bill of 803.00, I went through the bill and saw $150 was for an oral B electric brush which could have costed me less at Amazon or Walmart. No one even took time to explain to me about the bill, or even ask me if I had an electric brush at home.My second visit was cancelled, I checked in and I was told that I wasn’t scheduled, yet I had the appt card with date & time on it.

I havent been to the dentist in a while and I was a little nervous. The front desk person was great, the assistant Tania was super friendly, and I got a hygiene appointment shortly after my comprehensive exam. Everyone was really helpful and funny! It was a great appointment!

I had a GREAT experience! Dr. Saleem is a great dentist, he is quick and efficient as well as thorough. He is attentive and easy to talk too, very down to earth. He took is time to answer all my questions and ease my fears. His staff is great and very helpful. His hygienist Krystal is very thorough as well, she does a great job and is very gentle as is Dr. Saleem. They provide quality dental work and treatment to all their patients! Its also nice knowing that they have financing available and take the time to help you find a way to pay for your dental treatment, unlike the private practice I had gone too in the past where the work was also less quality than here at Aspen!

Had the greatest experience you could have at the dentist with Dr. Umme and her assistant Kelly they took care of my crown and were funny, polite and professional. I would recommend this Dentist to any and everyone. Very clean comfortable setting and environment. I look forward to getting the rest of the work I need done ASAP! A + work and people... I became a patient at Aspen Dental, 537 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA, this month. My experience there was wonderful. I have a lot of dental anxiety so I went will much trepidation. But all my fears were allayed by the gentle, considerate, and excellent care I received. I felt completely at ease in the hands of Dr. Umme and Kristen. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the procedure; and they added just the right amount of light-hearted and humorous conversation to put me at ease. Im delighted to have found this dental office! I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had been looking for a great dentist in the Worcester area and we found one!!!! Aspen Dental (Lincoln Plaza) is great. Reception, X-Ray, the dentist and hygienist were all friendly and professional. These guys are great and we recommend them highly. We will be returning for our scheduled exams and cleanings and (hopefully not) any other work that might be needed.

I had a GREAT visit with the staff & the Dentist I saw. The Dentist I saw was Dr.Umme. I am 60 years old and had an emergency . My front tooth fell out from my partial plate. I was there around 12noon. I could not have been treated better. I have had problems with the teeth for years & have years of dealing with dentists. The Dentist I saw was kind & funny. Very funny. I told her that she was the happiest Dentist I have ever seen. Everyone in the office was so helpful. I would recommend anyone who needs a Dentist to call Aspen dental in Worcester Ma.They were great & the best was I could pick up my new tooth at 3:30 the same day.

So I said i would write a review since my first appointment there in October and since I never write one of these its taken a long time to get around to it and many appointments since then and every time I go I always leave happy and glad that I found dr thomas as a dentist! I also cant forget all the other nice people working there that have always been nice and patient with me and all the questions that I have.ps. This is coming from a guy that has never had a good experience at the dentists, the few times I ever went as a kid and the couple of times as a adult.

Im very impressed with the support and attention I received from Dr. Umme. SHES AMAZING. Also the staff at the from Jeremy, hes a star. Lauren is very helpful with the fees and how she broke it down for me to be able to start my procedure. Thank you for your help you are all amazing team.

I went to Aspen Dental in Worcester after not seeing a dentist for two years. Dr. Umme and Kelly took care of all the cavities and dental work I needed and were not judgmental about how badly I had taken care of my teeth. They are both very professional. But they also both have great senses of humor and made me feel very comfortable during my many appointments. They even were able to save two teeth that at first looked like they needed to be pulled. Im very happy with the care I received.

Went to Aspen Dental this afternoon and found all the workers to be very nice and actually funny. They seem to work well as a team. Wish the news was good but actually was what I expected. We are working on a short term remedy til I am ready for the full treatment. Part of me says soon but another part is sad. Everyone in the Lincoln St office is awesome. I went there right away I was greeted and advised of the wait time. The dentist Umme was very nice and professional also Kelly her assistant was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable with the 2 hour procedure that I had done. They always get me in and out. The staff is always polite and willing to answer any questions. When I needed work they charged much less than my previous dentist.UpdateMy last cleaning wasnt too bad except my gums were sore and swollen for a few days after the cleaning. My hygienist has now changed a couple times.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime, but Aspen Dental in Worcester is heads and shoulders above the rest. From the hygienist who cleaned my teeth (Kristen) to the doctor and her team who took care of some complicated dental issues (Dr. Umme and Kelly) to the finance people (Mike), I was treated with care, informed of every step to come in the process and every available option, and was given an accurate estimate of the care I would receive on the spot. The whole team, from the reception area to the exam rooms and specialists (Dr Lee) are professional, kind, and know their stuff.

