I called around to find someone who would install brakes and rotors for My 2016 Audi Q3 that I purchased myself. A lot of people scoffed and gave me attitude. I called joes cause of the excellent reviews and it was completely different. They were so welcoming and didn’t hesitate at all when I told them the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the guy at the desk was super friendly and personable. They did a fantastic job pretty quickly and the price was unbeatable for the value. This place was recommended to me by Jiffy Lube, I needed a water pump ASAP! Called them the next morning when they opened, to see if they would be able to help me out and I was told yes. I got to the shop about 8:45 and had my truck back and up and running by 1:30. These guys are awesome! They are some of the nicest people, honest and not out to gouge you for money. I will definitely be going back the next time I need something major done to my vehicle.

Last month my wife and I, along with our 3 year old Granddaughter were headed back from Florida to our home in New Jersey. We were traveling Northbound on I-95 at 11:00 pm when our back left tire blew out. Unfortunately my vehicle does not store a spare tire. So I called USAA and they sent a tow truck out and dropped my vehicle off at Joes Auto service. I confirmed the hours they would be opening up at 8:00 am. Great! Great customer service. They even have a “reward” program for oil changes. Buy a certain amount and get one free. (I’m sure that is subject to change but it was running while I was there) I had called ahead to see what the wait time was and he said about an hour but they had me in and out within what felt like minutes for my oil change. They don’t do emissions testing as of now (I had called and asked about that). Great experience overall and will be back for any and all of my car needs.

New to the area, I read lots of reviews and was very uneasy picking a place. The reviews are true for here. Completely wonderful. I came for an inspection. Called ahead to see if an appointment was needed. First come, first served before 4pm. I drive an old mystery machine, so I expected the worst even though Ive never had any problem with it. It just looks old. They were very upfront with some minor issues and even showed me how they test and where the issues were. They offered to fix it, quoted me including tax and labor, and were just very honest and put my mind at ease. They have integrity and wonderful service. Ill come again and suggest all to as well. While waiting (an hour for inspection, wipers, bulb, and brake pads) I got to speak to another loyal customer of 15 years. This place is great.

I brought my care in for a lot of front end work and to fix a leak and was very pleased with the service. My car was in and out in less than a day unlike many of the larger chain places around town. I would recommend this place to anyone. The prices were fair and the customer service was great! I will be taking my car here from now on when I have something that needs fixed. The car is now running smooth and quiet once again.

I had them do my State inspection, too. They also recommended other services, that I knew I needed done, (I am setting up an appointment for these items.) The owner and crew were very knowledgeable and their shop was very clean. This Auto Service was Simply Amazing. Ive been to Joes Auto Service on two separate occasions and received quality, professional service at an unbeatable price both times.My first visit was a couple years ago due to a defective locking mechanism. The price for the parts I needed was more than I could afford. However, unlike many other repair shops, Joes Auto Service encouraged me to look for parts on my own to see if I could find them at lower prices. When I was able to find the parts for lower than the price Joes quoted, the shop happily installed the parts for me, no questions asked.My second visit happened just this week. I had been hearing a ticking noise coming from the engine area for quite some time. I took my vehicle to 3 other places before I finally came back to Joes. The 3 previous garages all suggested I might need a new exhaust manifold and quoted me prices as high as $2,500. Additionally, each of those garages were adamant that they could not tell me for sure what the precise issue was unless they pulled the engine out of the truck for a 360 degree inspection. That alone would run me between $800-$1,000.But within 30 seconds of listening to the noise I was complaining about, Joes was able to determine it was simply a faulty manifold gasket and quoted me a price of $40. Engine extraction not required.As a female, we get taken advantage of quite frequently by mechanics and repair shops. Its nice to find a place that gives me quality, competent service at a competitive price without any negotiating or haggling.Will definitely be visiting Joes Auto Service as my routine maintenance provider going forward and will recommend Joes to my family and friends with a clear conscious!

Probably the hardest working, most honest guys in the repair business I know. They have saved me 1,000s of dollars in repairs from the nearby Honda Dealer, and in one case something that didnt even exist as a Honda repair. I also take my wifes Prius here...they can work on them all. Tires, inspection, major, or minor go see these guys.

The people there are completely friendly and honest. Theyll offer advice about your vehicle and not try to make you buy more than what youve already agreed on, making the visit both educational and worthwhile. Reasonable prices for a great amount of work put in

I needed a last minute emissions test and all the other shops were either booked up or had stopped testing for the day. Joe advised me I could come right in for the test, and so I did, and I was pleasantly surprised I got the emission test done and an oil change with little notice and without having to leave my car sitting there in the morning! Very pleased I went here!

