All the other reviews are real. If you own a BMW even if you live far away drive to Brain. How many mechanics do you know that are knowledgeable, HONEST, down to earth who wont try to RIP you off...None or 1 I bet.Brian just worked on my car, gave me advice and I even gave him a small tip just for being honest. I will be taking my car back to him in a couple of months for some routine stuff.The only thing with Brian is he only works on BMWs no other type of car even if they are German like a Mercedes. Also I saw a mentoring award among his work qualifications on the wall in the waiting area which shows he must be a good man outside of work. I cant believe I have written this about a mechanic but its all true.

So glad I found Brian. I received an honest assessment of my car’s condition and the cost of repair - he replaced the fuel tank on a recently acquired Z3 (a previous owner had accidentally drilled a hole in it and tried to fix with an epoxy patch). It was a huge job which was completed at a very fair price and within days of receiving parts. He also diagnosed and fixed an engine rattle with the minimum of fuss. I am now enjoying the car and will rely on Brian to keep it running.

Brian did great work on my timing chain and even bought extra specialized tools so that he could fix it correctly.If he was able to get this deep into my M5 engine I assure you, he can handle what ever problem you may have.

Dont buy an old BMW without Brian! A friend referred me to Brian in the spring to do some work on a 2006 E60 I had, and Brian respectfully told me he couldnt justify doing the work it needed in relation to the value of the car. Imagine that! A fair mechanic who actually doesnt do pointless work?!I then used Brian for a couple pre-purchase inspections on used E39s that I was looking at, and he helped me feel comfortable buying my 2001 E39 540 w/6 speed stick.I now drive 30+ minutes to Brian even for oil changes and wouldnt consider letting anyone else touch my BMW.

Brian saw us on super short notice and had oil change, tire rotation, headlight replacement, tail light replacement, brake pads, and rotors replaced all same day. Super professional and fair pricing. Will be using him solely from here on out with all our 328 needs.

Brian is an awesome knowledgeable, mechanic. This is my first BMW and once I start having a couple of issues, I had my car towed there and Brian worked all day to get me some results so that I could have the actual dealership fix those issues, as it was still covered by warranty. Went to see Brian based on a recommendation made by a client. I came in for a regular servicing, as well as a parking light and right brake light malfunction. I was in and out in an hour, and this was including the time that it took for him to order the part. I repeat, he ordered the part upon my arrival, and still received and installed the part in an hour. He also gave me a few tips on how to keep my BMW 328i (2014) in optimal condition. Great business etiquette, very knowledgeable, and an amazing mechanic/technician. Id give him 10 stars if I could.

I Needed some help with my x5 recently. I took it to a popular independent BMW shop in my area and spent well over 1k just to have my initial issue return just weeks later... I decided to let Brian take a look after reading some of his reviews. He came up with a plan to address my main concerns while taking care of only the things I needed. No extra fluff here. Brians Motor Works is a trustworthy BMW mechanic shop. Brian is a nice and to the point guy. His shop and waiting room are cleaner than is traditional for a mechanic (suggests he cares and does a good job). Furthermore, his multitude of certifications through BMW inspires confidence that he will do a good job on any bimmer no matter the problem.

Fantastic service! I walked in with an appointment for one BMW, but had to bring in the other. Brian stopped what he was doing to immediately take care of what I needed done. Brian is just about one of the most honest and skilled BMW mechanics youll ever meet. Hes worked on my M3 and my wifes 328i and every single time hes come in under budget and quicker than hed originally promised. He even took pictures of the things that needed to be replaced in the future to show me what I needed to do soon. I live all the way in Cumming and I still make the trek across SR20 to have my problems diagnosed and fixed. I work in the car industry (including 6 years at BMW dealerships in parts, service, and sales) and finding someone you can trust to work on your Ultimate Driving Machine can be tough. Brian is that guy and I send my friends and family to him.

I called this shop today to get an estimate on repairs for my 2006 325i. However when i originally called I inquired what shop it was calling as I thought I was calling Frankfurt due to comparing prices. This guy is so unprofessional its ridiculous. He shouldnt be in business they why he answered the phone. If he does repairs the why he answered the phone its a horrible job to say the least without swearing. YOU WOULD NEVER KISS YOUR MOTHER WITH A MOUTH LIKE THAT!!!!! So i called bacl again and allowed him to understand one i WAS CALLING FROM MY JOB AND ONLY AN EXTENSION WOULD SHOW UP ...2. I WAS NOT A TELEMARKETER AS THAT WAS HIS EXCUSE ON HIS BEHAVIOR... 3 YOU MIGHT AS well say this guy should not be in business.. i HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMEONE SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY LIFE. Theres not excuse for his behavior even if i was a telemarketer some things you should not do especially as a business owner within a customer interfacing environment . No environment period to be exact. I wouldnt take care dog here for a wash better yet my carunfortunately I had to give him a star but that was just to post he gets no star

Knows his stuff on E39s, willing to lend advice when I try to DIY some repairs myself, and then more than fair with his pricing when I cry uncle and let him do the repairs. He must be able to do the repairs with his eyes closed to get them done with such a reasonable amount of hours charged.

This guy Brian, use to call his place Autobahn, He parted with his mechanic, changed his name but Honestly, these guys ruined my Mercedes, now as far as Brian, he would never accept responsibility any time in our 2 year relationship for anything that was done to my Mercedes or Porsche, Several times I had to question their tactics for price gouging, once on the Porsche 800.00 to install a starter, finally they settled for 400.00, then a simple heater hos on my Mercedes, here it comes, Waterpump and 1140.00 on a 25 dollar repair, not to mention neglecting my car and flooding it in a rain storm and ruining my control module................................car was sold basically for nothing after this, Brian till this day will argue it was my fault even though I was in Mexico on vacation.. Read the reviews on Yelp and his post, he will not be responsible

Brian has been helping keep my 2000 525 wagon going for over 5 years.I have had it in for 3 major items and always have got it fixed right the first time.I have never had the feeling like I paid to much or had something replaced that didnt need it.He is a BMW expert and I would never take mine anywhere else.

I am giving Brian an excellent recommendation. He was able to identify and fix a very obscure problem I was having with my 2003 Z4 3.0i roadster. The car has the OBD system that are required on cars after a certain year. My car has been experiencing a fault code which indicates a misfiring first cylinder. The problem has cause my inspection light in the car to cycle on and off (more recently mostly on) over the last four to five years. I have been going to the same mechanic for the last eight years and my experience with him has been very good. My mechanic is very good at thinking things through and identifying problems. He was not able however to determine what was causing this problem. It really hasnt been an issue until this last year when I had a very difficult time in having my car certified for its emissions test . Brian at first reset my inspection light and provided me with the drive cycle so I could reset the OBD system so I would be allowed to even take the test. After I passed the test I decided to leave the car with Brian with the hope he could identify the problem. Brian was quickly able to identify the problem was occurring for about 20 seconds after a cold start. He tried and tested numerous potential sources of the problem but was having a difficult time identifying the source of the problem. He finally resorted to an online group of fellow BMW mechanics he blogged with. They provided him with three to four lends which he tested. One of these proved to be the source of the problem. I know that Brians time on my car included a lot of thought but the finally bill was very reasonable. Brian is very qualified to work on BMWs and his prices are very reasonable.
