Not sure why my total came out to 80$ when the sign says full set of gel and gel polish is 55+ When I barely had any polish on my hands, there was no polish underneath each designNails are done okay but definitely not worth 80 dollars, me and 3 of my friends came in and we were sat down but everyone getting a pedicure was helped first even though they came in almost an hour after us.I paid 8p dollars for these when he said it was a 10 minute wait when it was 45, we had a lady come and switch between all three of us and it ended up being over 2 hours for us to get our nails done. I only used two colors and usually French tip is only 5 extra, very dissatisfied

I visited this salon twice before and had great service. On my third visit I was wearing African clothes and they would not service me or my aunt. They congregated in the back of the salon while we waited for someone to help us. We were the only people there and they stood in the back talking for 5+ minutes. My experience in American clothes was drastically different, I was seated immediately and treated properly.

The pedi was very fast and we asked for the 40.dollar one and they charge us for the 60 dollars o at the end my total was 265.00 dollars the most I have ever spend on a salon for nails with out getting the correct service

I’ve given this place a few chances now and I’m dissatisfied each time. They’re extremely slow - which I have absolutely NO problem with if the results are good. But, they’re slow and the results are poor. My nails have been thick, the shape is different from nail to bail (e.g., one oval, one square, etc.), and even the polish job is poor (doesn’t go to the edge). I’ve tried to nicely ask for what I would like corrected, but it just hasn’t worked.Also, I have had an appointment each time - and I’ve been 10-15 minutes early for every appointment. Not once has my appointment started on time - at least 10 minutes late.The one good thing I’d say is that they have a lot of colors to choose from and a large array of brands.

I got a dip manicure. The lady that did mine did a wonderful job! Love them!

Just went for a fill today. It‘ve been a month since I got my full set done here. I didn’t have time to get a fill until today. My nails grew so long however none of my nails chipped. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! my expensive nails I got there are already chipping. Like I can’t even explain how bad this place is. There rude and don’t have a CLUE how to do nails. Crooked, chipped, and very expensive. Less then a week my gels are chipped.

It took almost 4 hours for them to do my full set. I watched at least 5 others come in and out before i was done. They started my nails then went to help someone else!! And my nails are crooked and not done right at all. Then they charged me 100 dollars!!! Im mind blown with this place. SO BAD. Plus i had an appointment. They start your nails so you have to stay, and then help everyone else.

AMAZING!!! LOVE THIS PLACE! I drive a little over an hour to get my nails and toes done Worth it. The owner and staff are amazing ! So nice, great, clean atmosphere, smells great! Relaxing. If you make an appointment they are right on time . Long lasting nails and beautiful!!! Thank you

Went in for a pedi- one person started my nails and then moved to someone else about halfway through. I waited until someone else finished up with another person to finally finish my pedi. My nails were super crooked. I asked her to straighten them and she kept clipping my toenails. She clipped and filed them 3 times- they are so short!

Called to make an appointment and ending up waiting AN HOUR because they took a walk in vs an appointment. Would have walked out except they had a specific color I wanted. Super disappointing and will not be coming back. I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. There are only 2 workers there and as much as I want to support a small business I do not appreciate how I was treated. If you know you have someone coming in, have the walk in wait. Definitely my last time coming here as this was not the first time I’ve had to wait like this. To top it all off my nails are also uneven. Don’t waste your time.

Highly recommended. This place is clean and nice. I have been coming to here for a year. Worth it. Staffs are friendly, they take there time and don’t rush it.

Waited over 20 mins there and returned back.They asked me to pick a color and did not even mention how long the wait would be. Only two staffs were available to manage such a big nail spa. I have been there many times, always a long wait but they do a good job overall. But this was a little too much!

If I could give less than a star I would. Mom and I went in for a mother-daughter outing! We got there and they said 10 minutes, which okay fine. 10 minutes turned into 20 sitting in a chair waiting, 30 for my mom who insisted I go first. The lady was very rough with filing my nails, after she cut then way too short. It then took over an hour to do my nails (with a French tip) and she cut my fingers a dozen times. To top off this $60 dollar overpricing, my gel nails broke off in less than 2 weeks. My mothers we chipped in a week. When I called to ask for them to fix them since it was not what we paid for the lady said I not understand and hung up on me. Dont correct waste your time, money, or sanity. Pick a different salon. Very disappointing.

