Wow, what a great experience! We came in, not knowing we were there just before they closed for walk in pedicure appointments. The two women who gave me and my daughter pedicures were SO kind, friendly and made us feel right at home. I didn’t realize until later on that we were there past their closing time and we would never have known because they were so accommodating. I’ve been to many nail salons where we were treated rudely for no reason, and this was so refreshing to have such wonderful people who made us feel so welcome even when they would’ve been fully justified in rushing us. We were not rushed one bit, but treated as valued customers. We will definitely be back (well within business hours next time). The pedicures were fantastic, our nails look great! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you!

My daughters was getting acrylic gel nails one of owner’s sisters did her nails and asked me if the length on pinky was ok i said maybe little to short she continued to mumble something in different language she did each finger different shape totally different when i asked her she started to argue with me and raised her voice i told her no reason to behave like that she called me names in front of all customers then her other sister (ghetto)started to argue also which i have witnessed her many times before and talking about customers. Honestly this nail salon is very poorly managed take ur money and go somewhere else!! Also witnessed couple of times the owner and his sister in law arguing and then sister in-law talking how he’s crazy to customers even myself.

I had originally given this salon a good review, but after my experience today I need to retract it and write a new one. If you go to a salon for a relaxing experience, as I did, this is not the place for you. I had a pedicure and an acrylic fill today and could not wait to get out of there. To say it was chaotic would be an understatement. The owner and his sister were talking loudly, almost shouting, back and forth while I was getting my nails done and it was very unpleasant. In addition, I felt like I was being rushed through because they were busy and down a technician. I spent $100 with the tip and in the future I will spend my money elsewhere where I can feel pampered and relaxed!

I had such a great experience at this salon! The gentleman who works here did my pedicure and it truly is the best I’ve ever gotten. I always do white on my toes and in some salons, it comes out appearing spotty and/or chunky looking - this was not the case at all with Mia Nails! I will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a solid salon with many great nail techs. I will absolutely be back - this is my new go-to spot!My only suggestion/request would be to start offering unscented lotion as an option - I have severe eczema and cannot use the scented Bath & Body Works lotion they currently offer.

This is from my wife::Today i went into this Nail Salon upon the request of my husband as a surprise to me for one of my Mothers Day gifts and was Greeted very harshly and unprofessionally by the Owner. My husband spoke with the nail technician prior to me showing up.. Ive been treated nicely, professionally and respectfully here in the past. Lillie and her brother have done Excellent work but after today I will not be spending my money here anymore.

I had dip nails done by Patrick and he was really easy going to talk to. He also gave me an awesome hand massage! Left feeling relaxed and with really wonderful looking nails!

They do a decent job on nails however they are so unprofessional!!! They are extremely loud and fight a lot. The cops were called there once. They also make you feel like you are a burden to be there

I had a full set of acrylic nails put on on Saturday, by Sunday my thumb nail had a corner broken off. Of course they arent open on Sunday and because it was Labor Day weekend, they were also closed on Monday. I had to work so the next time I could get in the nail on my right index finger also had a chunk out of it. The next time I could get in was the following Wednesday. Not only to get the two nails fixed but I was in desperate need of a fill after just a week and a half. Anyone who has had nails knows two weeks, generally, is the time between fills. I have had nails for 30 years, I know the process, I can spot an operator who doesnt know what they are doing a mile away. This girl who did my nails on Wednesday didnt have a clue. For my thumb nail, she just dremmeled it down. For my index finger, she took the nail completely off and put a new one on. To make matters worse, she didnt even make the new nail look like the others with the filing.Normally, this wouldnt have been a big deal but I mentioned to her at the beginning that I was in a hurry and needed to be done quickly. As it turned out, I sat down at 10:45 at walked out at 12:30.Now for the cost. 44.00 for a fill I think is outrageous. A full set maybe but a fill! No way will I go back to Mia nails for a fill knowing I can get a fill, with gel, for 15.00.

They are very meticulous and were extremely nice to our group even though we had a large group that took a lot of their time. They offered us wine and cheese for the wait time and it was an overall super relaxing and fun experience.I would call ahead of time to check if they can get you in since theres only 2 of them. I booked an appointment on line, showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled time. When I arrived, no one greeted me, or checked me in or eve just acknowledged my existence! Not one word from anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go to this spa again.

