I had an emergency need for 2 tires. I called at 4pm on a Friday, needing to be seen that day as I was leaving in morning for a road trip. They had the tires I needed, told me they could see me in 15 minutes, got me in right away, and done in 20 minutes!! They were friendly and knowledgeable and really got me out of a jam!

The front disk lady is very rude and have no respect. There is no warranty for what they are fixing. They have replaced oxygen sensors for my Toyota Sienna, but after two days the engine lights flashed on. When I brought back my car and told them about the problem they have fixed it two days ago, they wanted to start diagnostic and fix the problem with charging me the second time. Then I fixed it in another mechanic shop, so I don’t recommend others to go to this place.
Never work for this company. Brian will lie to you about how much money you make. Make you think theyre busy when theyre not. Management has no idea how to run a business. As a customer.. I wouldnt trust them to fill my tires with air.
Have had a good experience here so far. I had them repair a leak and it continued to leak afterwards they checked it and repaired it again under the warranty with no charge. They also repaired my cars exhaust for a reasonable price.
These guys were great. I was referred to them by tirerack.Com and pleased that they took such care with my car.Id phoned the springfield location who told me they dont do brakes for tirerack. Also called the woodbridge location, who quoted $250 for the job, then changed to $250 per axle. (Not honest)Be sure to ask for Jessy at Midas Dale city behind Olive garden to get your work done.
I received exceptional service from Glenn S. On my 2002 Land Cruiser, I had several exhaust leaks and bad O2 sensors preventing the truck from passing emissions. The Toyota dealer quoted me an astronomical amount stating that the whole exhaust system and both catalytic converters need to be replaced. After visiting Midas and speaking with Glenn, he provided me an appointment the very next day. Within 5 hours Glenn and team had replaced the bad sensors and fixed the leaks. After driving under 10 miles my catalytic and O2 monitors came up ready and the truck passed emissions. The team at Midas is highly technical and provide excellent service. Glenn and team is full of integrity, this is not the type of shop to lie and rip you off. I highly recommend this location!

VERY happy with this place!1) They hoisted my car up and inspected the undercarriage FOR ZERO CHARGE after an unexpected situation that could have caused damage. Three team members and I looked it over as it was being discussed. They assured me nothing serious had resulted and I was on my way, for no charge. They were kind, decent, and helpful. Such a great business, of course Id come back again!2) My out of state guest was told theyd need to pay about $2000 to repair the entire exhaust system or the car would never make it thousands of miles back home, and the car would possibly need to be junked! This Midas crew hand crafted and welded a few patches on to the existing system and it was good to go for less than 25% of the price! My guest is all the way back home and has full use of their car.In both cases this Midas crew showed zero tenancy to be underhanded or untrustworthy, or to bloat charges the way other businesses did. They were straight forward, honest, no nonsense, and really fast too. So happy with this business!

Been going to this shop for the past few years. They do a great job, are honest, and always break down what’s going on with your vehicle without using any jargon. I can very well do routine maintenance on my own vehicle but have no issues bringing it here if I’m feeling lazy. Staff has always been friendly to me and typically do jobs in a timely manner!
I called in after waiting over a hour for my car to not even be looked at, at Firestone and Midas was GREAT!! The Advisor gave me the best customer service ever!! I had my oil change done, Va Inspection, and Tag light replaced within 40 Minutes. Ive brought 3 of my cars into Midas and theyve always gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop! Absolutely the worst phone manners!!! A nasty woman on the other end of phone. I called Tuesday to ask some questions and this woman seemed preoccupied, short, and not even friendly.. When she answered the phone it was like a teenager talking back to their parent. she seemed less interested in what I needed and if they could even get it done by when I needed it by. I just hung up and called someone else. I have gone here about 3 or 4 yrs ago and the service was fine. I won’t be back until she is gone.Update: Thank you for your response, but dose not change the fact this woman/girl working for you is rude, inpatient and preoccupied. I had someone else call just to see if I was incorrect and they also agreed with my interpretation of this female. I would love to come back to your shop since I moved back, but not a chance with her there. I have asked on base for some other referrals. Thank you for your response but I have no time for someone that does not hold a high value of having employment and treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Well were do i start let me just say be really careful getting anything done at this locations they are not all bad but this one here is the worse of all, they made a mistake that they also admit ask me for my information to corrected never receive the updated information they simply pack there bags went home and pretty much said screw you after getting paid and i did nothing wrong took the vehicle there for a state inspection they put the completely wrong information on the paperwork i reach out to them so they can corrected and they ask me for my email and i never receive anything try calling back and all they did for 15min is ignored the phone till it was closing time why do business with them and help them grow is this type of business that need to close down and let the real ones come out and help our communities food for thoughts be really careful they are not honest!