I made an appointment for 4 pedicures and they were ready when we arrived! The technicians were personable and did a fantastic job! I have been coming here for about a year and I will not go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Service wasnt great, but also wasnt horrible. not usually one to post reviews, but i had gotten just normal nail polish put on (no gel or anything) and my nails started chipping within 2 days. about 5 days after getting them done, all of the polish on one of my nails had fallen off in one big piece. over the next 2 days, the majority of my other nails did the same thing. they did look good before that happened though! but overall im disappointed with the experience/outcome.

I have been to a lot of nail places and this place is the best one . U have to wait sometime but its worth. They are always taking their time to do the service and my dipping manicure always last up to 3 weeks.I would Recommended this place to all of my family and friends.

This salon didn’t meet the city code! No venting systems, yes it look cleaned inside but it still dusty and acrylic nails smelled a whole salon. Thank you for your good service but I don’t want to get cancer or birth defects if I keep get my nails done from here.

I came in today for the first time and it was a very welcoming environment. I am really bad with accents, and instead of getting frustrated or mad it was taken lightly and joked about. It was very fun, the nail artist kept the conversation going and was very gentle with my nails-unlike a lot of places I’ve gone before. I felt bad- I didn’t have enough to tip, but I will definitely come back!

My mom and I had the best pedicures we have ever had. The place was beautiful, the ladies very nice and professional and the pedicure was top notch. Switching here for all my nail care needs!

Im very disappointed in the service I received here. The employees werent very friendly, from start to end they were rude. I would have been happy if they at least did a good job on my nails, but both my nails and my friends nails turned out sub-par. It took them over an hour after our scheduled appointment time for us to leave, not because they were actually doing our nails, but because they had us waiting around and even left us to go do someone elses nails who walked in after we did. They didnt ask us how we wanted our nails shaped, and were very rude to us when we switched from wanting gel nails to regular polish (before they even began prepping our nails), as their prices are outrageous for the type of service they are providing. I will not be coming back. It seemed like a clean place so Im sad that their service is so bad.

Pleasantly surprised with the service I received today! Going to a new place with mixed online reviews is always scary, however I received an awesome gel mani from Mai. She did a great job, beginning to end. Happy I took a chance!

I stopped by today to get a pedi since I had some time to kill (car needed services at discount tire). I had the best pedi that I have had in a long time. When I arrived there was already people in the chairs so I had to wait a bit. Which was fine. The service was top notch and took her time making me feel great. I will be going back again.

Gel pedicure lasted less than a week... The told me it would last up to two months. They literally popped off as if it was a fake nail. I payed $25 and tipped another $5.I was in another country and went to talk to them when I got back. Mistakes happen and I thought they should have the chance to fix it.The guy who did my nails the first time said he couldnt do anything because it was too long and he didnt remember. He offered to do it again for $15. He didnt even ask for a receipt or proof, but said they couldnt remember.

Love the shop! I am so suprised at the negative reviews! Ive been going there for 4 years now and everything is great. The guy is really nice, and everything is so relaxing. The shop is very clean, they offer you coffee, water, or tea. One time I went there, i witnessed these two girls getting their hands and feet done and ran off without paying, the owner handled it very well too.Love the shop, totally recommend it! Went in for removing gel off my nails. Took 10 mins. It was $7 and I tipped $2. The woman was bluntly not happy with it. There was simply no customer service, no greeting, no conversation. Very demanding throughout, maybe she wasn’t happy to begin with as it is a small job. Go somewhere else for a more pleasant experience.

Two days ago I went in to get a spa mani pedi, and right in front of me she kept diluting the polish. I got a design and extremely inexperienced design I got, the rinestones fell off within the hour. First time there, wont be back!

Horrible. The girls do sloppy work and have the worst nail techniques. My cousins nails turned out bulky, thick, crooked, nails look like theyve been on for 3 days already. My nails were bulky and uneven. Way too damn expensive for sloppy work.

The nail guy goes way too fast causing several cuts and the nails are horribly done. Not very welcoming and the shop can use some cleaning.

Visited this salon once, not likely to return. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, the gel polish started peeling on almost all nails in less than 5 days.

They take their time and dont rush it

I paid $47 for ugly, crappy nails. If you want your nails to look like theyve been done by a 5 yr old, this is the place for you.
