I have been a Nick’s Nails Customer for over 6+ years. Today I went and come to find out is under new management. I was sad at first to not see any of the staff I knew from before. But I have to say I was highly impressed with the customer service, very professional and caring. Very clean and all tools were sanitized, new files and scrubs. Vee did my pedicure and gel manicure. She did a great job on both. One thing I loved about the previous management is that you never felt rushed on their pedicure service, they were meticulous and dedicated and I have to say I felt the same way today. I will come back!

Thank goodness for new management. The new team at Nicks nails never lets me down. I am very specific on how I want my nails done each time I go and they have perfected it !!They are fantastic .

First time going to nick’s nails but it was absolutely amazing!! staff was very friendly and i even accidentally broke one of my nails a couple days after i went and i called and they fixed it for me no attitude! (not used to that lol) definitely my new go to nail salon :)

I have been using Nicks Nails for about 3 years now. They have a new owner now and I’m still walking into a warm environment. Since the change I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Vee who has done an amazing job on my S&S nails! Vee is a lovely women and we have many laughs! I highly recommend Nicks Nails and can’t wait to go back!

Made an appointment, asking for Acrylic French using white and pink powder. I was quoted $45. I let them know exactly what I wanted. Once I got in, I explained again. French acrylics using powder. She used white tips and put them on the very tip of my nail (not even covering the white of my nail) I asked her to please move it down or extend it using white powder so that my nail wasnt visible and she said no! I let her continue because I thought she had another way to fix it. She didnt. I asked her over and over to please fix, and she gave me attitude and DID NOT FIX. My nails are all different lengths, with the white portions all starting in various places on each nail. The white portions are crooked. There are bubbles in the clear part, one of my nails isnt even fully covered in acrylic. I asked for straight square and she gave me round square. The tips arent even straight. It looks like a piece of lint is stuck in one of them, too. I used to come here often, and I stopped when I realized CT Nails was cheaper and better. The only reason I gave this one another chance is because CT was all booked up and I had broken a nail. Ms. Lisa at CT does me right EVERY TIME and my acrylics last me about 3 weeks when I go to her. Given the shape, the bubbles, the tiny amount of white and how far up my nail she started, this manicure has the ability to last me about 4 days. If Im lucky. To finish the whole experience off, I ended up being charged double what I was quoted. I will NOT EVER return to this Nail Salon.

Nhi is awesome! She’s the best for a pedicure. She spends time on your feet and massage and doesn’t rush through it. Most of the reviews said the techs are rude and that may be true for the other techs but Nhi is not rude at all. Have had Lindsey before as well and she was great also. Would recommend those 2 if coming here.

Vee did a fantastic job on my poly gel fill and my pedicure was great as well! Everyone was friendly and the place was clean as usual! Highly recommend Nicks Nails and Vee!

My husband and I have gone to Nicks for pedicures and were very happy. That is until the new ownership took over. While my husband got a great pedicure from Ledi (sp?), I however got the worst. I don’t know the name of the man who did mine but he was terrible. He never said one word to me. He didn’t do a lot of the things that a deluxe has. He didn’t even do all the steps for a basic pedicure. In fact he spent about 15 minutes. My husbands was 35 minutes. Never again. When I asked about it he lied and said he did it. He totally lied and kept smack talking. Well I can smack talk too honey. I definitely do not recommend.

Always have a great experience here. Kelly is the best! Salon is clean and the nail tech’s are efficient and pleasant. My nails always look great when I go here. Call ahead, they are always busy.

Let me say, I have NEVER wrote a bad review because I am not that type of a person.However, I have been coming here literally 7 years+ since I was pregnant and had my 7 year old daughter. I used to come twice a month for a few years but always at least once a month. Over 24k spent as I thought about it today, which isn’t a lot but having a loyal customer helps, it all does.Kelly has always had an attitude unless you are her specific customer, never had a nice attitude otherwise. Today, came in with my kids to get our nails done. My daughter always dips her toes in the water but just turned 7, never gets a full on pedicure in the kid chair but nails painted which she chips that night.Today I asked can she cut it on and I got nothing but disrespect and attitude and was told she can’t unless she gets a full pedicure (SHE DOESNT NEED THAT AT THIS AGE). I said three times can she not I don’t understand she always does. Needless to say, never coming back here. Found @Pavillion Nail Lounge down the street and by far so much better than I honestly ever even got at Nicks Nails.