My wife recently took her Mustang in to get a mysterious leak diagnosed and repaired. They were very thorough and took the right amount of time to find the leak and figure out what would be needed to get it fixed. Then they took the time to explain it all in thorough detail without talking down to her or making her feel uncomfortable about the process. Really appreciate their professionalism and I will be making Joes my garage for all future repairs.

They never try to sell me things I dont need, or talk down to me as a female customer, as many other mechanics do. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure that I am safe on the road. When my teen daughter started driving, it was such a relief to know that Joe and the team would be there to watch out for her too. I stupidly waited until the last day of the month to have my VA inspection done and everywhere else I tried to go was packed and filled with rude people. I found Joes on Google Maps, gave them a call, and they told me to come on by. I was in and out so quick! No wait time at all. The gentleman on the phone and behind the counter was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back here in the future and would highly recommend them. I was recommended to Joes Auto Service after my dummy lights came on and Jiffy Lube was unable to help me because they didnt have the right equipment. The guys at Joes are outstanding! They fixed my problem quickly and were completely honest and up front about what had happened and how much the problem was going to cost me to fix. (Which was beyond reasonably priced!) They treated me like I was family and I can honestly say Ive never had such a better conversation with a mechanic in my life while waiting for my car to be fixed. I plan to continue to go back to Joes and I am beyond grateful that the guys at Jiffy Lube recommended this auto garage.

Weve used Joe and his mechanics for over twenty years, as they have proven to be of the highest quality and even more importantly, highly trustworthy. There have been several times when we left a key in the dropbox with a note giving a list of work to be done, when they have called the next day to say some of the work would be unnecessary and expensive. They could have done what we asked and charged us and not said anything. We send all our friends to Joe.

I have had many cars and have taken them to different mechanics. Never have I had someone so professional trustworthy as those at Joes Auto Service. Not only have they been honest with telling me what wrong with my car but also what is NOT wrong with my car. Before using this company I took my car to not only one but two other places that quoted me over thousand dollars to repair my vehicle. After being told to take my car to Joes I decided what would one more quote hurt. I was shocked to find out there was little to nothing wrong with car but that it showed me this Owner is not out to make a buck. I will not only be back, I would refer him to every family member and friend I know.

My most recent experience with them came yesterday when I had smoke coming from my car. As it turns out, it was a recall and they sent me to the dealer to get it fixed for free. The dealer (Hendrick Honda) gave me a laundry list of things to get fixed and I told them no (including $60 for a nail in the tire!!) and I brought it right back to Joes and Brian took a look at all of it. NONE OF IT needed to be done AND Brian even found a nut that was missing from my suspension and replaced it free of charge.About a year ago, while still at Dunivans, they accidentally punctured my radiator in my Honda Pilot while doing some other work. No attempt to hide it. They called me, told me and replaced it with a brand new unit and no charge.WE ALL naturally distrust car repair shops. This is an HONEST one that treats you like a friend and will not try to up-sell what you dont need.Lastly, my $90 synthetic oil changes from Jiffy Lube are now done at Joes for around $50!!Give them a try...youll be glad you did!!

Ive been bringing my cars to Joes since it opened a few years back and couldnt be happier with the service. Recently my vehicle was misfiring/idling rough and I had it in for service. After the initial fixes were taken care of and the vehicle was being tested it blew an intake valve. As it happened on their watch Joe reduced the labor cost of the second repair. This was an unnecessary display of customer service that exemplifies Joes Auto Service

Joes Auto Service is not a trust worthy entity from my experience. I took my truck to Joes auto service to get a diagnosis on the transmission becaue it was slipping and to get driver seat replace. After several days I had to call and ask what was the outcome of the transmission diagnosis and driver seat. I was first told after truck ran ideling they could not detect any codes and that transmission was fine. The seat module has to be replaced and a seat would have to be located. I was told truck would be ready on a certain day, no call from Joes auto as that certain day came and passed. I called the next day to inquire about my truck and was told that a seat had just came in because to first seat located wasnt ideal for installation and the truck would be ready that day. I also asked had the truck been driven to duplicate the transmsiion slipping since it appeared that it was tested without being driven and was told that a couple of technicians had road tested truck and the truck was okay and problem could not be detected. After paying bill and driving almost home, my truck began driving with shaking, vibration, lost of power like the engine is about to fall out of the truck. My truck was driving and running fine except for the transmission slipping and the driver seat not moving forwards or backwards. After having taken automotive course, Im aware that intrusions can be manipulated in the engine to cause other problems which may cause additional cost for customers vice the initial problem that was first introduced to Joes Auto Service. I would not trust this service. One star because a used driver seat was installed but makes noise!!!.
