Kiley colored my hair on Saturday 7/24. I absolutely LOVE the color! I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted and she definitely steered me in the right direction, my hair turned out great! Had a great experience! Loved my stylist Kylie, she was really fun to talk to and did such a great job on my haircut! It was exactly what I wanted! Also I felt really safe with the precautions youve taken for the pandemic (masks, taking temps, barriers...) I really appreciated that!!

Kiley was a breath of fresh air!! She was fun! We connected immediately in conversation and positive energy! She was informed of my allergy I mentioned from a hair appointment from a previous visit before I was able to tell her. After my 4 reschedules and coming 25 minutes late to my facial appointment. She still greeted me with a smile and treated me nicely. I felt comfortable and she was unrushed (even though I was late). I love Rustic Roots, Kristin Zid is amazing as are all of the stylists. I get compliments on my hair all of the time, the cut is great and its shiny, the Aveda products are great. This salon has a very clean relaxed feeling. Everyone is very professional. The service and Aveda product line are highly desirable. They are taking the current Covid situation seriously and have re- set up the salon to reflect this, making customers feel comfortable. My stylist, Chelsea, who is excellent with COLOR and cuts, gave me a great cut and always recommends the right Aveda products for my hair type.

Place is horrible. Lady named Kylie had very rude customer service and very low quality work. Driving through from out of town and honestly we should have went to supercuts. Spas are supposed to be relaxing and we were absolutely not relaxed. Plus this place smells like weed.

I couldn’t figure out how to post second review.June 2021… -> Kathleen has really been working with me on facials. Thank you Kathleen! I unfortunately have very sensitive skin and easily break out after facials or any type of waxing. Usually on days I have waxing/facials I don’t make plans to go out. The last two sessions have been great. After trying various things, my face has been doing so much better after I coming out of the salon. I have been able to go about my day without being conscious about my face flaring up. 😊February 2019… -> Amazing experience with Rustic Roots Salon! Sarah, Jessica and Kiley are all the best. Jessica gave me a wonderful facial. Took all my blackheads out. I loved it so much that I am now on a monthly program with her. Sarah cut my hair and she did an awesome job. It looked so good after I came out of there! And today Kiley blew me away with a gorgeous Balayage, the best thing I’ve done to my hair. Both Sarah and Kiley spent time with me making sure to understand what I was looking for and taking time to make suggestions and clear any questions I had about the process. I also took my 8 year old daughter with me and everyone was so accommodating, taking the time to talk to her and making sure she was okay. Kiley kept checking in on her, which was just amazing. I am truly looking forward to coming back again and getting it done all over again. If you are looking for experts that will listen to you and that are just great people, this is the place for you! ❤️

BEWARE!! Went for a quick cut before my date, ladies were unprofessional talking about personal drama and my hair literally smelled like their gross cigarette smelling hands!! GROSS!!Don’t bother!!

Kristin encouraged me to redeem them, so over Thanksgiving, I went to the Aveda store in Minneapolis with my sister and got over $1500 of Aveda products for FREE!