My new find in nail care. Easy location for me from my house. I love the way the place looks, clean and modern. They have the massage chairs when you get a pedicure. I went last week for a manicure and was very pleased with the quality and attention she gave to her work. Today, I went for a pedicure and got the hot stones, loved it! My feet were a bit in pain this week because I wore the wrong sandals. So, this was a gift to my feet. They loved it.

I loved my experience! I was greeted right as I walked in and when I say down, I was asked if I wanted anything to drink. They brought me a bottle of water. That was so awesome, I have never been in a nail salon that has asked me if I wanted something to drink. So I gotta say that was pretty awese. the gal who did my nail and she was super sweet and funny. She made me laugh and I cant forget shes a perfectionist, one of my nails got messed up and she was so sweet about it. She was like dont worry, I will fix it.I got a shellac manicure and the price was super reasonable. Ive spent way more so the prices definitely were awesome. The massage at the end definitely was amazing. Ive never had a hand massage last that long at other salons or feel that great. I will definitely be coming back.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

The best! I got a gel manicure on a Saturday morning. The shop was quiet and clean. I imagine its a bit more lively on a weekday when walking are allowed, but it was nice to have quiet. I wanted a pretty simple design, plain with hearts on one nail. I love them. A lot of times when you get gel nails they end up feeling too thick, not this time. My nails feel strong, but still thin like my real nail should feel! Ill be back in a few weeks!

I have been here twice now and have been impressed both times. I bite my nails, and I have had terrible experiences at other nail salons with technicians mocking how short my nails were and my torn cuticles. Not the case at all here. My nail tech did my nails both times, and she was both meticulous with her work and sweet to talk to. I have felt nothing but welcomed here, and will definitely be back.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Went it because of all the good reviews about not being rushed but it took 30 minutes to be seen, and on top of that I was totally rushed out. Don’t get me wrong the nails aren’t bad but she was on the phone most of the time and had to leave to fix her car.. so I didn’t get the special treatment like how the other customers got.. aka a hand massage with lotion and perfecting of my nails.. 50/50 on if I come back or not.. :( oh and she cut me and didn’t even say anything

My cousin and I were desperately looking for a decent nail salon with good pricing, and this place is definitely it! A nail salon that understands customer service! They were really fast and efficient. And gave me tips on taking care of my cuticles. OH AND MY NAILS LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!! Im happy when I come out from here! If you are picky about your nails, this is definitely the place to go.

By far the best nail salon in Woodbury. Have been going consistently over the past year & constantly get compliments on my nails. This is the first nail salon I have been to in the area that provides a spa like experience. Never once, even when it is busy have I felt rushed during services. The hot stone pedicure is the BEST. Melody (the owner) & her staff are attentive, kind, & do such excellent work. Would highly recommend time & time again!

I love this place! Every time I go in there is a friendly welcome, personal conections with the gals that are working, great selection of nail polish. However, my favorite part is the calm atmosphere and music choice that lets you relax rather than stay all stressed out! You gotta go here!

Mia Nails is the most professional and cleanest nail salon in the Woodbury area. They always fit you in as an appointment or as walk ins and all of the nail technicians always make anything possible. Prices are reasonable and I promise you, you will always leave here happy!

Very friendly gentleman who gel filled my nails. He was meticulous and did a pretty neat job. It helps that he spoke English so we could communicate without the awkward silence.

The wait to get my gel nails done was a bit long and we did make an appointment but other than that the nails them self’s are amazing and the person that did mine was so sweet and the nails do last a long time too.

I tried a new place because my tech is on maternity leave. I made an appointment 1 hr and 45 min. before close for a full set, a pedicure, and eyebrow wax. She gave me a price list for the pedicure, I picked the $34 one. The pedicure took forever...at least an hour. 20 minutes of that was spent taking off polish. The other 40 minutes was spent sitting there while the lady kept pausing and looking at her co-workers and talking to them. While Im sitting there, a guy comes over to do my nails and half of them were crooked. Just trying to make conversation, I ask how many people come in and keep the full set like 6 inches long on their fingers and he proceeds to tell me about strippers doing that when they come in, how much they make, and other things that werent appropriate for ther 12 yo girl sitting next to me listening. After the pedicure, I have them redo the ones that were crooked, but I had to pretty much beg for them because they look fine. Then he asked what shape I wanted, and then a lively discussion ensued about the name of the almond shape, as he insisted stilletos were called almond, and almond were called stilletos. After getting them terribly shaped, he has me pay and charged me $106 for the full set and pedicure!!! I didnt even get the eyebrow wax. They charged me for making my nails long but theyre not...so I dont understand why Im getting charged so much. I wont be going back.