I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental. The dentist explained everything he was going to do before he did it and explained why it was needed. The Office Manager, Shanique Gravely was very good. She explained to me if my insurance did not cover something and provided alternate payment arrangements.I was given the option of not having the procedure done. However most of what I needed done my insurance did cover. Overall I great experience!

Hands down the best dental care I have ever received. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. The entire time I was made to feel comfortable. From right when I walked in the door everyone was so kind. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was compared to the nightmare I thought it would be. My experience was fine but i think that some of the procedures could have been done in a different order there fore i was not pleased because they keep charging me for things that should have been done first not at the last minute and charge me more money.

I went in for my initial visit and was worried that Id need a ton of work done given my years since my last dentist visit. The people were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The informed me of the work that would be required and were willing to work with me to get the work done at a pace that my wallet would allow.All in all a great experience!

I have no experience. I was bored and wanted to read the reviews. I am not attracted to any aspen dental. My 88 year old Dad went there and they wanted to charge him 900 to pull a tooth. I told him to get out of there as fast as he could and go to my dentist. He had mass health and it was totally free.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Go somewhere elseAspen Dental which is located in Lincoln plaza Worcester has what I would call a policy of pressuring people into agreeing to services that they feel you should have not what you feel you should have. So for instance if you don’t want to have one of the services they recommend then they feel like you shouldn’t have your regular teeth cleanings done either as if it’s not worth having them cleaned. Once you complain about it they will give in and make you sign a document stating you refuse however they try to convince you otherswise. What it comes down to is they don’t want to spend their time doing basic teeth cleaning if you’re not going to buy all the other stuff they recommend. They also do not have a oral surgeon. They have someone that comes in once a month to do oral surgery. So you have to either do it on that one day or go somewhere else. They also have a strict appointment rule which allows them to be late but not you. The overall customer service is poor at best unless you get one of the perdiem employees of which whom has better customer service than the actual everyday employees. Buyer beware go somewhere else!

Doctors are more like sales person. they Dont care about you or your teeth. When I reach there for my annual checkup, all they did is look into my mouth for 5 minutes and then discuses about different treatment for another 20 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO TO Aspen (more like ASS PAIN) dental.

The staff at Aspen were awesome. I had been to another dentist that my insurance company had sent me to. Had a problem and they refused to fix it. I called Aspen and was seen in 2 hours, and my problem was fixed immediately. Aspen is now my dentist. Will not go to anyone else.

I have been going to Aspen since 2013. I have had both upper and lower dentures done, along with pulling of 30 teeth. The entire team here has been amazing. Thay understood my fear of the dentist and worked with that. I have been working with Tonia from day one and Dr. Umme has been amazing. I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. Everyone is always happy and smiling! Thank you all for giving me the best smile I have ever had! I truly can not thank you enough!!!

Hadnt been to a dentist in years and finally began having toothaches this past summer due to so many chemo therapy sessions. The crew is very welcoming and make you feel relaxed. Ive needed to have 2 teeth removed in the past 4 months. I was told by Dr. Saleem that the best action would be root canals but I told him I had no money for them. As a cancer patient I have enough other battles going on. He understood and extracted my teeth. He was not pushy about any extra work. I found him to be the best dentist I had ever been to. Made sure I had no pain at all. Dr. Saleem is amazing as he handles most every problem by himself. His staff is caring and fun to be around. When I called with a bad toothache a few days ago they made a time available within 1 day for me to come in. Even though this is a major chain it has the feel of a private office. Glad I found them. Hope I dont need them often but glad I can depend on them. Thank you Aspen Dental!..........

