Phenomenal customer service! I had out of town commitment that I needed to get to, but had a defective tire that needed replacing quickly. The guys working on Saturday September 18th fit me in on a fully booked Saturday to get me on the road and to be my destination on time. I can not express my deepest thanks and appreciation for these guys that went above and beyond to help this girl out. You guys are awesome!!

I’m satisfied with both the quality of the services and the customers services. Personally, I never rated a place through customer service as a person’s attitude have nothing to do with their quality of services. But I have to admit, I’m quite impressed by how at the end of the days and they still manage to have good attitude. I’m not sure about the quality of the services yet but they did solve the problem that I have, which is to replace the tire pressure sensors, and as far as it’s not resurfaced again, I can said that I’ll comeback happily.

I ordered online, paid for 4 set of tire and booked appointment to install it after 5 days. Next day I get a call that they cant get those brand of tires. When I insisted on that brand, he said he will try to call someone and get back to me the same day. I never received call back from them. I waited for 3 more days and I called up again just a day before my appointment and he said he still couldnt get that brand of tires. I was surprised that at first they didnt bother to call me back and provide the status even a day before scheduled appointment and there was no apology.I am very soft spoken so i didnt make a fuss about it and just asked to cancel my order. But I have to post this review so that others are aware of it. I had great experience with Discount tires in the past at other state but I would highly recommend to avoid this location

Great customer service, my family was heading out on a road trip and the tire pressure light came on. Having purchased my tires here I knew they would check it out free of charge. Turns out there was a nail in the tire, they patched it quickly (also free of charge) and we were on our way. Great work Dale and team, another happy customer

Super friendly and fast service. They took very good care of my car. I scheduled an appointment using the website. I was seen at the expected time and was done in an reasonable amount of time. I will be back!!

I set up an appointment online last night for 10 am today. I get here and the guy looks at my tire and then we go back inside to do paperwork. He then tells me we will have you on the road in an hour and a half. He then asked do you want me to send you a text when it’s ready? I said no I have to stay here and wait and that the whole reason I set up an appointment was because I couldn’t wait an hour and a half. I have plans today and they pretty much put them on hold because they don’t know how an appointment works and how to properly schedule appointments.

The staff is so nice and professional. They were super busy, but easily and politely dealing with many customers in the store and on the phone. Also they had the AC on full blast!

After placing an appointment and arriving early, I waited for an hour and a half before my vehicle was even brought into the bay. This is not the norm for Discount Tire. I’ve used several other locations and have been pleased. This was my first and last time visiting this location. 2 hours for a tire rotation/balance is unreasonable.

I made an appt for 8am to have new tires installed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and did a great job. I spoke to Darryl on the phone prior for appt… he was friendly on phone and in person. Only downside is they don’t do alignments there.

The guys got me right in, did exactly what I asked and were very careful with my wheels and did the job in a timely manor. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with the service. Will be heading there anytime I need a service again. A+

Visiting family in the area from NY, and I found I had a slow leak. Needs to get fixed before the long drive back. The team at Discount Tire took me in immediately with no prior notification, and treated me respectfully - acting like they cared and that I wasnt a burden to them. Whats more, they said itd be done in 45 minutes and they finished it in 25, and it was free. I am on my way. Id not normally go out of my way to share a review but this is great service that I am not used to. Thank you!

Extremely happy with the experience. I ordered and paid for the tires online. When I drove up to the store, I was greeted by a representative who took the information while I was in my car. The job was done before I was able to finish my coffee. Did not have to step inside the store. They do take COVID seriously which is great. I was also worried about my high end wheels getting scratched and I relayed that to them. No scratches which made me very happy.

Usually very happy with the service and the quality of product.unfortunately this trip I took my trailer in to have the tires rotated and one repaired and for some reason they took off the wheel bearing covers and damaged them and then lied about it. When I went to pick up the trailer covers were sitting there jammed together and dented. The man at the counter said no they couldnt get them apart and I asked him what he meant he said he was told by the person that did the tires that I had asked them to get them apart. thats not true they were on the trailer when I pulled in nothing wrong with them. Very disappointed that they would lie about it and the the man working the counter didnt seem to care.

I went because i needed my tire plugged I thought this location was another tire shop in which I won’t name. Well I got in the drive up service line... told them what I needed and asked how much for a plug, they informed me it was free b/c they just want to make sure you drive safe. Which I thought was an awesome motto! The staff was Friendly and the service was fast. Will come back for my future tire needs.

My experience at the Woodstock location is always great. Dale and his team are on point, making sure that each customer are happy and satisfy with the service that they provide.

Had a very good experience here! They were patient and made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. They stand by their word to always offer the best price on tires. Between a rebate and price match, my tires were drastically cheaper than ALL competitors (I know, I checked around). Theyre always happy to work you in, even without an appointment and if you end up being there for an hour or so, theres a Starbucks right next door. Overall, extremely good experience, will definitely come back!!

They are working very hard to get you in and out safely and quickly. Stopped in to get a tire fixed, never had to go inside just pulled up and they took it from there. I havent gone to any other tire stores in a while and they continue to show why they are the best.

Ive always had amazing experiences with these guys. Dale truly runs the store with confidence and pride that he will get you the best deal. When trying to find a good deal on tires, Dale and his team made sure that they secured the best. They gave me a deal that no one could beat. I would highly recommend this particular store off 92 in Woodstock. I came in and got new tires for my truck and noticed before I left that in the process of changing my tires, they’d accidentally chipped the chrome in a few places on the wheels. Upon seeing this they gave me the option of fixing the wheels completely or giving me the tires I’d just had put on, at no charge. I’ve always had a great experience with this store and despite the incident that happened, today was no different. Accidents happen and they were more than professional seeing to it that I was satisfied with their solution!

