I had an accident on the highway as I was taking my son to college. The tire rod was completely broken and needed immediate replacement otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get to campus on time. Other repair places needed at least a full day for a diagnosis and a second day to begin work on it. I called up Michigan and asked if they could get the whole thing sorted out by the end of the day. They said they could, and they actually completed the whole repair in about 3 and a half hours. Very, very satisfied father and customer.

I came in first thing on a Saturday morning hoping to get a yearly inspection for my car. I’m new to the area so I was kinda playing it by ear. I had already gone to one place and they said I had to make an appointment for Wednesday. So then I saw this place. Went in and they were able to take me right away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I was so impressed! I will definitely be coming back for my car need’s.

Came in for an inspection and emissions test based on a groupon that I found. Michigan Auto let me know right away what needed to be fixed on my car (a tire and a light bulb). They provided fair pricing for the replacement and ordered my tire right away. I was able to come in the next day, get my items fixed, and pass my tests/inspections. The staff was super friendly and explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend!

Although I didn’t end up buying a car,m Haroon was very polite and professional. They offer a great dealer 3 month warranty from a well known company and have the service and detail center on site! The selection and quality of cars is very nice as well. Going into the lot I didn’t expect much but they definitely exceeded my expectations for quality and service and as a business owner who needs cars on the regular I will definitely be looking to work with this dealership in the future!

I went to 3 other tire shops for help when my tire had a slow leak. Michigan was very helpful for my tire repair. Even though they were obviously very busy they made room for me. No sugar coating just up front from the time expected to wait for service to be completed to pricing options. Lee was very professional and followed up with all details.

Lee - was very professional and great to work with. I had rotors and pads replaced on my BMW and they did a wonderful job, the car is breaking good again. They communicated any when they brought the car in and let me know when the work was completed and if anything else was noticed. I also like that they are willing to match or beat other advertised or written quotes. Because if this, their quality and professionalism I find this service center to be honest and reputable, and I will more than likely return for additional services.

Came in for a state inspection and the inspector noticed a tiny detail (one licence plate bulb was blown) that most places would glance over. Replaced it myself and got a reinspection.Staff is friendly and mechanics are knowledgeable in my experience

I have had my alignment done twice before elsewhere and have always had a problem with the right front tire wearing on the inside. Its been several months since my alignment with Michigan tire and auto and there is no sign of wear, Im very pleased.

Went in for a VA state inspection from a Groupon deal and it was very pleasant. Although there were 2 cars ahead of mine, I didn’t spend so much time waiting for mine to be completed. Very professional and observant of making sure there aren’t too many people in the waiting area. Will definitely go back!

Ordered tires on a Friday, had them in by Monday. Got my car in and three hours later tires were on and balanced. Lee was awesome and a great help- had a few other things checked out- everything was good except for an issue in my AC condenser- they didn’t make up or “find” a bunch of issues with my car. Solid customer service, honest work and attention to detail.

I had AAA tow me here when I had a flat and they were amazing!! They had my car ready to go within a couple hours and were extremely friendly and attentive. I also goofed and brought them a coupon that wasnt eligible for the service I had done and they gave me a discounted price anyway! I will definitely be going back when I need something done.

I used a Groupon for my state inspection and had the lukewarm A/C looked at. Yay! It works now but Lee did tell me the compressor is going bad and will need replacement at some point. I appreciated Lee’s estimate of the cost (a “big ticket” item) so I won’t be as shocked when that time comes. Lee gave me a spot-on estimate for how long things would take.

Phenomenal service. They not only fixed my ACs multiple problems quickly. They also did it for a lot less than many shops charge. Best car shop I’ve ever been to!

Beware!! They overcharge and when their prices are contested they begin to offer discount price.I went to ask for an estimated cost on fixing an issue with my tire, after two hours (even after scheduling appt to be seen), the man behind the desk said it was a wheel bearing issue and it would cost $1500. I made a few calls and another location (well known chain) offered to fix the same issue for $800 (including the labor cost being 50% of final price). I called two other places and same thing, they charged between $750 - $980. After I mentioned to the man that I would not be using their service because the cost was too high, they wanted to offer to match the price. However, after being quotes almost $700 over the average price I distrusted the business and felt that they wanted to charge high to see if I would take the bait. I said no. After much persistence, they realized i will not be using them, they still charged me $150 for an engine diagnostic charge . I cant, in good faith, go back there or recommend anyone else to go there without the fear that will be be overcharged.No, I was not a customer in your system; a friend recommended me to you and after he heard what happened he opted to stop going to your business as well.

I went here to get my emissions test done prior to renewing my tags and I was in and out. No appointment. No line. And the staff were very kind & quick with my service. Highly recommend for quick and professional service (especially if you are in a pinch/running late).

