Very kind and welcoming staff. I brought my little one in to have nails and feet painted and they let her sit in a spa chair and get a massage, then filed and lotioned her feet and hands. She was very pampered. First time here and Ill be back. The deluxe pedicure was great and smelled lovely. The gal really took her time. Very happy with this place.

I tried really hard to like this place but I’m extremely disappointed. We called to let them know that we would be running about 10 minutes late and they explained that a call wasn’t necessary but thanked us for letting them know. We assumed that maybe they weren’t busy. However, we were completely wrong when we arrived. We scheduled 3 pedicures and we’re all seated after there was much confusion in the reception area about who has appointments, who were call ins, and who should be seated first. We were eventually seated and one of the pedicure chairs was not functioning. They were going to use it anyway, but the friend that came along with me said she would be okay with waiting for a properly working chair. They eventually moved her into a different section. Everything just felt rushed. Before I sat down, there were still used water bottles in the cup holder and I saw the technician just fling the bottle to their back room = sanitation is prob poor. I think I got maybe a 5 second callous scrub on both heels so as you can see in the photo, my feet are still kind of crusty. I also understand that I have smaller toe nails but my pinky toe was definitely not fully painted. In one of the photos, you can get a glimpse of the green paint that I previously had on my toes and the uneven shaping of my nails is just lazy. The lighting is pretty low here so I didn’t even get a chance to examine everything before we left. It seemed that they just needed us in and out. I would not recommend this place.

They usually do a great job, and are thorough with the leg and foot massages—beware that their pricing is insane. For a gel pedicure it cost me $70……while I did not ask for a “spa pedicure “ from their booklet, I’m sure I was charged. Over all good work, but it’s pushing $100 by the time you pay and add tip.

Please DO NOT come here. There are lots of nail shops out there that are professional and worth the money I came in to get gel nails removed and get a manicure. The woman demanded I pay before services. Stylists are unskilled and not everyone here knows how to do nails. The shop looks classy thats all. I would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing!!! I haven’t gotten my nails done in years it seems like due to covid. I was looking for a new place to go to when I discovered Tu Nails. Kim was my nail tech and I love her so much! She is kind, friendly, efficient, and is so good when it comes to details. I have been going to her since! The ship is beautiful, the staff are wonderful! It has always been a great experience! I will definitely keep coming back!

When visiting my mom from out of town, she told me she had discovered Tu Nails and we needed to go there for pedicures. We did, and I can honestly say that you have not LIVED until you have had a pedicure here! Specifically, my technician Christina was amazing. She is professional, fun, and very friendly. Christina made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job with the pedicure! We got the luxury pedicure, which included an exfoliating massage, hot stones, warm towels, callous scrub, mud mask, jelly lotion massage, and the typical toenail pedicure elements. It was truly the most decadent, relaxing pedicure ever! I would have paid $75 for this pedicure, and it cost about $50. Afterward, I could not stop raving about it all day because my feet felt so incredible! If you need a pedicure and want the best experience, go to Tu Nails and ask for Christina!! You will not be disappointed.

First time trying out this establishment. It was a good experience. The tech that did my pedicure was great, though I knew he was ready to finish and leave.I enjoyed my pedicure, but I also wanted to get dip powder manicure as well. It couldve been my fault for stopping by on a Friday after 5pm. I understand the techs were ready to wrap up and head home. So after receiving my pedicure, no one was available to assist with the manicure. Ill try again on another day.

My mom and I went there a little bit ago, both nail techs were very aggressive when trimming cuticles, one tech made my mom bleed on several nails and my gel nail polish chipped off within a day; I’ve never had that happen before so soon. For higher price point nails, other places in the area are much better.

I recently moved back to the area and am go glad this Tu Nails location is close to me again! Tina was amazing, my toe nails look great, and my heels are so soft! Kim did a simple manicure, just what I wanted, my fingernails also look amazing. I definitely recommend this location!

First and last time there. Never had someone have to wipe off polish from my skin so much. Did not know how to do a design on my toe. It was terrible. Then had a guy do my manicure. Wanted a dip and he was going to put on acrylic nails. Pretty much just got the dip and no manicure. Sorry but this was the worst place i have been too and will never go back.

Im going on vacation and I brought in a picture and they did it. I am so happy! Thank u for taking the time to do what I wanted.

I cant stay enough great things about Tu Nails. I come in like clockwork for a no-chip manicure every other Monday and time and time again, I have an amazing experience. Not only do all the nail technicians do a fantastic job, but the level of customer service is unparalleled. Everyone, especially the owner, is so warm and inviting. Also, theyre so accommodating with scheduling. I live in a different neighborhood now, but will still travel to Tu Nails Spa for all my manicures and pedicures. LOVE YOU Tu Nails SPA.