Had to give a star, but this place doesn’t deserve that. Impatient woman behind the counter, likes to argue with the customers. She is rude and I don’t use foul language, but I have a few words for her. She had no idea what she was talking about, so I left and brought my car somewhere else. If Midas corporation reads this she needs to be fired. Per occupation with her cell phone and texting. She has no customer service skills. Done with Midas. It’s unbelievable to me that I read the other reviews and they all seem to be the same and she is still there. I deserve to be treated with respect as a paying customer. This is my first review ever, but had to leave one. I will take my car to merchants for now on.
Went and took my car here for an exhaust tips mod and these guys did an awesome job! Very reasonable price and the quality of work is beyond what I expected. Special shout-out to Oscar for a job well done and Bud (shop manager) for providing a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
Good at what they do very knowledgeable called and paid for uber to take me home they showed me my exhaust system were the parts were bad and what I needed and they fixed it and working properly only issue the lady didnt give me my paperwork or my warranty so I have to go back and get it other than that all was well

I will say that the service was quick and the technician was courteous. What prevents me from giving 4 or 5 stars was that the cashier made it appear as if I was bothering her just to ask to get my vehicle serviced. She was also preoccupied with her cell phone to pay me any attention.

Got an oil change. It was fast and simple. They informed me on break and tires. That needs attention. Didnt get it done. But I plan to. For some reason I feel comfortable with them. And I am looking forward to bringing my company vehicle to them.

I just moved to the area about 6 months ago, and went to this shop when I had some suspension issues. Having any problem with a vehicle is an inherently unpleasant experience, but the guys at this shop put my mind at ease. The staff are friendly and remembered me and my car the next time I came in. They give proper attention to customers and their vehicles. They dont pressure customers to make unnecessary expenditures. They are honest and open and they have won my customer loyalty.

I had a problem with my vehicle this morning and had it towed to Midas in Woodridge, VA. I was stressed out, cold and worried about the cost of repair. It was 30 minutes before opening but the tech was nice enough to allow me inside early. Thats when I met Dawn. When I tell you this woman is amazing I mean she is AMAZING. She got me checked in quickly, kept me updated on progress and had a great conversation with me while I waited. I was allowed to see with my own eyes the work that needed to be done to give me the confidence that I wasnt being taken advantage of. The whole staff was friendly and gained my trust. I felt Dawn told me the truth about the necessary repairs and got me a great price on 3 brand new tires. I pulled out of the parking lot feeling like I was driving someone elses car. Thank you Midas and thank you Dawn. Highly recommended if you want honesty, A plus work and the best prices in town.
Pricey compared to a lot of the other auto shops in the area (and there are a LOT of them). Just go somewhere else, the people here tried to sell me on things I absolutely KNOW I did not need to squeeze some extra money out of me. How do I know this? Because I went to another place, of course.
Go here if you want affordability and transparency. Josh and team have really helped me out alot between telling me honestly what needs to be fixed and then getting the work done affordably. Would highly reccomend because they are truly reliable honest people!

Came here to get an oil change done. Usually I go to the Manasses Midas on Sudley Rd but I was in the area of this establishment so I figured why not. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gorgeous. I always supply my own oil but was surprised that their prices did not match my previous services with the other Midas. I was told that they are franchise and that the prices therefore can very. Paying $12 vs $30 is a difference and too steep for me to come back to this particular establishment unless I want to see a friendly, gorgeous mechanical savvy lady change my oil.

I brought my car in for air conditioning issue. The only issue I had was that I didnt get a call when my car was ready, otherwise they are very professional and cordial.

