I have been going to different salons for a while and couldnt find a good place until this one. I love the atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly and so happy with my experiences including hair, facial, massage, and nails. I appreciate their COVID protocols and keep the salon very clean. I also appreciate their support for military members.

Salon Ultimo is a GREAT salon. I have tried many other places to get my nails done but I always end up coming back. You can find cheaper places but the nail techs are caring professionals who really want to make sure everyone has a good experience.

Cara cuts and colors my hair. She is the best beautician I have ever had. She is professional in her demeanor and has a fun personality. The salon is very busy, but I have never waited for assistance at the front desk. The salon itself is neat, clean and the products are very well displayed. I am very satisfied with Salon Ultimo and I encourage everyone to give it a try.

My daughter saw Lisa for her first color and Lisa was so sweet and so great with her. We couldn’t get a cut at the same time when I scheduled but she was able to fit a cut in as well at the time of the appointment. Lisa listened, offered suggestions, was very professional and thorough and ultimately gave my daughter exactly what she was hoping for! Frannie, as always, is amazing! Before the service, she asks me if I have any specific concerns with my face and then based on that and what she sees, explains to me what she will be doing (e.g. what type of mask she will be using). I feel she does a thorough job in making sure the service is close to, if not perfect. I have been going to Frannie for my facials for close to a year now and its safe to say that I will be continuing to go back to her for a while!

Sara provides the most relaxing and therapeutic massages. She does an incredible job of putting clients at ease. I highly recommend treating yourself to a full 90 minute self-care massage.

I finally found Jody for my brow waxing! I’m super picky with my brows and Jody listens to what I want and does an amazing job! She is fabulous!

I was very disappointed in my service. I was charged $24 for eye brow wax and left looking like I came in. I had a facial and a massage. Facial was nice, but when she waxed my brows they looked awful and I was unknowingly charged $24. She also razored around the eye brows which made the wax pointless and my brows uneven. I was so disappointed. The massage went ok. The hot stones were not hot at all, and the table is uneven and lopsided. The women was nice and friendly. I wish I could have enjoyed my experience a little more then I did. I will not be going back. Very very disappointed in my experience. 😔

The front desk staff is so warm and welcoming, and I have been extremely happy with the brow waxing and hair cut & style Ive received. Stephanie has done my hair for many years now bringing my hair to a light platinum level. The grays don’t show as much and I can go 8 weeks or longer before I need to have foils done again. Steph is a top level hair stylist and I’m always satisfied and happy when I leave.

I have been going to Salon Ultimo for 10+ years and have always loved the services I received. Recently I used Salon Ultimo for hair styling for myself and my bridal party on my wedding day and they exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone looked absolutely stunning and every member of my bridal party said they loved how their hair looked and enjoyed working with their stylist. My hair was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was envisioning. Salon Ultimo also did a great job of ensuring proper Covid 19 prevention measures were taken, while also making us all feel comfortable on the big day. Newer to the area and was seeking to pamper myself. The massage and facial services were excellent! Clean, friendly and professional salon. The massage I received was exactly what my body needed, and I didn’t even have to explain where my trigger points were, she just knew!! The facial Melanie did was exceptional. She took her time, explained thoroughly what products she was using and why. I even received a free gift with my first facial treatment. I got a gift card for a massage, but this was my first time visiting Salon Ultimo. I scheduled a 60min full body massage with Sara and it was INCREDIBLE! Ive had many massages over the years, always from a different place and different person, but I will never go anywhere else after meeting Sara. We agreed that massage therapy is such a great preventative thing for our health and with her 10+ years experience, she was able to explain not only what she was doing, but WHY. She used the perfect pressure so I knew it was working, but wasnt walking out of the salon in pain. I even rebooked once it was over, which I have never done before. 10/10 would recommend!!

This was the first time back since COVID started. Making an appointment was easy and the new check in process due to covid was easy. I felt safe and comfortable inside. Plenty of space between stylist stations. Proper covid protocols in place.

Ive been getting my hair done by Jacquelyn for many years. She takes excellent care of my hair. My hair is highlighted and the condition of my hair today is much better than before it was ever highlighted.

They were SO nice and professional! Originally I had wanted to come in and get a cut and color. But there was only room in the schedule for me to come in for just a haircut.I really needed to get my hair done. I was going to an event that weekend and needed it done ASAP. I have had my hair treated twice with bleach/toner and both times the color didnt come out exactly what I wanted.Abby listened to me when I explained what I wanted, cut-wise, and also asked what I would change, color-wise. She knew EXACTLY what color I was talking about. Then she was so kind and said that she would stay later and not only cut my hair but also correct the coloring!IT CAME OUT PERFECT!!! I will definitely be going back for more!

I recently tried Allison for the first time because I couldn’t get in to see my regular stylist. She did a fantastic job. She listened really well. The base color and hi-lights are soo pretty. I just love my hair color. Also, I asked her if she had time for a haircut. I really like the cut. It was a trim but well done. Like the bang cut as well. Very pleasant gal. I will see her again!

Great experience! I loved the atmosphere, they were friendly. This was my first time at the Salon and I was greeted with a smile. The stylist I saw, Kelly, did a great job. She listened to my ideas for my haircut and we were able to come up with a plan together. She gave an amazing scalp massage, taught me how to use some new products and was flexible when I changed my mind about how I wanted my hair cut. I liked the welcome packet they gave too-very nice touch. Definitely would recommend this place!

Ive had several services done at Salon Ultimo, and Ive always been very happy with them. I recently had an eyelash lift and tint done by Julia, and she hit it out of the park. I was so happy with the result, and she made sure to write down exactly what she used so that someone else could replicate it next time if I cant get in with her. Allison cuts and balayages my hair, and she is excellent at listening and putting together my thoughts with her professional advice to make sure it looks great in the end. She also makes sure it will grow out nicely, not forcing me into having my hair colored super often. Salon Ultimo takes great care of its customers. I will never go anywhere else!
