They ordered a new charging port for my LG Stylo 5 as the phone had begun to have trouble charging and staying engaged when on a charging cable. I felt a bit of play on the port. LG has apparently stopped making cell phones so it was nice to hear they could still order the part. Install took about an hour and $75 is better than spending $400 or more to buy a new phone. So unfortunately the screen that was replaced wasnt sitting all the way in my wifes phone, and they said that its because something on the inside of her phone was bent, and that it wasnt the screen and that there was nothing they could do, we were bummed but understood (because being it was their field, who are we to question it). We ended up getting my wife a new phone because of this. (had to pay 380$ to pay off the rest of that phone to get a new one)Fast forward, I crack my screen, I call them up and say hey, since you guys said that her screen was fine it was just her phone can we use that one to replace my screen that I just cracked, he said no problem and didnt even charge me, which was awesome! Buuuuut when my wife picked it up and brought it home it wasnt acting right and it was due to the same exact corner that wasnt sitting right before on her phone.So now, Im slightly upset (because if it wasnt for us being told it was her phone and not the screen we couldve saved that 380$) we take it back, I explain it to him, he checks it out says hes gonna fix it, we wait an hour, come back, tells us he put tape ( I guess tape meant for this hardware) in that corner to keep it inThat tape hold didnt work, so we ended up having to take it back and he ended up just replacing the whole screen.NOW my top speaker (the one you put to your ear) doesnt work and I have to put all my calls on speaker.It sucks because I know if I take it back to him he would maybe do the right thing once more and fix the issue, but at the same time I dont wanna end up going back just for something to go wrong again.The one thing I can give to him through all this, is his patience is amazing, hes completely professional and took care of us. But just look over everything before you leave the store. I thought once the screen was replaced that wouldve been it... buteven when my phone was cracked, and when it had the lifted screen I was still able to receive calls normally, but now unfortunately Im going to have to go somewhere else.

Errors of death on a PlayStation 3 - I initially made an appointment with another repair (ifix style) company that was closer to home; I then arrived and while in the lobby at the appointment time was told they did not work on game consoles (after their website accepted the reservation and I drove 10-minutes). While in the parking lot I did a quick Google search - and called CPR in Woodstock and inquired if there was anything they could recommend - drop it off, well take a look. Old school customer service goes a long way and CPR has earned my business for a while. The PlayStation 3 was sadly beyond repair which was what I suspected, basically I lost an old game console and gained a new iPhone, laptop, and game console repair shop.

My son knocked his PS5 over and it fell onto the floor, causing the HDMI port to dislodge. I called CPR and was quoted a flat rate to fix it and they didnt try to tack on additional fees, which I liked. Staff was very friendly, knowlegable, and honest. The repair took 3 days longer to fix, than what was quoted. The only reason I gave 4 stars is becauseI had to call them a couple times to inquire about whats going on and I felt they should have reached out to me to assure me that everything was okay. That PS5 was not cheap! lol But overall, I had a pleasant experience and would use them again in the future.

Brought my daughters iphone to CPR yesterday (Sunday) at around 4 pm with a badly cracked screen. The staff here fit us in and completed the repair before they closed at 6 pm. Such a hassle-free experience versus sending the phone back to the manufacturer, and this repair was less expensive than the deductible on our family phone plan insurance policy. Thanks CPR! Need to install a New OS on my Imac 2012, the methods I tried were unsuccessful. So I brought it to Mark and he relentlessly persevered for almost a week to solve this problem. 15/10 overall experience, he as able to figure out the issue and got me rolling! My sons iPhone had a crack on the screen, which made it worthless to trade in at upgrade time. CPR on Hwy 92 was prompt, courteous, CLEAN (important in 2020!!), and professional. iPhone 7 screen replaced in less than an hour. Money well spent and Ill definitely return to them for future Apple iPhone/Watch/MacBook fixes!

My fiancé and I just tried to stop by this business. All I can say TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL service from the previous review I am assuming we met Mark the Manager. My fiancé forgot his mask in the car, I then went to grab it while he was asking a question. He stayed in the store and the manager told him to go outside. He went to go outside as the manager started yelling at him that we arent trying to kill people. I was literally on my way to grab one! We quickly decided we would rather give someone else our business. The manager then followed my fiancé outside and continued to yell at us as we walked to our car. I would understand his reaction if we refused to comply but I was literally running out to the car to get the mask.

