Our LG fridge compressor stopped working about 3 years after purchasing. I received a call from their office to let me know they received a request from LG to service our fridge and that they would reach back out after the parts arrived. They called back when the item was in and schedule an appointment. They were prompt, wore shoe covers which was unnecessary but I appreciate the effort, and answered a million questions from my 4 year old. The fridge is running great now. HIGHLY recommend!

I purchased a LG refrigerator in 2015 and 3 years in it stopped working. Luckily I had a warranty and Certified Appliance did the repairs. Lucas was excellent, and got to me as soon as the parts were available (back order on LGs part). He also messaged me to keep me updated on the timeline. Another 3 years go by and the same fridge stopped working. (The parts from LG were faulty and there are many people with the same issue). This time his brother came out and did the repair. Both of them are very personable and knowledgeable. No one really likes having something repaired in their home but if you have to, these are the guys to call. I highly recommend them, LG...not so much!

There cannot be anyone else in the appliance service industry like Lucas. He drove 90+ minutes one way to fix my refrigerator, worked with LG to take care of parts and labor and it is working like charm. Much appreciate your dedication towards your job.

I had a great experience with certified appliance repair. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and professional. My refrigerator was repaired at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend their service.

I manage commercial property, have worked with many people in the building trades, and am myself skilled in many of the them. I have done many residential renovation projects. I knew our LG washing machine repair was best left to a professional. Owner Lucas Costa equals the best of any Ive worked with and Im in my late 60s. Lucas is an excellent diagnostician and quickly found the problem. He identified the least expensive repair route, which required a part to be ordered. When Lucas returned with the part, he installed it quickly and our machine was back in operation. Before he left, I confirmed that he could repair the other appliances in our house, if needed in the future. Lucas is my go-to guy for all future repairs. By the way, he is a really nice guy, too!

I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed through LG for 3 weeks. Their customer service has been awful. Luckily they gave me the number for Certified Appliance Care. Certified quickly responded. I was never put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes at a time like LG. When LG did not send them the appropriate authorization and I was dreading having to call them again Certified offered to do it for me. Mon they got the authorization and ordered the parts, by Thurs they called to set up appointment and by Fri it was all fixed. The owner did it himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Repair took less time than he estimated and for the first time in three weeks I have a working refrigerator. I strongly recommend you contact Certified if you need a repair, especially if you are dealing with LG. Thanks Certified Appliance Care!!!

We needed our dryer fixed and was unsure what was wrong with it and contacted Certified appliance care. Lucas came out and not only did he fix the issue he was very educational. His customer service was amazing! Highly recommend Certified Appliance Care.

Lucas repaired our Frigidaire dishwasher that has been out of commission for over a month. We originally had it serviced by another company, however our dishwasher was still malfunctioning and we were having a difficult time having it serviced again. After going back and forth with the other repair company, manufacturer and the store for weeks we finally were able to get another company (Certified Appliance Care) to come out! Lucas fit us into his schedule earlier than excepted and took the time to figure out the problem. Would highly recommend his company as he was very thorough and professional.

Certified Appliance Care provides great service. They call when they say they are going to call and they come when they say they are going to come. He serviced my refridgerator on the same day he was called, being compassionate of a house without a refridgerator on a holiday weekend and came to the rescue. Thiago the owner of the company came out personally when our LG fridge stopped cooling. He was able to fix the fridge under the LG warranty for free even thought the fridge is 4 years old and we didn’t have a receipt.Very friendly and professional as well.

Our LG refrigerator recently stopped working and we had such a hard time finding a company that was willing to work on it. Thankfully, I was referred to CAC, who is also an authorized repair company with LG. Tiago arrived this morning well within the appointment window we were given. He was very kind and professional and he finished the job within the time frame he gave me. The woman I was in touch with over the phone (Amanda I believe) was also friendly and helpful during a time when I was very stressed with LG’s lack of customer service. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I cant say enough good things about Lucas and his team! Our dishwasher began having issues not long after installation, so I called the manufacturer to arrange for warranty service. Following two terrible experiences, I looked up authorized service providers on the manufacturers website. This is when I found Certified Appliance Care. I requested that our appointment be re-booked with this company, but I was quickly told that we were outside of their service area. Given that we are in the neighboring town, I found this to be odd. However, the manufacturer did not want to budge and kept trying to push us off to the other two companies.I called CAC directly to inquire about their service area, fully prepared to just pay out of pocket rather than waste more time with companies that dont show up when scheduled. Amanda was extremely pleasant and helpful, a huge relief after all that we had previously been through. She advised that we were indeed located in their service area, and offered to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain authorization on our behalf. Within 20 minutes I had a call back from her indicating that everything was all set, she had already ordered the parts, and that they could be out in 2 days to get them installed for us! The following day, I received another call from Amanda, who told me that unfortunately one of the parts looks like it was going to be delayed by one day (totally understandable as we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic). She asked if we would like to keep our appointment and take the chance of the technician needing to come out for a second visit or if we just wanted to push the appointment back to the following day. I opted for the latter, as we werent really in any rush and I didnt want to make them waste a trip. She quickly set up the new appointment, told me that she would call if there were any issues, and that we should be receiving confirmation shortly as well as a call from Lucas (the technician) prior to his arrival on the day of service. The communication and attention to detail were spot on, and I was thoroughly impressed by CACs commitment to customer service.Sure enough, we received a phone call from Lucas this morning shortly after the appointment window opened. He indicated he would be on site within a half hour to service our appliance. When he arrived, he was professional and courteous. Before he approached the door, he put on a face mask (the other company that came before him refused to wear a mask - even when asked). When I greeted him, he told me that he had cleaned his tools and he just sanitized his hands. You could tell that he not only cared about his own safety, but also the safety of his customers. I quickly learned that Lucas is a master of his craft; he worked with such speed and accuracy and immediately knew exactly what was causing our issues. In the amount of time it took him to explain the problem to me, he already had the dishwasher disassembled and was installing the new parts. When finished, he even gave us some tips to help prevent similar issues from occurring again in the future. I also asked his opinion on extended warranty options, to which he gladly offered to share his insight and expertise. And finally, I asked him a question regarding an issue we were having with our refrigerator. Once again, he immediately knew exactly what the problem was, and within 30 seconds, he had the parts pulled up on his phone and had sent the information to me via text!The bottom line is that this is a company that prides itself on customer service, and they also have the expertise to back it up. Lucas is very good at what he does, and is extremely personable as well. He is everything you would want in a service technician that you are trusting to come into your home. If you are looking for appliance repair and you are in the central Massachusetts area, THIS is the company you want to call! Take it from someone who has recently experienced three options, and Lucas is the only one who will be getting any of my future business.
