Woke up to a flat tire on Sunday. Inflated it enough to drive to Caton’s and leave for Night Drop. Next morning repair was done. Found nail in the tread. Always excellent service at Caton’s. I started having issues with what I suspected was wheel bearings. They identified my right front bearings was the issue and while replacing, they let me know my brake pad was worn and offered to replace with no additional labor costs. Since I had it in, I asked them to check other bearings as a preventive measure. They alerted me that the right rear bearings also had play but it was not critical to replace at this time. I appreciated the additional time they took to verify everything was safe and elected to get the work done rather than having to schedule to return at some point in the future. This was my first time going Caton’s Auto. I went in for a oil change and ask for a quote for three services the dealership said I need right away ($1400 all together) . Turns out everything was fine and I only needed the oil change. Not only did they save me $1400 but the service was fantastic. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Phenomenal service. I was told my entire fuel injection system needed replaced (by the chevy dealer of all places) so I opted for a second opinion here. Needed oil changed and check engine light checked out before school started, they were able to get us in the next day. They are the best!! We’ve gone through several mechanics in the area until Caton’s. Have been going to them over 10 years and they are always super friendly and upfront, never charging for needless work. My favorite story is going to them when the sliding door in my minivan stopped working. Got a call from Adam explaining he pushed the button on the console but didn’t see any other problem, could I elaborate. Didn’t charge me a thing! Knew right then we found our auto shop for life!!!

Fair price. Honest shop. I was quoted a price and when I picked my truck up, the price was actually cheaper because a part they thought needed to be replaced turned out to be good. So, instead of replacing it and charging me, they only replaced what was needed. I would never have known the difference. I live in NY. I am definitely not used to that!

This was my very first time at Catons, and I have to say I am impressed with the service my car received. From check-in to check-out, everything was awesome!
