Prime Automotive is needle in the haystack of the automotive repair industry. They’re the only place to take your vehicle for great, honest, and reliable work. After several attempts at other mechanics, I tried Prime Automotive and won’t go anywhere else.Last year I had rodent damage to my vehicles wiring ....twice! This was a nightmare. The repairs were intense as the engine had to be removed from the bay to complete the work. Both times, Mark and his team took care of the damage and even helped get the vehicle towed. My vehicle was fixed in just a few days and the work was great quality.Lastly, their communication is what really sets the apart from any other mechanics I’ve been to. Mark has went out of his way to take both my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle on short notice for repairs. He has even followed up to make sure vehicles are doing well, as a doctor would a patient.Thank me later.

Smart mechanics, good listeners, clean shop, solved the problem on our Kia Soul. We are travelling and had our oil light start flickering at low speeds. Our oil was low and Marks shop was close by. I called and explained my problem; Mark listened carefully and ask lots of questions. He squeezed us in and is taking care of the problem and giving us advice on monitoring the situation for the rest of our trip. To be clear, this place is busy but Mark is making it work to get us back on the road (read: the fellas are hustling to stay on target). Wish we lived locally to give him our regular business!

My car would not start after sitting idle due to the pandemic. Mark came to my house to jump start my car, and drove it to the shop to replace the battery which would not hold a charge, and to do some routine maintenance (oil change, etc). He also made sure it had the annual emissions test, and then returned the car to my house. I could not be happier with the service I received from Prime Automotive.

I live in PA and me and family went down VA to buy a car off of my uncle and as i was heading home the car started to overheat so i checked under the hood and noticed to radiator fan wasnt spinning so i called 5 different places and they where the only place willing to service my car and they only had an hour till close and they fixed my car within that time period very good service highly recommended and mark is the guy that helped me very good guy. I moved to Virginia from California 7 years ago where my uncle fixed my cars for me. And since then I’ve had the hardest time finding a trustworthy shop. My first major vehicle breakdown entailed a water pump leak and as many of us are aware there’s never enough preparedness for this type of problem. I was just about ready to break down myself, when a dear colleague/friend called and inform me of Prime Automotive. All I can say is that I’m forever grateful to have this meaningful friendship that led me to Mark and his team. THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF INTEGRITY. They treated me like a person the moment I walked through their door (unlike any other shops that I’ve been to). Mark was straightforward with what I was faced with, which I really appreciated. He also went out of his way to look out for my best interests- he looked into the warranty, made phone calls and was able to get the dealership to take on the task and resolve the problem with not a penny spent on my part. Mark really was my saving grace and it was at that moment that Prime Automotive gained a loyal customer in me. I recently had another problem that the team performed the same approach on. I highly recommend this automotive shop, I went in for a alignment because when I was getting my tires rotated by Costco they said there was some uneven wear, they were able to fit me right in and even squeeze in some services that I hadn’t told them about over the phone. I needed an alignment, my oil changed, I needed my windshield wipers changed, and I had a front headlight that was out that they informed me about helpfully. All in total it was less than I expected to spend on the alignment itself! I guess I’m used to dealership prices, they were very informative and checked in with me every step of the way. I really felt like they were looking out for me and I really appreciate that I will definitely be back to the shop with any needs concerning my car.

Really appreciated the patient, honest and high quality customer service I received. They replaced a very expensive part for much cheaper by offering to use an used part from the scrapyard. Ive never had a car repair shop offer that kind of service before whereas they actually acquire the used part from the scrapyard for you. Also love the fact that I could communicate with them via email and not just through the phone. Some car repair shops absolutely refuse to communicate with customers over email and sometimes it is just so much easier to discuss some things over email rather than phone. Picked this place not knowing anything about this area. Told him I think I might need new brakes. Full check went out on the freeway and around the block too to get a full test. Said brakes aren’t the prob just need my tires re-balanced. Saved me a couple hundred I’m sure.
