Terrible Customer Service - Brought my car in just after Christmas for an oil change and resurfacing of rear rotors and new brake pads. Additional work was needed, so I had to leave my car with them and they dont offer loners. The technician told me my car was undriveable because two control arms needed to be replaced. It took almost two weeks for them to service my car. When I called one of the service technicians (Scott) about halfway through the process, I asked him if he had reached out to the company that my extended warranty was through to make sure the parts were covered. His response was that he was on hold for 13 minutes with them, so he hung up because he had other things to do. When I finally picked up my car (13 days after it had been dropped off), the radio was broken. They refused to pay to fix my radio, so I had to take it to Cowles Nissan. Cowles Nissan did an excellent job. The Quick Lane at Cowles Ford provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life in any capacity.
Koons Ford offers better service. Cowles spends more time trying up sale, than delivering service as requested, on time as promised. High turnover of service personnel (i.e., Service Managers and Service Technicians) a huge problem. Spoke to management about this issue. Admire how this person covered for the actual Service Manager who went on vacation instead of responding to my customer inquiry concerning my car. Hate taking my car to them for service as it feels like Im rolling dice, hence playing roulette.
