It was my first time going to radiance spa in woodbury. The place is so beautiful and the ambiance is so relaxing. I went for my first consultation and ask what is best for my melasma/ pigmentation. Heather was so helpful and took the time and explained what is best for me. She also help me pick out a good serum that is safe for me as I am still breastfeeding. Shayla was very friendly as well. I will definitely go back.

I immediately booked my next service. Also, the spa atmosphere is very relaxing. Best of both works--quality clinical services with a luxurious spa feel.

I had the VI chemical peel. I did 3 of them. I was a 70’s lay in the sun girl, so obviously I had a lot of damage. I have noticed improvement. I plan to continue to do other procedures that will continue to make my skin better.

I just turned 60, and decided that I wanted to try to do something to deal with the brown sun spots and overall health of my skin. I signed up during a promotion that has me going in one time per month for a different service each time. The first session a photograph was taken, and it showed a lot of age spots - some of which hadnt surfaced, yet. Jill, my clinician, then put together a monthly plan. I have learned a lot, and am very pleased with the way my skin is looking. Its more smooth, healthier, and many of the brown spots have disappeared, which is wonderful! I have used several of their products, and have found them to be of extremely high quality. I plan to continue going - something I am doing for myself!

Facial and massage was good. Front desk seem lost about why we were there. We didnt get our facial analysis and lunch like we were told for getting the spa getaway package. The reason why I didnt like that is bc the first impression matters the most. The fact they werent organize wasnt a good look and feeling. But the facial and massage was good. That I cant discredit.

She scanned the skin on my face that shows 8 layers of skin. We talked about services and products that would be best for my skin. Bridget was NEVER pushy about selling anything, which I loved. I am looking forward to going back and would recommend Bridget!

I saw Mira for a 90 minute facial- it was amazing!!! She explained all the products she used and why she was using them for my specific skin, and I was able to see immediate results in the complexion of my skin. Also includes getting a neck/shoulder/chest/foot massage. It was so relaxing I didn’t want it to end! Can’t wait to go back soon.

I recently visited Radiance Medspa for laser hair removal, botox and to discuss some skin concerns and possible solutions. I met with Bridgette for the laser hair and skin consult and she was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable on skin treatments. I look forward to going back for the next laser hair treatment and to determine the treatment I want to do for some of those skin concerns.

I had the absolute BEST facial and microdermabrasion from Bridgette!!! GO SEE HER. My skin is absolutely glowing just like she said it would be. I left there so happy with the treatment and still feel the exact same about it 2 weeks later. She addressed my skin concerns perfectly!!! I’ve never had anyone help my skin this much even while I’m still wearing an N95 every day at the hospital.

Mira took the time to explain the options available to me and what the aftercare would be. We decided on a Dermal Infusion and a Derma blade. I have been going to Radiance for the last 5 months and have only had great experiences! I go for dermaplaning/ microdermabrasion hydro/ serum facials! They also have the biggest variety of Eminence products which are the best! Brigette is the most beautiful person from the inside out! I went in and she made my experience the best I have ever had! The minute you walk into Radiance medspa you instantly feel welcomed by everyone there! It is a very comfortable environment, and the staff makes you feel very at home and we’ll cared for! I don’t do much for myself as I am a mother of three young children, and was having a hard time being away from them for even just a few hours. I got a massage from Pang, who was very kind and made the stress and anxiety I have been holding (apparently in my lower back) melt away! I’ve never had a better massage, and this alone made it worth going back again. After my massage though, I had a facial that was done by Brigette, who is now one of my favorite people EVER. She was so easy to talk to, informative, very positive, kind, and made my spa day experience complete. The facial was custom to my skin, and I left with my face feeling smoother than it ever has been before and glowing! I have been singing the praises of these two amazing people, and the equally amazing work they did for me, since I left. I couldn’t say enough good things about this experience and I recommend going here the get the most out of your spa experience.

I have extremely sensitive skin so I was naturally worried about getting facial for the first time. Natalie listened to what my concerns were and talked me through everything she was doing. The massage therapist had very long nails and it actually hurt. It wasnt enjoyable and she didnt focus on the areas that I had requested. Also, there was far too much massage cream used and I was a slimy mess when it was over.

I needed some help with mask-acne that I had been struggling to tame and decided to go for a 1-hour facial here. Brigette was fantastic at coming up with an effective plan to treat my skin without making me feel self-conscious about it. She suggested the microdermabrasion treatment and my skin was noticeably brighter and less irritated immediately after my appointment and I have received so many compliments on how healthy my skin looks. Definitely recommend for a calm and relaxing atmosphere and excellent place to pamper yourself!

Great service. Went here a few years back for some discoloration I couldnt get rid of. There was deep layers of dead skin that needed something beyond surface solutions. I ended up going to the Spa and we decided on the VI Peel because it went layers deep. WOW. It did exactly what I needed. My dead, discolored skin began to peel and some spots even became flat/smooth (which was a problem too) The entire peeling process for me took about a week. My skin, not to mention the discoloration was significantly lighter. $ is worth it. Booking again TODAY.
