I LOVE this place! Drive up/stay in your vehicle oil change places have been my favorite at each location weve lived. This one is fantastic - efficient, professional, very thorough and affordable. It isnt in the greatest location for me, but I make the drive to visit this location as Ive had great experiences each time.P.S. Google for coupons as theyre almost always available on their website or even Groupon!

Great customer service. I come here to have oil changes and other work done on all 3 of my vehicles. Never go anywhere else. Employees are very nice, helpful and informative.

I do not recommend Valvoline at all on March 31 I got my transmission flush which was recommended by them and my transmission flush costing me $183. Here it is June 17th and my transmission has completely failed because they didn’t enough fluid in my transmission. They only put 6 PT and my car takes 8.5 to 9 QT. I have called to put a claim so they can repair my transmission and or pay for it to be repaired because they did not put enough transmission fluid in my transmission causing it to fail. Something that cost me $183 is now looking to cost me $3500. I reached out to the corporate office and was told someone would call me with in 24 hours later after looking in the issue. I called 24 hours later because that’s when I was told I would hear from someone. Today I was then told the manager was off and he would get to me when he gets back to work which should be tomorrow. My advice is if you like driving I do not recommend that you take it to any Valvoline oil change facilities. I also have my receipt showing how much transmission fluid they put into my car.

I like this place. The guys are always nice, and always fast. The only downside is there is always a long wait of cars ahead of you. So you spend at least 30 minutes waiting.

My first time coming here for an oil change. I waited for less than 15 minutes before they were ready for me. I was able to stay in my vehicle the entire time too! They were beyond kind and efficient. They gave me the information without pressuring me or manipulating me into purchasing unnecessary services. I am very pleased with the service and the genuine professionalism and integrity. I will be back!

This was my first time at this location of Valvoline and to be honest, they exceeded my expectations. I went in on a Sunday around 1 PM, and my wait time was no more than seven minutes. When I pulled into the bay, I was greeted by Ben (my service technician). Not only was he friendly, he was very knowledgeable and helpful on many suggestions. I didn’t feel like he was trying to overprice or sell me a dream like they are trying to do at most other oil change places. Ryley, another technician and mow the MOD were phenomenal as well. I felt in great hands. When I left the location my car road like a dream and trust and Believe you are in good hands at Valvoline of Woodbridge off of Route one. I am returning to the area after 10 years and have found my new oil change location!!! Thanks guys‼️

Great experience. I was short for time and they got me in for an oil change with minimal wait. Staff was very friendly and professional AND I was able to stay in my car! That gave me peace of mind of proper service to my car and safety during COVID.

They were very professional about how long the wait time was. They provided constant updates on wait time and kept the order of who was next in line. They also provided recommended services. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 start rating is because I felt that the pushing for add-ons is a corporate push to sell more and takes away from the associates doing a good job without the pressure to upsell you.

I just moved from Texas, and needed to catch up on my trucks preventive maintenance. I thought people from Texas were friendly, but my service rep put them to shame. She was so nice! By the time I left I felt like I made a friend. I got my synthetic oil changed using my own filter, transmission service, wipers, and they even cleaned my K&N air filter for me. They told me the cost of everything up front, showed me what they were doing AS they did it, and were so fast I didnt have time to finish my coffee. They are quick, professional, and the prices are great! I found my new go-to for my truck.

0 stars. I bought a full synthetic oil change from Groupon to be used at Valvoline .I had to pay an additional $60 for the oil change on top of the Groupon price.Then 2 weeks later, as I was driving down the highway, the panel that they remove for the oil change from under my car fell off!I called them, they acted like they dont remove that panel to change the oil. When I stated they had to have removed it to drain the oil they told me to come in and they will put it on free of charge.When we got there to have them put the panel back on the line was around the building so we went in to talk to them. The lady at the front desk told me to wait in line that it would only take 15 min. After waiting in line for 30 min with no movement, we left.I DO NOT recommend this place.

Quick, fast service without any high pressure to add on services.

I went there today and they must have been having a bad day or something cause they where trying really hard to avoid eye contact. A simple introduction makes a world of difference. My standards have been set pretty high by other Valvoline establishments but if you expect to see good customer service and smiles don’t come to this location.

A little slow the service, I had to wait about 2 hours when there were only 4 cars waiting for an oil change.