Ive been back to Michigan Auto a number of times and I keep coming back due to their great pricing and quality work. I most recently needed my two front wheel bearings replaced and Lee managed to fit me in with little notice and completed the job faster than expected. The two times I brought my vehicle there for an alignment. I had to bring it back because the steering wheel was not centered. Also I had them mountain balance my tires. In doing so they scratched the paint on the rims terribly. Promised theyd have a guy refinished them for me. That was 6 months ago. Ive called them three times since. And they keep blowing me off. Definitely would not recommend them.

Lee & crew diagnosed the reason why my engine light was on. Ended up being a gas cap. Told Lee Ive just purchased the cap from dealership, so in turn, he didnt charge me for the cap they had.

My car needed lots of work and some of the items that were shared, I had no idea what it was. Lee took the extra step to actually have Dustin (mechanic) raise car to show me what exactly the problems were. Lee explained everything to my understanding. The work was done the same day and my car runs great. Customer Service was great all the way around even Haroon driving me home while they worked on my car. Highly recommend Michigan Auto and Tire.

I reached out to Michigan Auto and Tire when I realized, upon leaving work late in the afternoon, that I had picked up a screw in a tire and had a flat. I called a few places around me and they all abruptly told me the were busy and couldn’t be bothered with something as banal as a tire patch job. Michigan A&T could not have been more helpful. They let me know that they also were very busy, but would find a way to help me. I put on the spare and made a quick trip to their shop.I was immediately impressed by how well they were managing the COVID-19 social distance and safety measure protocols in their waiting area. Everything was clean and comfortable with chairs spaced well apart. The manager was understanding of my dilemma and cordial. There was a small wait, as is to be expected showing up late on a workday, but it passed quickly and soon my tire was patched and my spare stowed away nicely in the trunk of my Audi. The repair was an amazingly good value and has held up perfectly. I highly recommend Michigan Auto & Tire for your repair needs.

Great place! Was referred here by my uncle and although it’s a ways away from me I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Lee was so polite and extremely helpful. I had gone to get my car diagnosed at the Hyundai dealership and they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for repairs. Not only was the cost at Michigan half of what I’d expected, but Lee also pointed out that my car had been even misdiagnosed. He also took me around back to look at the issues while he explained them. And shortly after I got my car back I received a text to check up on how my car had been doing, which I really appreciated as well. I will be returning here for all of my car needs!

My car broke down while on travel out of town, and Michigan Tire and Auto was able to see me the same day for diagnostics and to begin work to replace the battery, alternator and cracked water pump. Everything was finished first thing the next day. Also they followed up later to make sure everything was working great. Would recommend again!

*****Updated******I purchased a 2009 Lexus and the day after i noticed a metal to metal noise in the driver side.i was concerned about the noise so i brought it to the dealer, the dealer happily took a look at the vehicle and offered me multiple solutions so we can resolve the issue.overall the dealer payed me $120 in a form of a check which was half of what it cost to fix the problem and also included in a free oil change.to conclude:as a consumer i was dissatisfied for a moment with the purchase however the dealer went above and beyond to make the purchase a great purchase.thank you!

I had an awesome experience here on Tuesday. I had bought a groupon for their allwheel alignment, when I arrived staff was pleasant and professional. They started my appointment right on time. I felt that the work had been done in a reasonable amount of time, and when it was time for me to finish up, I was explained the readings of my car when I came in and what they are at now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Michigan auto are good mechanic. They give you a quote and you decide if you want to fix your car or not. They will let you bring your own parts, which most mechanics dont allow because it hurts their button line. I had to leave my car overnight because the parts( which I was bringing my own) were not available at AutoZone that day. I would choose Michigan auto over the surrounding mechanics.

As a woman going into get any work done can feel somewhat daunting and like you are going to be taken advantage of. My experience at MA&T was perfect. I called initially and was advised to come in for a free analysis prior to just paying for work I may not need. I then came in to get my wheels aligned, I was then told that they could do it but I needed new tires and would be wasting money as I would have to get it done again (I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS). So, I was able to order 2 new tires with them and the price quoted was the price I paid as well as having my tires aligned (via Groupon). I am very happy with the service and would recommend people going here and will be back for maintenance work as well. Thanks :)

Walked in for a car inspection and everyone was so friendly! The place was so clean and made the experience so great! I even asked for an older sticker to be removed from my car and they did it without batting an eye! They are great!

Because I was always told to use your vehicles model shop since they know your vehicle best. Today I was in and out and will continue to come here for my vehicle service needs!!

Great customer service from the front desk the moment you come in. Requested a muffler installment and was done the same day and now sounds better than before! The aftermarket mufflers did not come with hangers so the mechanics improvised and welded everything securely. Lee and the team are very informative and were kind through the whole process. Will come back in the future!

BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car for an alignment somehow they made my alignment worse! They also made my steering wheel crooked. It was so bad they also caused my car to set off a steering warning light! Lee the manager was also rude. He told me to shut up after I complained about the issue!I ended up taking my car to another shop. They discovered the car was incorrectly aligned and they also left one of the bolts under my car lose. Had that bolt come off my wheel would have come off and caused an accident.