Im one of those people that havent been to the dentist in years. Too afraid and more afraid of them yelling at me and telling me how bad it was for me to not go. I havent had any problems in years till now. I needed my first root canal. Of course, all as you hear is the horror stories about how bad they are. It took every ounce of energy for me to finally make a call and go to get my tooth fixed. The pain was so bad I dont think any human could take what I did for over three weeks(I thought I could fight it and win). I picked Aspen dental only because of not having a regular dentist. I was so afraid when I walked in I wanted to cry. They instantly made me calm. Very nice and friendly and forgiving people. He gave me antibiotics that stopped the pain in two days. Scheduled my root canal at another place(quickly) which was so professional I wouldnt recommend getting one done elsewhere. Of course there was pain but not like the stories you hear. Its basically the two second pain from the numbing needle and of course discomfort from having your face frozen for hours. But after the actual root canal I couldnt be more pleased. If my tooth wasnt cracked I wouldnt of needed a crown and could of kept my nice new white filling(Instead of the old silver colored ones). Then back to Aspen for the crown which went perfect. Now everything is done. I feel great now. Tooth looks great. Still a little weird because it feels different but nothing but praise for the Lincoln St. Aspen Dental. They are my new Dentist. Have a cleaning scheduled and will go every six month now like your supposed to. So not only did they save my life and make me feel comfortable, they also made me want to go back to normal dental routines. I dont know why I picked them during my emergency but thank god I did!!!!! And the doctor is great. Nice young guy that is cool and normal. They never make you feel like a loser. If you have a problem and need it fixed quick, I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I can only speak for the Lincoln St. location but Im sure they are mostly the same. Personally, I will only go to Lincoln St. When you find something great its hard to change. 100% satisfaction with my experience with Aspen Dental.

Aspen dental was excellent. Everyone in there is very friendly and they all do a very good job! Everytime i go in i am greeted by a big smile and a welcome.

The staff at the worcester office were very accommodating to my schedule for booking appointments. The entire staff including Dr. Umi, were so caring and understanding. Im very comfortable and relaxed at this office

First and foremost Tania is one of the most unprofessional women Ive ever encountered in my entire life. Other than this one employee, the place is great.

Not sure if there was a major staff shake up due to past reviews but, the staff here is fantastic! I needed work fast when I lost a front tooth 4 days before a lengthy business trip. They got me right in, took care of my immediate needs, and laid a long term affordable plan to give me a smile back I havent had in years. It had been 15 years since I had been to a dentist. There was no shame, just a lets take care of business attitude with a smile. Tania and Dr Umme are a fantastic team. They have been so helpful scheduling around business trips accommodating sometimes very late appointment changes. The receptionist (I think it was Bethany, sorry if wrong) is always awesome. The hygienists are more like friends than hygienists, making me feel comfortable and welcome with thorough explanations of every step in my treatment.I have a beautiful smile that I havent had in years and years. I am so very grateful that I chose Aspen Dental to take care of my needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kudos to you and your staff. Thank you!

Dr.Umme and Kelly were great made me feel uncomfortable, they pressured me into writing a false review and give them 5 stars.. on top of that they overcharged me to getting my tooth extracted!!! Aspen Dental will rip you off without you knowing!!!

I have been a patient at Aspen Dental for about a year. Dr. Saleem and the staff are great! The office is clean and everyone is friendly. I am greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. Kathy and Krystal in the front office take the time to answer any questions. They make scheduling follow up appointments painless. I have never had to wait for an appointment. Carla, Nick, Tania, and Joelle are friendly and professional. I have a super sensitive gag reflex and it can be challenging taking Xrays or having any kind of dental work. They are caring and patient and dont make me feel like I am a pain when I know I am. Dr. Saleem is gentle and caring and makes sure I am happy with the results. Shanique helped me work out a payment plan that worked for me. I am very happy that I found Aspen Dental.

My experience at this office has been nothing less than amazing, Dr. Umme is an absolute pleasure to work with as is her entire staff. My dental hygienist Kristen is without a doubt on top of her game. My whole experience in this office while under going some extensive dental work was great !However less than a year later both the dentist and the hygienist both left unannounced, which I found deeply disturbing. On Oct. 1st I calls and asked to speak with my hygienist and was told a note wold be left for the Dr. to call me, today is the 10th and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have decided to move on, not sure what goes on there!

Dr Ummi and her assistant Christine are excellent. I had gone there for taking wisdom tooth out and cleaning. I recommend this place to all my friends

I really liked the dentist, and I felt the service was good. They always take me on time. However, their billing is terrible. Ill get a collections notice, I call, they say I was paid in full. I pay in full every appointment. Then out of the blue, collections. I talk to someone. One person gives one answer, another gives something different. Why cant they estimate it correctly the first time? Why dont you send a bill or call before I go to collections?

I came today for build up and crown, but after cleaning old filling doctor decided the simple filling will do it. Happy about it!