I had to leave one star because I could not leave it blank to write this review. I sent my girlfriend in with one of our cars and this woman working in the office came out and was a totally nasty to her. I had called up later that day and spoke to a really nice guy and he did not seem to have a issue, but my girlfriend said this woman was rude, inpatient and was on her cell texting the whole entire time she was trying to speak to her about her car. My girlfriend said when she finally got her attention she was completely nasty, but when someone walked in she seemed to change and be nice and friendly. When staff walked out she would mumble under her breath. Anyhow, my girlfriend refused to pick up her car so she had me go and again I had the same man on the phone who was extremely nice and helpful. However, I did not see the woman my girlfriend was talking about, so I did not even ask, but was hoping the company would see this and do something about her. I was not sure where else to report this without calling the corporate offfice and then I saw the last review and was like I guess here. No need to be rude if you want to keep customers. Again the guy that checked me out was very respectful and really nice, I should have said something to him.
This location replaced my Sway bar links about 6 months ago. I had to bring it back in 2 months because the car was making the same noise. They said the sway bar links were loose and tightened them up. I was told that if it happens again, bring it back and they will replace them free of charge. So again, started hearing the same noise so i brought the car back. They made up some story saying it was something else and was going to cost ove $1000. I took it to another shop, and of course, i was right. Same issue as before, Sway bar links were bad. They refused to live up to the BS warranty they provide. The worst case was when i took my car to a shop for issues i was having. The mechanic at the other shop said my tires were bad and needed new ones. So i took the car back to MIdas to get matching tires that i purchased for the rear. The genius who looked at the car said it was a Transmission problem. So i ran out of there as fast as i could, Took it to another shop and guess what, the 2 front tires were bad. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

These A-holes tried to straight up scam me. Brought my Murano in, told them it wasnt driving right. He claimed that the catalytic converters were responsible for this -- thats not how those work, and these employees should be VERY ashamed.>>>Murano wouldnt go faster than 25 MPH. Also had flat tire.>>>I replaced the spark plugs myself. That didnt fix problems.>>>Brought in Murano they claimed the following issues:Bad valve seals,2 bad spark plugs,2 bad cat converters,These repairs totaled more than 3300. When the mechanic(Mark) asked which of these repairs I would like done, I asked how much for just the valve seals and the two plugs. He said that the car wasnt even running at this point (which was not true.) and launched into a rant attempting to shame me into giving him $3000 and claiming the catalytic converters helped the car drive properly. I declined. He responded that hed already fixed the tire and thus I was charged $200. The tire was not fixed.

I usually dont do reviews, but I thought this shop needed it. Ive taken 2 of my vehicles here twice and both times I received top notch assistance. First time, got an oil change and they did their free inspection. Thank god they did because my brake pads were partially holding onto the pads giving it extra wear. The mechanic showed me the problem as what they used to measure and compared the 2 rear brake pads. Very helpful! Suggested what he could do and offered their equipment/lifetime warranty. Thought it was fair and paid for it. Luckily he caught it before our long road trip.Second, car had a loose oil pan plug. He told me to bring it in and possibly had a fix. We tried it and unfortunately we found out it wouldnt work. He told me his suggestion and where to find the part where its good quality but still a very low price! I wasnt charged for his inspection and the temporary fix he hooked me up with in the mean time.Regarding the last review, I always call the shop directly to confirm the appointment or check availability. Most websites of commercially opened shops arent always correct unfortunately. Each shop seems to all have their own thing and customize to the location they are at. All companys not just Midas.I will be taking my vehicles here again!
Worst customer service ever. They didnt want to change the oil on my vehicle so to get me out of the way the front desk lady tells me that a typical oil change take 45mins to an hour. What kind of oil change takes more than half an hour ? I does not, they just didnt want to do it.
Very disappointed today. I requested an appointment for 10/18/2014 (Saturday) online on 10/15/2014 (Wednesday) which was confirmed in an email they sent back to me on 10/16/2014 (Thursday) with a specific drop-off time of 1:30. When I went to the office of their small shop a woman came to the front desk to ask how she could help me. When I told her my name and appointment/drop-off time she said, Oh? You mean for Monday, right? I said, No, I made an appointment online that was confirmed for this afternoon. She looked at me and said, We dont do appointments on Saturday, walk-ins only. Naturally I asked her why the Midas website offered the appointment time and she shrugged and said, Well, you can leave your car here today and tomorrow and come back Monday. It will be done Monday morning and you can pick up your car in the afternoon. Just in case I was going crazy I asked one more time why I bothered to make the appointment and why their website didnt mention anything about walk-ins only on the weekends. She honestly didnt seem to care at all which is what bothered me the most. I felt there was ZERO customer service here. All I wanted was some new brake pads. I knew Id have to drop my car off so I had a friend meet me at this Midas at the appointment time to pick me up. This was a complete waste of everyones time.If anyone reading this review wants to take your car here my suggestion is to NOT make your appointment online. Instead, make the phone call and confirm not only the appointment time but also the actual time that they will fix your car. I wish I would have taken the time to ask the lady at the front desk what her name was--I certainly hope her careless attitude is not indicative of their work product or the attitudes of the rest of their staff.

