DELIVERY WAS HERE EARLY.

Well needed a ground compactor to finish up some digging that had to be done in my back yard. Went to united rentals, and sure enough they had what I needed. I renteded for half a day, wich by the way was enough time to complete the task. Ok, so they NEVER warned me how very heavy the piece of equipment was, they loaded it on my truck by using a fork lift, and I was on my way home, only then I realized, how Im I gonna get this thing down to the ground, somehow I was able to do it. Well, once I finished the job, the questinon was, how am I going to lift this very heavy machine back on the bed of my truck, Truth is I couldnt, so I called them to ask if they could come and pick it up, and yes they say, but it would cost me 150.00 and I only live 1 half a mile from them. I could not afford to pay that much money to them, so somehow with the help of one of my neighbors was able to load it up and return it back to them. I wish they woulded warned me, if I knew that lifting up would be back breaking work, and to make sure that I knew of a safe way of doing it. So I would suggest to them, EDUCATE do it yourselfes and warn them properly about risks of taking home heavy equipment that they jad never had a chance to use before. At the end it was all good, my sore back was back to normal in a couple of days rest.

Charged Me $800. for a rental they DIDNT HAVE! WOW, Cant figure out You Dont have something in stock BEFORE You charge somebodys card? NOW, I CANT even go rent from somewhere else until they reverse the charge. Common sense, aint so common & neither is customer service! Way cheaper & better rental companys out there! Wont be back again.

I ordered a very expensive $3000 utility chainsaw. Because I thought it would be faster through my local dealer. Told them my business was in pipeline, especially water mains of all sorts. Thats what I use the saw for. I received it, only to find out they gave me the wrong chain. They gave me a chain to cut concrete, not pipe (ductile). Now I have to go and purchase the correct chain and guidebar, which are not cheap (600-1000). Very disappointed.

Alot of selection on tools n if they dont have it they will go out and find one for you!!!!!
