I have been calling there to place a service call for a local restaurant. We also work very closely with other restaurants in the area. It rang and rang for two days with no answer. They finally answered with a RUDE hello today and when I asked if this was S&S Equipment was told NO and hung up on. You may have been in business for several years, but you wont continue with that attitude. Unbelievable.

Great bunch of guys! I had never been there before but they made feel like I have been a regular customer for years. I dont think theres anything they cant figure out.