They do a good job if you watch them and tell them what you dont like. They dont polish your nails all the way to the edge unless you ask. They just slop it on fast. People come in and yell across the room to each other disturbing everyone else making it a nerve wracking experience. Also loud cell phone talkers in there. These customers are so lacking in class and consideration for others they dont know what they are doing is wrong. The Manager and employees dont try to stop the noise. They dont even put up a sign no cell phone use.

Their prices are great and they have many colors and designs to choose from !!!

Not nice; rigid. The girl that did my pedicure was just going through the motions. My wife was also dissatisfied with services she received. We went there because my wife wanted to have her eye lashes lengthened - and the lash tech glued my wife’s right eyelids together - for convenience. We will go to Linda at Z-Nails or Rosie in Towne Lake from now on. AVOID this place.

I work close by to Nicks nails and stop by when needed but recently their customer service has been do bad. The only one that I always love to go to and never had a problem with is Little Kelly (that girl is so sweet and patient).The others are very harsh with my nails, and if you tell them to fix something they get upset and will have an attitude. Please - do your research and avoid coming here.

They do a great job on your nails. However, I gave the lady a tip and she blatantly acted as though it was not enough, and then made it very obvious she was talking about me in a language I could not understand. The thing is I had three different people working with me, and the job was not finished. I gave them more before I left. It really upset me, and the attitude from the lady was unprofessional. I usually do not have a problem with this shop, I have been to them several times before.

Got manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great but the person that did my manicure took 3 minutes to put on the nail polish. Worst manicure ever

I have been going here since it opened and never had a problem. My last view visits I did notice that they pull their tools out of drawers, plastic case but never saw them sanitize anything and the floor is filthy. I was getting worried and the last time I went- I had a bad experience. I made an appt I asked for Kelly, I came in and kept saying Kelly, then they said she wasnt there, then all of a sudden she comes out and goes right to another appt. I kept saying Kelly and was completely ignored so I just went along with it- had an SNS mainicure- it looked good but one of my fingers was nicked and hurt a little bit. And I had a gel pedicure. Went I left my finger started redder, and hurting a little more- a few days later it was swollen with pus coming out of it. It was infected and I was on antibiotics and I cleaned it everyday. Well now my whole nail is coming off. Its just been a bad experience. I cant go back there . Its just not a clean place. On this website- you do not put your feet in individual bowls like this. You are in the same chairs and tubs that everyone puts their feet -with little covers that a shower cap that line the bowls. Just very disappointing they have been so great for so many years.

I searched the web and based on positive reviews went to Nicks nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this place was absolutely terrible. My nails never looked so bad and I was tricked into taking my existing nails off, so technician can put just powder on my real nail, she did not mentioned that she will charge me for it as well, she broke 3 of my nails while taking old powder off, so she had to add 3 tips, which also forgot to mention that I will be charged for. I left there after 3 hours (had nails and pedi done at the same time), my nails looked terrible and it costed me an arm and a leg. Never again, I will be going back!

Beware and stay away! Completely unprofessional and rude staff here. I called and made an appointment for 2:20pm amd I drove 40min to this awful place. Once arriving at 2:27pm (only 7min past) I was told they gave my appointment to someone else since I decided to not show up on time and that it would be an additional 20min wait. Needless to say I was pissed and left. I called the store shortly after leaving and demanding to speak to the manager. She told me and I quote, You showed up late we gave appointment away go away. Completely rude and incompetent staff!

I am very disappointed in this business. In less than one week after getting my full set of nails they started to come off, when i go in to have them fix the nails they tell me it is my fault for this or that. I am sorry I paid enough for them to last more than one week. To blame your shotty work and product on me is unbelievable, I will not be returning to this crappy salon. Doesnt even deserve a star a negative start rating maybe.

Because Nicks Nails is closer to me, I went to them for a long time. Today I was out and went to Z Nails. The experience convinced me to never patronize Nicks again. The staff at Zs was very friendly and much more compepent. I had toe surgery last year which caused some residual dead skin. I just assumed it couldnt be removed as it remained after numerous pedicures.. However, the technician at Z removed it all.Also, I always get the massage, and most staff at Nicks do a hit or miss which is not worth the extra charge.

Guys, hands down, the best friendly, Awesome customer service ever..with your choice of drinks.. Kelli & Wendy, you guys ROCK!

Not very well organized and under staffed

This is the worst manicure and pedicure I never have..I have really bad hangnails after 3 days..they paint my nail, not just only on the nails, they even paint over my skin..the skin around my nails now bleeding because during fixing my nails, the owner have to file over my skin to remove the gel color..My husband really mad to look at the skin around my nails are bleed, he wanted me to come back there to show my hand to the owner but I said NO, I will never come back..
