They are great. They treat me and my family as though we are their family. Friendly service and accurate repairs. No pushy sales tactics.
I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.-They have tried to scam my wife and overcharge on small jobs...many times.-They are extremely slow to check on simple issues such as a flat tire.- There is a problem every time I interact with them-They are extremely expensive compared to local shopsDO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
This place doesnt even deserves a one star. Appointment was at 1030 am. It is 1:36 pm and still have not place vehicle into the bay yet. Poor customer service. Poor management skills. This place does not deserve to be there. I will never go there ever again.
Really quick service. Great staff. Bad Experience.I thought my flat tire was because the tires were ten years old or had a puncture. I brought my car in and purchased four new tires with rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and their road hazard warranty. The morning after the new tires were on, there was a flat again. I thought it was the valve stem, turns out it was my wheels. My steel rims were rusted and the tires couldnt seal properly.They failed to think of that when installing the tires and didnt mention that as a possible issue. I guess they just wanted a quick sale.Now to fix the issue I have to pay for the tires to be placed on the new wheels. If I was told I needed new wheels this would have been a much easier and cheaper experience. Finding wheels to fit tires is much harder than finding tires to fit wheels.
Very busy place. Call ahead and confirm! that they got you in schedule. If you deal with Bruce or John, you are lucky and you can expect to receive friendly and good customer service. They are eager to help and they really seem to enjoy helping out customers. When you call definitely ask for one of those two by name. After you pick up your vehicle, make sure to ask if theyve topped off the fluids (windshield and coolent).
Place is a terrible time waster. Made an appointment for 230 to get four new tires and an alignment. Dropped off the car and was told it would take two hours. 2-1/2 hours later, I stop by to pick up the car and nothing has been done. Guy tells me he had three people walk out on him. This place is obviously run like a circus. I need new tires on my other car but there’s no way that I would ever return to this place.
You get what you pay for here. They are very anxious to sell you tires & extended tire rotation warranty, but never seem to have time it actually do the rotation after purchase. When I finally got an appt. for oil change & tires rotation &waited for 5 hours they ‘forgot to rotate the tires’ and change the oil maintenance light back. Honestly I am questioning if they did anything. DO NOT USE THEM!
This was easily one of the best customer service experiences of my 59 years! Carl did an awesome job...actually rolled the wheel/tire out to show me the source of the leak, then carried the wheel out to show me what the cause was (salt corrosion), and then brought it out again after repair to show me what it’s supposed to look like. He & John answered all my questions, and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you...I’ll be back!
Booked my appointment online and it said it was going to be 1 hour wait time. When I got there the price was a few bucks higher than the online price. I was than told it would be 2 hours. After 1hr and 45mins my car was still in the lot. At that point I asked for my keys back. I was not going to wait another hour for them to do an oil change.The cost was the same as the dealer minus the amenities offered at the dealership. Not even the courtesy coffee that most small shops offer. Never got the internet to work so I couldnt work while I waited. My Verizon signal was way too low to hotspot. No sanitizer in the waiting area so you can sanitize after touching the pens that every customer has used when signing the acknowledgement of service.Go to Groupon and get a coupon for another shop. Save your time and money. Even the non chain shops will be better than this place.
Very unprofessional, I made an appointment for 11:30am for tire balance and rotation. 2 hrs later I was still waiting with no updates or explanation. After asking, they said that they had no idea when they can start on my car and once they start it will take 1 1/2 hr. Iwondering i
This place gets one review because my mom had took her car car up there at 8 AM it has been in has been sitting there since eight it is now almost 6 oclock and theyre taking hours to just put on two tires this place has poor community service my mom keeps calling up there they keep saying theyll get on it but have not got on it yet would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only come here if you want to be lied to and stolen from. I recently placed an order online for tires and was quoted $375. My card card was run for $430. I Selected No tpms kit because none of my sensors were broken. I was charged extra for the tires and they installed their tpms sensor without my permission. I sent my daughter to ntb thinking had everything set up and was taken advantage of. When I called Todd, the called store manager he was rude and dismissive and hung up on me. Todd told me the sensor had to be replaced because of safety laws. LIER! You do not have to replace a perfectly good sensor!! Do not be fooled because this is 100% a lie and corporate confirmed this to me. I am now working with corporate but Todd also changed my original order in the system to match his lies but I have screenshots. Its called character, develope some! You have been warned, do business with them at your own risk.
Incredibly pleased with my experience at this NTB. Went in for an oil change and to see what was wrong with my cooling system. The whole staff, especially John Allen, were very friendly, and I received excellent customer service. They found the source of my coolant leak, fixed it, had my oil change finished, all within 2 hours and at SUCH a great price. Never going back to Jiffy Lube (or anywhere else for that matter) for an oil change again, and will always go to NTB when I need my car serviced. Thank you, John, and the whole NTB crew!
Came in with an appointment, was served quickly and was in and out in about an hour and a half, having all four tires replaced. Good all around experience and reasonable price for mounting and balancing which I got by ordering my tires through Tire Rack.

Was very accommodating, especially, since I didnt purchase anything. Needed tire pressure checked, had on a back brace and couldnt bend to check it (they never knew), the Service Technician came out, checked all my tires, fixed the problem. Super attitude 🤠!
My experience at NTB in Lake Ridge, Woodbridge was great! I got a screw in my tire while shopping at Potomac Mills. Called these guys one hour before closing, and they told me to come on over because they will try to fix it on the spot. John was especially helpful, explained everything in detail and provided exceptional customer service. General Manager Todd was very knowledgeable and saved my tire! Even though the screw went under an angle, they knew a trick to get it fixed. Cost me only $30 instead of buying a new tire. Thank you guys!