This place was absolutely amazing with customer service, explaining what they were doing, what I needed to for preventive maintenance. When I went there it was a hot day and as I was quitting my oil changed they gave me cold water to drink and worked very quickly.

Very efficient in their service but kept trying to get me to spend more than planned.

If I can give 0 stars I would ! Went there last Sunday to get a oil change before work .. went there around 8 am, people were friendly in and out process. Everything went smooth until I left work... driving home my car shut off and my oil light kept flashing . Come to find out I had antifreeze in my oil !! Took it back to them and they said they can’t do anything for me, no refund nothing !! My car is sitting in there shop I have no money to take it out because it took them almost a week to even get back to me, had to pay to tow my car from when it broke down and pay to uber to and from work everyday on top of bills on top of a pandemic were going through !! I will tell EVERYONE I know to never ever go there ! Once they get your money they can care less about you ..

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are very friendly and they are as close to each other as any good friendship I have seen outside of work. They recommended services I needed and things I can hold back on, all without trying to bend my arm! I have now found a place for all my vehicle needs other than unleaded gasoline and air freshener

Less than 5mins away from the shop I called and was told to expect a 15-20min wait. I arrived within 5mins of my call and all bays were empty. The misinformation provided was very weird. Regardless the service provided was efficient. My POC wore a mask during the entire interaction, explained their system checks and asked if I had question. Service was short, sweet and respectful of protective measures during COVID.

I went to this place on a whim because I knew my vehicle needed a few maintenance things done, but let me tell you this place is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and they communicate every step not only to each other but to the customer. RONALD was the gentleman helping me and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was amazing and I look forward to bringing all of my vehicles to this location for future service.

The service manager Josh went above and beyond to help answer and address an issue I had with my rear tire. Our family will continue to come to this location because of their speed and friendliness.

Wow! They are not kidding about the Oil change being instant, I have never had such an efficient or pleasant experience getting an oil change. My service manager, Josh Rodriguez, was friendly and knowledgeable; he explained each point of the inspection as it was being performed, and the oil change was literally completed within minutes! Love that he didnt try to invent things wrong with my car or oversell services I didnt need either, as most places do. I got my oil change and was on my way within 10 minutes! I will be coming back here for all my routine maintenance!

Valvoline instant oil change on Jefferson Davis highway has one of the highest caliber of technicians that have worked on my vehicle. Their customer service is extraordinary, Danny will greet you and be extremely pleasant with you throughout your entire visit. They offer competitive prices and Danny went above and beyond to spot a nail in my tire as I was leaving. Danny immediately offered to extract said nail but luckily the nail hadnt penetrated my tire after closer observation by him. I am always blow away by the customer service and the team that works at this establishment. Thank you guys for all your help, I will continue to be a patron for years to come.

Was pleasantly surprised with the great, fast service. Replaced transmission fluid, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and had oil changed.

Classic bait and switch tactics. Went there with my daughter on 03/05/20 for a simple oil change. Got a $10.00 off coupon via text after calling to check the price for a basic service of about $35.00. Daughter sat in the car and I got out. They proceed to show me the dip stick and the sludge and build up from burning oil. Go figure, a 2000 Honda CRV with over 160K is going to have that. They tell my daughter her car needs a flush, for $99.00. She didnt know and said yes. Ok, you got her on that one. Next they ask what type of oil. I tell them OEM conventional oil. As we are leaving I looked at the receipt they gave her. BANG, $79.99 for high mileage full synthetic. I tell them were not paying for that. They could pull the car back in, drain the oil, and put in conventional. Everyone kept saying that was what she asked for. I told them no, when I walked in I showed the coupon and asked for the basic service. The manager refunded the difference of $30.00 for the oil. Im not a guy that complains a lot. But this was real shady on their part. Bottom line, I dont recommend this shop.

Not impressed. Asked them to check my battery they said it was perfect and didnt require a change. (Battery died two days later). Also had an axel vent tube they didnt plug in. It was hanging and leaking oil, I noticed it after visiting them and plugged it myself.

I really like this location. The staff is always exceptional and the prices are fair. Its a little further of a drive for me but its worth it.