Such a great experience! I went from potentially having to replace my IPhone X to being back in business! They do way more than just screen replacement. Fixed my sons computer screen very quickly. It works great! I arrived just a few minutes before they closed (which I hate doing to people) after fighting rainy traffic and the gentleman that was there was very professional, pleasant and checked me out quickly. THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY MADE ME CRY the happiest tears of my life after they repaired my iPhone from water damage. I had pictures of my toddler and newborn that weren’t loaded onto the cloud and they saved them. I honestly don’t know how to thank them enough and it was CHEAPER AND FASTER than they quoted me. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S9 from ATT almost a year ago, and it stopped charging. I reviewed the YouTube videos. I tried a small zip tie, a toothpick, alcohol, compressed air, new cables, 4 different power supplies. All provided no help in charging my phone. Online they quoted a minimum of $80 to make the repair. Ultimately they had to replace the charging port in less than 90 minutes and I walked out the door only spending $50 and some change. Phone now in hand has fully charged a works GREAT. Thank you Guys, you made my day.

Iphone locked up during an update, Mark was able to fix it in a couple hours and keep all my data, he also repaired the home button. Ill use them again in the future.

Took my phone in 4 screen repair- got my phone back speaker, microphone,& charge port broken when I got my phone back. They offered 2 fix, so I took phone back 3 additional times, 3rd time got my phone back- charge port broken. Broke my phone, keep me coming back, wasting my time!! Ended up just buying a new phone. Next time I deal with the cracked screen than return there. Most of all burns- inexperienced tech broke my phone, rather than admit it, waste my time & fix it4 free. Just fix my phone & charge!! I needed my phone 4my job, couldnt participate in teleconference. Missed great opportunities & a wasted 6was with phone cpr!!#^$##!!

Nice, hardworking guys. Did an upgrade on my pc. Took a bit longer than expected. Unfortunately, they didnt transfer ANYTHING from old to new hard drive (not even chrome or Norton), so I had to do this myself, and it took me forever, since Im not good at this kind of staff. Given this, the price for their work was a bit too high (just for hard drive and ram installation). Otherwise- recommended.

They replaced a battery in a very difficult smartphone, a Samsung 6S active (water proof case) where other advertised repair shops would not touch this phone. The battery and phone works GREAT! check with Nick, Mark or the owner Chris. Thank you guys!

Amazing service. They truly go above and beyond. They gave me a reasonable price to fix my screen and then told me my phone would be ready at a certain time, but I said I would be at work and not able to pick it up then. They offered to bring the phone to my job at no extra charge, so that I could get it back as soon as possible. Highly recommend and hope I don’t have another reason to need their service again, but will definitely go to them if I do!

I had a problem with my charging port, so I went here to get it fixed. They were nice and all, but I decided to buy a brand new iPhone charger and my charging port still messes up the same way it did last time. Then my phone started to glitch and crash. I think I have to get a new phone, but I feel like I wasted $45 on the charging port fix plus another $30 on a new charger.

Repair was effective and reasonably priced. CRP was great to deal with and very timely. Excellent turnaround time. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. Had my battery replaced and afterwards my navigation bar no longer worked. Had to go back and have my screen replaced. Navigation bar now worked, but the screen went black when trying to make a phone call so I could not use the dialer. After a few days, the screen popped out of the back of the phone. As I tried to press the screen back, the top of the screen cracked. CPR will not replace the screen again even though it was cracked due to faulty installation. In response to the owners reply, I did call the store, was put on hold for a long time, only to be told that they would replace the screen at my cost but they would not charge labor. I ALSO went into the store and had to wait for 10-15 minutes while I heard the manager talking behind the wall. Again was told the same thing- that they would replace the screen but I had to pay for it. My husband also went in and was told the same thing. So 4 visits to the store and a phone call later, I have a cracked screen that is popped out of the back of my phone and my phone does not work properly...and I just went in for a new battery. As I was waiting to talk to the manager on my last visit, another customer who was waiting to pick up his laptop asked if I was having trouble and said he had having trouble as well.