Previously have had good experiences at Mia, but had the worst pedicure experience today. The ladies doing mine and my friends nails were clearly more interested in talking to each other, did a poor job with the hot stones and massage, and CUT the outside of my little toe with the pumice stone. Literally dripping blood. And she asked if I was getting tickled. Um, no youre just CUTTING MY FEET. Maybe if you were paying attention you would be putting the pumice stone where I actually have calluses. My friend got the back of her heel cut also. Her nail technician also did not scrub the outside of her big toes AT ALL. These two nail technicians were busy doing each others nails (very carefully) while our toes were drying.We absolutely WILL NOT be returning to Mia Nails.

Waited 35 minutes even though we had booked 2 appointments, they rushed through my daughter’s pedicure, then I had to finally ask someone if we could pay so we could leave, as they had just left us sitting at the dryer. They do nails just fine, but their customer service is awful. There is a sign on the wall that says they must speak English when customers are present, but that’s not what happens, so then we always think they are talking about us. Same owners at Mikey & Mia Nails.

When i was there i was with the owner (melody) and while getting my nails done it took forever because she was constantly texting people on her phone and made it take way longer, also not to mention it’s pretty pricey.

Dont go there with kids! My wife and nieces went there with an appointment just to wait 20 minutes while two others went ahead of them without appointments. The nail technician did half of one of my nieces nails, stopped and did another customers pedicure. Even my niece said it was rude...and shes five! Pedicure lasted 2 days. Very disappointed, as that was my wifes go-to nail salon!

I am a frequent patron of this nail place. I am always happy when I leave. The prices are good and quality is great! But after tonight, this places deserves more than 5 stars! After a long day of work( which over laps their hours) I needed ( hoped) I could sneek in quickly before they closed to get a polish change. I was in my car feeling hesitant to walk in 20 mins before closing and ask for anything. You know you are expecting to be turned away or some annoyed sighs. The owner came walking out, saw me and waved. She came to my car. Asked if I was coming in. I told her I was hesitant because of the time. But I really wanted the polish change as I have an important event tomorrow. She said come on, head in! We will take care of you! I nervously got out of my car, followed her in. She said something to one of the nail girls. She happily came over. Got me. Took me to a pedi tub. The girl asked what I wanted I told her a polish change and if she was willing a polish change on my fingers too. She said YES AND OFFERED TO DO FULL SERVICES. Full mani and pedi. She told me not to feel rushed and not to worry about the time. I ended up getting a mani and toe polish change and felt so happy when I left. LOVE THIS PLACE!! The worst place ever to get nails done ....misshapen no top coat ...customer service is non existent. I left in tears when it was brought to their attention the man started getting very snippy did not listen said my nails were fine...they looked like a child did them....

My daughter had the gellac nails done there. We were told that if there was a problem within two weeks that they would fix it. four of her nails peeled off. When we went back the owner snapped at us that they would only fix them for one week. When I told him two weeks, he told us it would be a half hour wait. Then they started taking several people ahead of us that had come in after we did. When I questioned them, they told me that I had agreed to a half hour. And if I didnt like it I could leave the property.Then they finally fixed her nails and blamed a 12 year old for her nails. Some of the other women getting their nails done had to console my daughter because she was crying so hard. I will NEVER go back to this place. They are extremely rude and do NOT know how to treat their customers.I have never been treated so rudly in my life. With this kind of business, they wont remain there long.How disappointing that a 12 year old had to witness such horrible business practices.

Very kind staff. The woman who did my nails was extremely appreciative when I left a tip and the rude customer who was getting a pedicure next to me was handled with patience.

Went here with a wedding party and I usually just go to a place I like closer to home but wanted to try it. Wish I didn’t because now I’m out 120$ with 2 broken acrylic nails after 3 days of having them… and now 2 weeks later I have an ingrown toe mail from them cutting it too short. I wasn’t going to write a review after my nails broke but once I felt that ingrown nail I was furious. Don’t know who did my services but will not be back again. I get my nails done regularly and know how to care for them. No way should any nails should break within a week let alone 3 days. Hopefully I will be getting a response from the owner but it looks like they only respond to positive posts.