They did an amazing job

My first two times there were good. Today, it was bad. The prices had always been expensive and they did such a bad job on scrubbing my feet. The lady that did my feet tonight was rushing it. She did not even care to say hi or talk to me. She was mad the whole time and threw me to another lady to do my dip nails. When I was done, I paid for my fiancé and myself. Total was $140 and I gave her $160. Another lady looked at me and was like “We split this between 3 people. You should at least give $190.” At this point, I was already annoyed because they charge a 2% surcharge on cards if you use it. So they have an atm in the salon for you to take out cash and it only charges $1. So you’re better off paying that $1 to take out cash than get charge that 2% surcharge on your card. Is it even right for a salon to act like that? I ended up taking out $40 dollars and paying $202 in total + bad service. Never going back.

I went for a quick manicure. It is very relaxing and feels good. The place is very nice. And the price is also affordable.

First time going here but it wont be my last. The staff was very nice, provided a comforting experience and made you feel like you were at an actual spa. Id recommend to anyone who wants to break away from the busy work day to relax and get pampered.

My nails never chip with gel and acrylic nails always last 3+ weeks which with me they really dont last because I always bite them! So I will continue to come here! And they are very reasonable as well!!!

Requested a pedicure and the gal proving the service didn’t scrub my feet. She dab the sponge on my heel and ball of my feet and that was it. Didn’t get a massage whatsoever. While my daughter’s gal gave them scrub and massage. During my manicure she didn’t file my nails or shape them when I specifically asked for squared shape.

Got exactly what I wanted and were very skilled!

Dont get your dip removed from here! I went to Tu Nails to get a dip removed and to get a gel manicure. The service was good however, the technique that was used to remove the dip was not a good experience. Usually they soak my nails in acetone and electric file the dip. The technician took an acrylic nail base and used that to slide under my nails and rip off the dip. It was actually a painful experience and my nails got horribly damaged in the process. I could have done that at home. I wanted to avoid damage, which is why I went in. Still weeks later, my nails are so fragile and cracking and peeling daily. I did get a gel on top of that to hopefully protect what little bits of nails I had left for a couple of weeks. The gel was actually one of the best gels I have ever had and it lasted 3 weeks! It might have been because my nails were so uneven, peeled and damaged. Either way, dont get a dip removed from here. The gel manicure on the other hand was actually really well done. I vote 5 stars on that.

My daughter and I visited for the first time today for Mother’s Day and got two express pedicures with a $5 upgrade for French Tips on mine. I had a hard time hearing the employee so I made the mistake of just handing over my debit card at the end. When I looked at my receipt when I got home, I saw that I was charged for a delux pedicure 3 and an organic pedicure. After looking these services up online, neither of them were what we received—we definitely had two express pedicures and there’s no way they could have been mistaken for a delux or organic one. I ended up paying $105 (plus tip) for what should have only been $65. First and last visit for Tu Nails for us.

I loved this place and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! The pedicure I got was AMAZING

I have been to Tu Nails in the past for pedicures and always enjoyed my experience. Decided to go for a valentine-themed manicure and was pretty disappointed by the lack of COVID protocols. The man who greeted me at the front desk did not have a mask on and sneezed a couple feet away from me. There were other employees who weren’t with clients that didn’t have masks on. In between polish coats I was asked to put my hand in a slot in the table, when I entered my hand I could feel crumbs in the slot like it had not been cleaned. They repeatedly put brushes in big containers of acetone that are used for multiple customers, rather than pouring a little separately in a cup. Other than the hygiene, my manicure didn’t look great. It already has visible cracks after not even one full day (salon needs fresh polish?) and the simple hearts I asked for do not look great. I am giving 3 stars because the nail techs are friendly and I’ve had past better experiences, but I probably won’t be returning to this salon.

This was my first and last visit!!! After walking in and seeing that the majority of the workers were NOT wearing masks, I wish I would have just walked out!!! Tu Nails did NOT follow any protocols to prevent the spread of Covid, nor do they follow sanitation protocols given by the Mn Board of Cosmetology. While having my nails done, I could hear a dog barking and crying in their back room. No license for the nail technician at her table (Heather). She filed so hard on my nails that I now have several cuts around the skin of my nails. Ouch!!! And to top it off, I now have 2 nails that were put on crooked. Unfortunately this nail salon is not sanitary nor do they follow safety protocols for Covid. Will not return and will notify others.

