He pulled 3 teeth in 2 min flat and he was very helpful with my anxiety assuring me he want gonna hurt me. Overall good experience. Just waiting for my denture to be done been Al.most a month and have heard nothing back since impressions were took!

This guy is so fast and so painless. You cant even feel the novacaine and it doesnt last for hours on end. He knows what he is doing. Ive been going to him for 30 years and would never go to anyone else.

He sucks as a dentist... He cant prescribe anything because he was caught working illegally on patients. He treats his staff poorly and has Bunches of women coming from in and out of his home which is ontop of the dentist office. Id rather lose my teeth than have him do any work to me at all... Not to mention all the secrets he has in that place smh no good

Rude, unprofessional. I waited past my appointment for 2 hours, then they gave me the wrong service I had requested. I asked them to look at my wisdom teeth, and had to wait an extra hour for Distefano to do that. When he finally did, he looked at them for 2 minutes and said, You have to get them pulled. Go somewhere else. HORRIBLE. Dont go there!!

Friendly people in the front, but not professional at all, but the dental assistant in the back assisting the dentist was very pleasant and professional. Now Distefano the dentist was a complete mess, hes in the middle of extracting one of my teeth and hes having a hard time, ok that happens but his cell phone rings and he just stops working on my mouth to answer his phone. He does however tell the person on the other line hes in the middle of pulling a tooth, but he keeps on talking to them. Now his phone rings three more times and he stopped working on me to answer the phone each time and its the same person cause they are going at it over the price of paint, thats right paint. Im right there listening to the whole conversation. So this happens four times all together. He not only answered the phone hes yelling and cursing at the assistant who became a nervous wreck, all this while Im right there in the chair.......So after hes done stitching my mouth up, cause he had sliced my gums and sawed a bone in my mouth which he left a couple of chipped pieces in my gums. This was Tuesday it is now Saturday night and my mouth is still in allot of pain. He also writes me a script for pain but tells me I might not be able to fill it because no pharmacy wants to honor his scripts. WOW was all could say...Now they called in my antibiotics to a pharmacy I go to that pharmacy and of course the pharmacy had nothing for me. I called the dentist office back to tell them and they ask me where do I want them to call another one into, so I tell them Memorial Hospital and of course there was nothing there for me either. Now Im worried about infection setting in my mouth. I SAID ENOUGH, TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THAT DENTIST......Oh yeah I have to say this one of the people at the front desk go upstairs and comes back down the stairs with a dog walking the dog all in the back where the patients go. The place isnt clean either. I would have left but I couldnt find another dentist who would of pulled my tooth the same day. Worst dental experience ever. STAY AWAY

ZERO RATING. Caught him throwing out trash and few large glass bottles out his passengers side window on Lincoln Street, near his practice on 10/13/2017 @4:45 PM. I was driving behind his black Porche SUV with my dash cam ON with audio, caught him in the act TRASHING our roads. I won’t post your plate number but I do have it because it’s on my video. You need serious help Sir, meanwhile go pick up your friggen broken glass bottles off of our newly paved streets!! I followed you and confronted you and asked why did you do that and you lied about it. Don’t you know you can lie but the dash cam denies?? Do you wish me to post the video about this on YouTube??? DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN! Trash your $80K Porche, not our streets in Worcester.

Worst experience ever. Went there to have a tooth pulled, waited for over 2 hours to be seen. When I informed them that I need to be seen soon because I need to go back to work, Dr. Distefano aggravatedly said to the dental assistane Oh just get her in here! because I made a stink about getting in there. Once I got in, I got an injection of novocaine without any numbing agent, I jumped out of my seat when the needle hit my jaw! He kept using cuss words while talking to the other hygensists and seemed extremely annoyed with me. My tooth was pulled and Dr. Distefano left a ROOT IN MY JAW which led to infection and dry-socket so I had to go back a week later to have the rest of my tooth removed properly. Was this done on purpose?!? Then, he couldnt prescribe narcotics (not sure why not if he is a DOCTOR afterall) so I had to go without any painkillers until the infectionous black hole in my jaw healed. THIS IS WHAT MASSHEALTH HAS TO OFFER FOR DENTISTS! COMPLETE HACK JOB!

Don’t go there, office smells so bad .All staff is rude including the doctor .Cleaning don’t even bother they won’t do better job than doing it yourself .Horrible. City of Worcester should close this location .

Rude rude Rude! Worst dentistry ever. From the front staff to the dentist himself. I would rather lose my teeth then go there.