I made a oil change appointment a week in advance, walking in on time for the appointment I was told by the girl I needed to wait, because someone walked in before me and the other technicians were late. Immediately came out of the office was a gentleman stating I was a appointment and no I wasnt going to wait. He had the technician pull my car in the bay and got started on the oil change while the others slowly rolled in.
Always come here to get my oil change and tires rotated. Wait isnt usually too long, helpful knowledgeable individuals.

The dude who worked the counter (fat black male) was extremely rude, uncaring, and seemed as though he didn’t want to be there. Don’t go to this place if you’re looking for allstar level customer service cause you won’t find it.
I brought my Fiat 500 Pop to get the AC looked at and an oil change on Saturday. The mechanic checked my AC to see if he could diagnose it before bringing it into the garage. We decided that recharging the freon should help. Easy enough. Was told it would be about 45 minutes, so I waited. 2 hours later, I ask how much longer it would be and was told that he had to try 4 times to recharge the freon, but it seemed to have taken the 4th time, so maybe about another 25 minutes. An hour later, I ask again how much longer. I was told the oil change change couldnt get done because they didnt have the right oil filter, so one had to be ordered. So another 20 minutes. 35 minutes later, I ask again. He should be done. Im brought out to my vehice and asked to start it up. I turn the key, the car whines for a few seconds, starts up, and all of the lights on the dashboad light up and errors flash on the screen. ABS failure, Please see handbook, Check Engine, etc, and my car is idling at 3500 rpm. What in the actual @$#!? They have no clue what happened and spend the next 3 hours taking their time to figure it out. Meanwhile Ive just spent 6 hours of my day waiting for a freon recharge and oil change. They dont have the correct machine there to test my ECU, so I agree to leave my car there until this morning. They said the machine would be delivered first thing this morning, but low and behold the poor guy working there this morning has no idea what is going on with this. He was given little to no information on the situation. I called an hour ago. And have received no return call on the status of my car. Im missing work because they have shown no sense of urgency in fixing a problem that they are responsible for creating. I have owned my car for a year and have seen no signs of ECU failure since purchase. I have been bringing my vehicles here over the last 6 years because they have always been helpful and trustworthy. After this, I dont think I will ever go back.**Update** My car is being taken to the Fiat dealership in Fredericksburg. I will not know of whats wrong with it until tomorrow, so I will be getting a rental car and Midas will be reimbursing me for the cost. I spoke with Bud a few times today, and he is probably one of the best people that I have ever interacted with. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with him a couple of times and I have always left pleased with the work that was done. If I do decide to continue coming to this location, it will be because of Bud.**Update** My car spent 5 days at Fiat and the PCM was replaced. Fiat covered the PCM and Midas covered my rental. Brian from Midas was extremely helpful in keeping me informed of what was happening with my vehicle throughout the week. In fact, he was the only one. Fiat would not return my calls. After many voicemails, only one person from Fiat called me back, but still showed no concern for his Service Advisors not keeping me in the loop. Only after posting to their Facebook page, did they decide that it was high time to get a move on and I received a total of 6 calls within a 2 hour period. As for my vehicle...after the PCM was replaced, the check engine light came on and now my engine is losing power. Fiat knew the reason why the light was on, but instead of fixing it, they said that I would have to bring it back and leave it there for a day so that they could diagnose the problem. ITS THE CAMSHAFT SENSOR! We know the problem, repair it! They said I would be fine to drive it and that I wouldnt break down, but I can barely get it started and continuously running. So now Im in the market for a new car.Thank you again, Brian, for your help throughout this ordeal.
