I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. The staff are so incredibly kind and understanding. I’ve had a crippling fear of the dentist since childhood and have had to come here for extensive reconstruction with a lot of work. They have shown me such compassion and are extremely gentle. They are always good on reminding me of my appointments with friendly calls and text messages. Also, are always there to hear me out with my questions and concerns. The dentist is excellent and trustworthy, his staff and assistants are wonderful. Even the front desk associates are the best! Will always recommend this place to others!

Ridiculous place. Waited till the day BEFORE an appointment to inform me that the DR was going to be away for a month on an emergency. Meanwhile their automated message was still asking me to confirm my appointment! As I didn’t get the message the day before, I arrive only to be informed and without any apologies. Extremely unprofessional.

I was seen today, had an Emergency dental situation, I was greeted and treated with professionalism! Although it was a non-fun visit it was made so much easier by they Tooth Fairy who acted as the Dental assistant as an navigated a rather challenging person situation, who helped beyond belief to make it through!I was in pain, but I could not have asked for a better team!I am not only happy, but I am going back next Friday so they can cause me some more PAIN!

Prefect service super friendly I loved

Very nice staff, helpful, and the visit was nice. The cleaning was quicker than expected and x-rays were pleasant. Usually dental assistants aren’t gentle with the inserts they use for imaging but this particular assistant took great care of me. I recommend Arena Family Dental!

They ruined my teeth. I stopped going about a year ago and found a new dentist and they told me that the job I had done was terrible.Not good for teenagers and adults. Maybe for children since they won’t have their permanent teeth. The job they did on me was absolutely lazy. Now my teeth suck and I’m only 20. Pls don’t go here.It’s true that the doctor has an easy hand and you won’t feel the needle. But he’ll also ruin your teeth. Trash. Save your money/teeth/insurance

I had an excellent experience here I needed top dentures and a lower denture plate they took out the teeth with little pain and everything went well got new teeth can smile and Im happy

I was having extreme tooth pain. Due to the pandemic a lot of dentist offices were close but I called them and the secretary was able to get me in the next day. I got there and they were fast and and clean! They made I washed my hands, rinsed my mouth, checked my temperature, and made sure I was wearing my mask. Thank you so much for helping me!

Havent been to the Dentist in over 20 years. I have been filled with anxiety for the better part of 5 years about the damage I may causing by not doing so. I happened across Arena dental on accident and originally went in for X Rays when we discovered that I needed a plethora of work which would be extensive imidiatley I was greeted by Kathy the receptionist and the rest of the staff who were not only pleasant but charming and funny they instantly picked up on the fact that I was nervous and did all they could to calm me and assure that I was going to be okay. I then scheduled my visit to have 3 teeth extracted and when that day came they all comforted me and walked me threw the process after it was over they all took turns checking on me and my time there was quick and painless.

Great place, always helped me come to an affordable agreement when it came to my dental health. Tried everything to save my teeth before dentures was an only option. I highly recommend them

Throughly impressed with the kind staff and work they do. They took really good care of me when I was going through a lot of tooth pain. They definitely eased my anxiety of going to the dentist!

The worst experience with dentist. I attended this place while my four years in college, as its location was convenient to campus. But the treatment was always par. Most times, when Id go in for a cleaning, the doctor would say that my teeth are in very good condition, and that I dont need cleaning. Yet he would still charge my insurance. My current dentist has been treating cavities I have, that could have been prevented during my time in college. Also, the Dentist here performed a root canal on me. But only after a week or two it got infected. I immediately called the doctor and he was quick to say that it wasnt his fault, and that he wasnt going to touch it. My insurance wouldnt cover for another procedure. So I went for a second opinion elsewhere, and they even printed out the X-rays to show how the infection was 100% correlated to the procedure. I went back to share this with the doctor here, and he refused to treat me. Since insurance wasnt going to pay him to re-do it, he didnt want to deal with me. Total shame! They are taking advantage of the people here in this community. They care more about insurance then they do treating people. Do not go here! Leave if your already here!

I have been seeing Dr. Sawhney and his hygienists for over 7 years and have found him to be the most gentle, compassionate, professionally proficient and most accommodating to my needs. I am one that has experienced extreme oral pain and discomfort due to painful back upper and lower back teeth for many years and he has taken extraordinary measures to ensure my comfort and satisfaction time and time again. I avoided dentists since I was young due to the fear of careless and rushed treatments that have left me in severe pain and dissatisfaction. Therefore, I will see no one else if I can help it. His Staff are the best group of women in that they all are always very courteous, polite, thorough, informative and professional at all times. They do no check for sensitively teeth, or if your teeth are rotten or bad before fillings are put in for cavity removal. I had a filling put on my tooth that is decaying and pain would not go away said another dentist until I get a root canal.

At first, I did not believe all the reviews. I thought OK, they just try to promote themselves. Ive done my research in google, heathgrades, and ratemd. Sounded to good to be true. Finally, I decided - what do I have to loose? I just started working in Worcester, I dont have time to go to the dentist near my home, and for a routine dental clean up, i can go to Arena Dental, a very local worcester dentist, and the closest worcester dental practice to my current work. I can go there at lunch and still have time to excersize or eat my lunch after that. I did not regret my choice. I now trust them with more complecated procedures, as well. Who knew that in Worcester, the quality of services can be equal or better than in Boston?Thanks, Arena Dental!

I’ve never been here before. I went in for a check up/routine cleaning. They denied me service for a regular cleaning. Dentist said to my face he was not going to clean my teeth. Called my insurance company and they said no the dentist can’t deny you service if you are covered for it. Wtf…

From my part, I did not give him a job in my mouth, he pulled my teeth out and made me a crown that happened after I finished with him the week he gave me infection what never in my life he gave me and he made me a broken in the old one that caused that after another week it gave me infection it extracted another tooth to me but it made a bridge to me after months my old one up began to disfigure well ugly I went to where he says to me I am going to send you to a specialist that is in united in Marlboro and I was the dr called annoyed told him that it was what he did that you hurt a smile and the mouth of a young girl and her smile is not going to do the same pq instead of fixing it will hurt the hung the phone and he tells me Im going to give him a medication he told me that he has to fix what he did to you and he said he did not have any remedy ok I told him Im going to get a second opinion what I looked for and Im helping still makes that 2 years and still what he did to me Im pa gando an infection that that crown that put me and the bridge left me on that side infection and already step to the bone and it is sad the should take advantage and fix that he has to start taking tooth and then comes the infection and tells you that can not do anything until I reject the paper that sent mass health to demand that he had to send me that paper and never send it until that rejection so do not continue to hurt tooth no one looks what he did to me and this pain is not repaired