They damaged my lug bolts on my vehicle. Discount Tire locations have serviced for several years. I had to take my vehicle to another repair shop to fix the damage. I called back today to get reimbursed for the repair and was still considering new tires for my other 2 vehicles. I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes before I hung up. It looks like their service has gone down recently.

Staff is always courteous and quick. They do free air checks, tire rotations, flat repairs. I take all my vehicles here, I wouldnt go anywhere else

I picked up a nail in my tire. Discount tire pulled the tire off the car and removed the tire from the rim. I watched as they repaired the tire from inside the wheel. They balanced and then mounted the tire back on the car with a torque wrench. Great job on the repair.

Good service and they got me out when they said they would. I purchased 4 new tires. Always good to check around on prices. Discount is not necessarily the cheapest, but they can be if you get a refund on the remaining warranty on your tires. I found the employees in this store to be honest; while I was waiting I overheard a young couple looking for new tires, and after inspecting the car the Discount person told them they did not need tires yet. The honesty was refreshing.

Was here since 130 appoint came open at 300 instead of giving the the appointment they gave it to next person that called in so Im waiting till this custom get their so not right if not paid for I would leave will not come back

Dale and the team were amazing. I special ordered winter tires (unusual for Georgia) that sat for a week on a FedEx dock. Dale actually drove to the FedEx location to try and get the tires. Today FedEx delivered THREE. Dale knew I needed tires for a road trip so he upgraded me to an all-season performance tire at no charge and had me in and out in an hour. He went above and beyond to make sure we had good tires for my trip.

Amazing service and friendly staff. My tire had been leaking pressure throughout the week and I called this morning and got an appointment the same day. Turns out I had a screw stuck in my tire, but they were able to fix it and get me back on the road in less than an hour. And it was free!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! I came in for a simple nail repair and they found two in my tire. One was repairable and one was inside the sidewall and non repairable. They worked with me in regards to purchasing a new tire since it was an unexpected expense. Everyone here is very personable, understanding and extremely kind! You might find tires a little cheaper somewhere else (though theyll price-match anything!) but you will never find better service, friendlier staff, or long-term care than at Discount! This place is incredible. Free rotations, free pressure checks & air fill, free flat repair. Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are they to help. Think Chick Fil A service & hospitality meets professional tire shop. None better!

Record keeping was good. Easy to look up tire warranty. Close to other stores to walk to or sit in lounge area. Fast service. Offer text message to notify when vehicle is done. As usual it depends on who you talk to as far as pleasantries but most employees are not just trying to sell you services and actually listen to you about your needs and get you the best analysis for what is going on.

This is a typical Discount Tire location. I had called ahead after researching some tires for my wifes car. It was incredibly painless, and the prices they quoted were exactly as advertised on their site. We went on, dropped it off, and they took care of it. On top of that, we got some rebates! The parking lot is quite large, but understandably so; it gets quite busy! Great location, and as always great service from Discount Tire.

Dale is a FANTASTIC manager and salesperson. Gave us all of the information we needed in a optimal amount of time. Called up about some used tires.... And we squared away payment and everything... Apparently the used tires they were going to install had swells that werent noticed before but instead of charging me for a different tire they just installed new ones at the same price!!! Speaks volumes to do something like that and not ask for anything. Super impressed by Jacob and his helpfulness Ill definitely be back!

I was on the way to visit my son in hospital early morning when I noticed my tires have low prussure. I stopped in store but they didnt open yet. Rees was making store ready to open, but when I explained my situation, he started to working with my tires before store opening and patched 2 holes with no charge. Very nice and polit. BEST customer service I have ever experienced at a tire store. Not so much in terms of how long it took. I went in to get a set of 4 tires without an appointment and had to wait quite a while, but while sitting there, watched a constant stream of people come in and heard multiple phone conversations. This place gets FIVE STARS for how they deal with people. You can tell by how they talk to people that they are 100% committed to customer service. I will never go anywhere else for tires (but I do recommend an appointment).

The BEST CREW at a tire shop!!! We had an unusual situation where we needed TPMS sensors installed in our new 5th wheel tires and then we needed to have them synced with our 2020 Chevy Silverado. We called several shops in the vicinity but this was the only shop that seemed knowledgeable about this process. We worked with Reese, Ryan, Dale & Zach all of whom were totally awesome and went out of their way to help us. During the initial install of the sensors, Zach noticed a slight bubble on of the GY tires. Due to his expertise, we were able to have the manufacturer replace the tire and avoid a blowout on our 5th wheel. There is NO OTHER tire shop I would go to!!! Thank you to everyone at this location!!!! We will definitely be back for any and every tire/rim needs we have.

They were busy but the wait was reasonable. Plugged a hole, good information but didnt push a sale.

I will start off by saying I am not extremely knowledgeable of cars. My car has been pulling to the right and I thought I needed just a rotation and balance. When I went in for a rotation and balance I come to find out that after Kyle had pulled my car in, he informed me about my control arms being near the end of their life! Even though I was unsure of how truthful he was, he pulled me to the back and showed exactly what the problem was. The rubber parts were corroding more than what looked normal. He told me exactly how to fix it and that it isnt a safety issue, more or less something that will take life away from the tires. This kid shocked me! Ever since I took my Toyota corolla to Toyota to get it repaired, the car has been driving like it did when I first bought it! Not only are these guys incredibly quick and great at just tires, they have some extremely smart employees that always look for something they arent even paid to inform us about. Great management, great employees.

Taylor at this location has unbelievable customer service skills. He goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and makes sure to communicate everything they doing with your vehicle. I won’t take my car anywhere else because of his great customer service!
