First time customer. Lawrence was amazing. My pedicure was great!! Connie did my nails and she was awesome. She was so detailed and took her time. I will definitely be back.

Went her on a friend recommendation. They were kind and the massage was wonderful however. The nail tech deeply cut my big toe and caused an infection. Won’t be coming back. I usually won’t post but I’m in so much pain and I paid $40 dollars for it

I have been getting my nails done here for 10+ years with Lawrence. He always does an amazing job. And the newly remodeled space is beautifully designed! I highly recommend you try it out! You wont be disappointed!

Been going to Turbo Nails for years. Connie is wonderful. I always have crazy nail designs and requests. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Would highly recommend this shop.

Called in advance and scheduled an appointment for 3 people for a time slot of 2:30. Showed up early on the day of and they only had 2 people working both with other customers at the time of our appointment. Sat and waited until 3 when one worker was finally ready. The man that was ready started doing my friends nails. Then, a lady who had a customer already made her customer sit and wait and proceeded to rush on my nails which ended in mine looking completely terrible. And after my friend and her sisters nail stylist told them they were all done, and we left... It took 30 seconds to realize that their nails were extremely sticky and not completely dry which ended with dog hair and lint sticking all over their nails. If you schedule an appointment for 3 people, you should at least have enough staff to provide for those appointments. not be so short staffed that you have to rush and leave your customers nails looking terrible.Extremely unsatisfied and will NEVER be returning to this nail shop.

Do not recommend, Connie nipped 3 of my fingers making them bleed and hurt for a week, french manicure lines not straight, bubbles in the polish and on top of cuticles. They keep thinning the product down vs opening a new bottle of polish. Did give me my money back.

Worst place ever to do your nails! Do not go here! I had booked an appointment for my party and I to do our nails for my birthday and we were there for 4 hours because the workers were helping other customers that had an appointment after us. I asked for for french fade almond nails and got french tip. The lady doing my nails didnt even know what almond shape was, instead she gave me coffin nails and I kept telling her i wanted almond shape nails and she kept telling me that she will shape them after everything else. When she was sanding down my nails I told her to stop sanding so much because she was sanding down my real nails and hitting my skin underneath. She kept saying ok but was still doing it even after I was saying ouch!!! When she finally put the clear gel polish on my nails, she asked if they were good, I told her it was not almond shape. Her coworker had to tell her what almond shape was and that the shape of my nails were coffin! When we went up to pay i got charged for ombre nails which I didnt get. I showed them the picture I came in with, and wanted my nails to look like that but instead it looks nothing like it and even the french tip I got was bad, it was blotchy and my nails were not almond they were stiletto shape. My nails were super thick and the gel polish was bubbly and cover my cuticles! This was the worst experience ever from the time we stepped inside the salon and the time we left! She took 2 hours doing my nails! Everything was horrible!! She was on the phone while she was doing my nails and jumping from customer to customer!! She rushed doing my nails! She messed up my nails and said shell take them off and redo it but never did!! I will never go back to this place ever again!

I had the worse experience. My party had an appointment for all of us but as people walked in they took them before helping us even though we were there first. It felt like discrimination because we were Asian and they were white so they took care of them before us because they probably think we didnt tip as well as others. First and last time here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I had the older lady and she sucked. she kept having to ask her coworkers how to do things. I went with 6 others and there were 3 workers and it took 4 hours to be done with all of us. Three white girls came later just as we were about to finish up and they called another worker for their other shop to come help but they didnt care to do so with us. They had asked if we wanted dip powder since it was suppose to be more natural looking and better for the nail but mine did not turn out natural looking at all, my nails are thick and one of them has a dip because she didnt bother to really sand the top to bring it down and make it a even surface. Neither of the dip or polish cover my entire nail and I had asked for a matte finish but she had to do another coat because you can still see the shine after she had made it matte the first coat. Also they put gel polish on us without asking and we didnt know until we had to pay for it. When they asked if we wanted to dip our nails they also didnt bother to mention that it would cost more until I brought it up. If I could I would have given this place ZERO stars.

My sister and I went together and the lady who did our Nails kept jumping from me to her, me to her.. No thanks. My sister told them she doesnt want gel nails polish and next thing you know theyre doing gel. They remodeled - looks sad. No room. The girl next to me got her nails done as they finished up, the nail tech realized she didnt use gel polish. They had to restart. The part that pissed me off most was I picked out a sparkly clear color. She said something but I didnt catch it.. Next thing I know shes adding this horrible lavender color to my Nails. No! Just cause the girls next to me likes that color does not mean I do! Did I mention she made 4 of fingers bleed and they were swollen for a good week. I think this place is unprofessional and dirty. Horrible experience