I like this place better then Jiffy Luby. My cars stock ride hight is low and they still accommodated me. I called them in advance and I received a 10 dollar off coupon. A normal oil change consitis of 5 quarts of oil. My car requires 9.5 quarts of oil so the prices Im about to post is if your cause uses that much. So for a basic oil change your prices will he lower. Basic oil change ran about 60ish. Synthetic Blind ran me about 70ish. Full Synthetic ran about 90ish. Thats with 10 dollars off and for a car using 9.5 quarts of oil. Again if you use only 5 quarts your price will be lower.

I went here for the first time and the guys were very nice! My servicer Rey was very informative. He wasnt pushy and didnt bully me into services I wasnt ready for; Even tho i know needed the things he was suggesting. They worked well as a team together and communicated thoroughly with me; Always a plus when youre a woman. Definitely coming back and recommending...finally a place I feel like I can trust. 😊👍🏼

I always come on weekdays before 11am and have never sat in line. Staff is always friendly and professional. Pricing is fair as you pay for the convenience and speed. Its nice they also have additional services beyond the basic oil change such as tire balance and rotation., AC service, light replacement.They only bad thing I can say about the place is that they had The View on the tv in the lobby while I waited for the tires to be rotated...

He is friendly, helpful, and gives you solid recommendations for servicing your vehicle. If he doesnt think that you need something hell tell you.

A place in the DC area that does what they say for the price they give you! Call the national toll free number and ask them for a digital discount coupon by email or text to save fifteen bucks. Like any oil change place, there can be a line at the wrong time of day, but this is a good shop.

Shop is a great place for an oil change, I have used VIOC for several years and I enjoy the products and service. They offer a military discount and the technicians are generally very good at what they do. I marked it 4 out of 5 only because it is difficult to get to and the entry driveway is super small so it is a bit more difficult to get a larger pickup truck into. I would recommend to anyone.

I write this while Im waiting for my receipt. Shajib was polite and informative. Helped me decide what oil and discussed what I should do at my next visit vs this visit. Raul was quick and very friendly. I know Nick was down there and worked quickly as well however I did not have the pleasure of meeting him. I get most of my service done at the dealership but always go to valvoline for my in between visits. Reliable every time and never a long wait.

While on my way to look for the Ford Dealership for an oil change and service schedule since Im new to the area, I noticed the Valvoline and made a quick U-turn instead. I had no wait and was greeted with a friendly staff. It ran like a well-run restaurant with a great host. Everything was explained to me in easy to understand language without making me feel inferior because I am a woman. The recommendations were made without pressure to buy at this time. They were able to give me the comparable price range that the dealership would provide and the pricing was starkly different. I never got out of my car and I was in and out in less than 15 min. As I drove away, I immediately noticed the difference in my car. Although I will be leaving the area soon, I wont be before I go back for the recommended changes from this Valvoline and the employees who seem like they really enjoy their job.

These guys are really good. I have been there for oil change more than five times. First times I went there, they checked air and AC filters, showed me how they were and left the decision for me to make; which I had them changed. Last time I went I also had rotation and alignment on the top of oil change, and drove away. Came back the next day as I wanted them to have a look at the alignment again. Their customer service and professionalism is excellent. They are honest and make sure customers are satisfied. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Sat in line forever! After about 5 minutes, an employee came out and asked if we wanted an oil change. When I said yes, he told me it would be about a 5-10 minute wait. After 20 minutes of sitting there and not moving, I drove off.

Seriously if youre going to spend that much for an oil change then you should just go to Jiffy Lube at least you get the little perks like they vacuum your car a little, fill other low fluids and actually put the sticker on the car. At valvoline youre paying more than Jiffy Lube and they hand you the sticker on the way out. Never again. Gave them two stars because the staff was nice.

They are OK. I feel they are a little too pushy with their services. I ask for an oil change thats it. OK thank you for letting me know whats wrong but I just want the oil change. I do appreciate the coupons they email.

I go here for oil changes all the time. They do a great job. I came in for a coolant flush switching from pink to green. After about 300 miles I went to check my coolant level again and it was back to pink. So I called up the store and told them. I forgot who I talked to but he said just bring it back in and Ill re-flush it. No questions asked.

First time ever being here. I like being able to stay in the car while they are working on it. Still not so sure what they are yelling out to each other but it is at least entertaining.

Be careful when using the groupon. Usually charged extra for the filter and the taxes and fees add up.