Really nice place, got right in and the girl that did my nails did awesome. On the website they offer many varieties of manicures and pedicures, none of which were offered to me. I was looking forward to the charcoal manicure but no menu or anything was provided to me. So that is my only “complaint”. But aren’t my nails pretty none the less???

I have tried a number of nail salons but I have found Tu is the best! The salon is tastefully decorated, the music is pleasant, the staff are all very friendly, and they do a fantastic job whether it’s a mani, pedi, or special request. It doesn’t matter which stylist I get, they all make my nails look very natural.

Poor quality. Dip done very fast she didn’t use file after so I have ridges, she cut my finger rushing through it, and she used a bottle of base that was cracked and wouldn’t close I’m sure the MN department of Health would not approve of this Station was not wiped down in between customers. They rush you through so they can get more money. My last 2 dip manicures have been very disappointing.

They are amazingly friendly but my gel pedicure barely lasted 3 weeks. I am used to them lasting closer to 3 months! Pretty disappointed because I wanted to like this place.

Vivian did ombré acrylic on my nails and I could not be happier with how they turned out. She marched the picture I showed her exactly. She took her time and really made sure that every nail was perfect. I would highly recommend her!

Best pedicure in town. They do a fantastic job keeping the place clean. Pedicures are a little on the spendy side, but the polish seems to last longer.

An awesome experience every time I go! I always ask for Christina for my pedicures. If you like someone who doesn’t mindlessly trim your toenails and who does a NICE deep massage, she is your girl! It doesn’t hurt that she is so sweet too! Never thought I’d have a nail lady until I met her.

Good place to get pedicures. They take most walk-ins pre-covid but if you call ahead, they likely can get you in last minute. Most expensive pedi is $65 and additional $20 for gellish/shellac. My feet always feel clean afterwards.

I felt very comfortable and safe during this Covid-19 time. I was nervous and scared to go but really wanted my feet done. They practice safe distancing, you must wear mask and everything is sanitized. And after being stuck in the house for months I felt good to get out and have great service and conversation.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service here. I asked for NORMAL Acrylic and proceeded to do GEL ACRYLIC ON ME WITHOUT 👏ME 👏KNOWING👏 and obviously charged me for it!!! Knowing how stingy all nail places were they did not give me the refund of the difference but rather a gift card. They proceeded to say it was my fault???!!! Two of my nails are crooked so it hurts! My nail tech lady was on HER PHONE, giggling and whispering to her friends and didnt talk to ME AT ALL. but I still tipped 🤔😐. The cuticles of my nails are wrecked after this place and I didnt want a gift card bexause I dont want to have to come here again but now Im stuck into coming to this place

I do not recommend a place who is so successful they treat their customers like a dime a dozen.The people were kind and smiled often. However, I started off with a manicure while my sister and mother started their pedicures, and my lady (Fung) was in such a hurry that she finished both my mani & pedi all before my mother and sisters feet were finished. She spoke on her phone twice during her rush. My nails are not full because of it. I felt rushed and uneasy. Unfortunately my mother still tipped each of them $30. I really hope people do not tip as much in the future.Fung continued to ask for a cash tip and said cash is what they need instead. It was extremely annoying.

Had to make a last minute appointment as I forgot we had a rescheduled wedding the next night and I had a very busy schedule with work. They got me in right when I needed and did a wonderful job on my nails!!!

Went in for a basic manicure because Im not able to wear colored nail polish at work. The nail tech kept asking if I didnt want to do a gel manicure instead, kept telling her no, finally she had an attitude when I told her no I would like to be able to take the nail polish off myself. My nails were messy when finished. I went with my husband who did a pedicure, I told her we would pay together and she kept telling me I needed to pay now. I advised her I would wait for my husband because he was paying, she was extremely rude. My husband and I would not be back. Theres plenty nail salons in Woodbury and surrounding area.

I have gotten many pedicures and manicures here. They are always able to get me in on a short notice which works for my schedule. They always do a great job and most of the pedicures come with a little massage which is nice after a long days work. I have also been doing the dipped nails recently which last longer then the gel nails.

Pay over $250 for a mani pedi for my mom and I. We made an appointment but they made us wait and then we were rushed out because they were closing towards the end of the manis- my nails fell off the next day in the morning - THE NEXT DAY! I am really angry, really crappy job for the price - obviously never going back and advise my girlfriends to a P.O. this place

I’ve been here on two separate occasions with two different people. I didn’t have an appointment each time and was still able to get in at a reasonable wait time. The first time I got a pedicure and it was seriously one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Although a bit pricey, it was well worth it. The second time I got a gel manicure. Again, great service and the gel looks amazing. Highly recommend this place!!
