I recently contacted Lee Martin, the owner of Big Blue Z regarding a problem with my Facebook account. My Facebook had been hacked and I was unable to recover it. Mr. Martin gets your permission to remote into your computer or phone ( which i like because I am not tech savvy at all ).. I highly recommend Big Blue Z and Lee Martin to assist you with your tech issues. He is very knowledgeable, and professional and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad to have Facebook again. I picked Big Blue Z over another local computer repair place because of the reviews. They were straight forward with me from the start and never once tried to show boat themselves (as the other company did) or down play what it would take to get what i needed. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to lead me on. They also got it done as soon as they could, even though I was rather antsy and pushy! I would recommend them to anyone needing pc repair.

I have a very complex computer with which I produce video commercials and I demand a lot out of it. Things dont usually go wrong because the mad scientists at Big Blue Z keep my baby in perfect fighting condition. But I did have a problem recently that was quite a head scratchier and these guys never gave up. Indeed, one night well after closing I had to forcefully tell Charles to knock it off and go home. Their dedication is beyond what I could ever ask.

I recently purchased a laptop from eBay for school and wanted to make sure it was “good to go” before using it and loading sensitive information on it. Excellent service! Had a color calibration done to my laptop and the results were totally off. I use the laptop primarily for photography so color MUST be good! The camera on my iphone 6S plus was taking out of focus pictures. Big Blue Z replaced the camera in about an hour and now I can take perfectly focused pictures again. It was so affordable too. It saved me from the expense of buying a new phone!! Highly recommend!