They really did a disservice to the local community firing the Store Manager David Wheeler. The new Manager is not personable, he is not community minded and he is more about the business than the customer. The main reason that I come to this store was because of the great service I received from David and how he demanded that as well from his staff. The climate has changed drastically with the new manager and it shows in the way the store is operating. I have been a long time customer of this store and now it doesnt matter where I take my vehicle, because I can receive the sub-standard treatment anywhere, including here. Such a sad day when NTB decided to let him go. They really lost an asset to their local business. 👎👎👎👎
The store manager Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. We came in to hopefully just repair my tire but it ended up having to be completely replaced. In and out in less than an hour.
I brought my car in on October 12th because one of my tires was low on air. Upon inspection, due to dry rotting and age, I was told that I needed 4 new tires. I agreed and 4 new tires were ordered and they put air in my one tire that was leaking. They didn’t know when the tires would arrive. On October 16th I noticed that my one tire was flat again do I came into the shop hoping that the tires arrived. The tires had arrived! I was told they could work on it immediately and they did! My complaint has to do with the way my tires and rims looked when I picked my car up. Both my new tires and rims looked like they came from a junkyard. Aren’t the tires, at least, supposed to look new? I just hope they were.
Appointment was at 6 PM was told to drop car off early because they close at 7. Arrived at 4:00. My car was up on the lift at 5:30. At 6:15 was told my tires should of been here 2 days ago. 2 hours of wasted time when it could of easily been avoided. $750 means nothing I know. Inventory guy get some rest please
Worst experience so far. Dropped my car at noon for tires change and i was told it will be done in the afternoon. Followed up with a phone call at 3pm to find out my car hasnt been started working on and my mechanic is at lunch. I mean how are they still in business? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
Traveling to NY, got something in our tire and called to see if they could help or patch the tire. Spoke with John, who not only was very helpful in person, but even gave us directions to their location over the phone. Melvin helped us out in the shop and was even more helpful, finding out that we didn’t need a patch or a new tire, thankfully. These guys at this location were phenomenal. Would give them 10 stars if it would allow me to.

I waited over 10 minutes for one of 2 service writers to assist me, after they took 2-3 telephone calls while I waited. It would have been better to call. Calling in seems to get faster service than those who are in the lobby waiting for service.

I rate this place one star because of their lack of information. I understand that when you are a walk in, you can expect a wait, but a business should be able to give you an estimate of how long it will take before they can service your vehicle. My family and I sat in their waiting area for more than 6 hours waiting on our vehicle. If I had known it would take all day (literally, they didnt start working on our vehicle until 30 minutes before they closed), I would have made arrangements to get my family home. Unfortunately, we were all together and stuck in their waiting area. I wont use this place again!Update: Two days after our tires were replaced our breaks started making an awful noise. It was a holiday weekend so I had to wait until four days after our tires were replaced to take it to my mechanic. Turns out that our break pads, disks, and rotors all needed to be replaced. There is no way this happened in two days, yet no one mentioned it to us at NTB. I asked my mechanic if this is something that should have been brought to our attention when the tires were replaced and they said if you had them done by a place that does brakes too, yes. I am so disappointed because they allowed us to put our entire family in danger. Even if they didnt have time to repair them, they should have at least advised us of how bad they were yet no one said anything!
Mr. Josh Allen at NTB off Harbor Dr. in Woodbridge, VA provided exceptional service to me this afternoon. Even on an understaffed day, I was still in and out very quickly.

Mixed. Promised delivery with installation of tires to occur on 11 Sep @1pm; NOT. It appears the delivery of my tires didnt occur. Tire delivery NOW occurs only once a week vice three times a week. To date, no phone call or email with delivery status of tires ordered. Disappointing, very disappointing
Kind, courteous, great work. I wish it didnt take that long to rotate tires and get an oil change, but they did a great job and they were exceptionally nice and informative. It was about 2 hours which I guess is standard for rotating tires and an oil change and Im probably more impatient than most people. They let me know about other stuff I needed to pay attention to and potentially get done sooner rather than later (like a low cell battery). I would recommend this place based on their customer service alone :)
Didnt have an appointment but they were able to change my tires within my time frame. Nekin was amazing and really helped me out! He had to find specific tires to fit my vehicle. Ill definitely will be back again in the future.
My son got a flat tire, and had no spare. My husband took to flat tire off and I ran it up to NTB. The technician, and I wish I got his name, came off the job he was working to mount the new tire on the rim so I could get back to my son. They have always been good to me there! Thank you!
This was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever visited. I own my own shop but was far from it when I needed an alignment. NEVIN took my car at 9:30am on a Sunday and they never called, so I decided to call at 4PM. They asked me to come in at 4:30pm but had not brought my car in and they closed at 5PM. With an attitude Nevin called me over and said he could not work on my car because the alignment bolts were loose. I explained they were loose because the upper control arm was new and I didnt want to overtighten since the alignment tech was going to need to adjust them. I will never use this place again and NTB will not get any buisness from me or my clients. Nevin was arrogant as if he owned NTB and showed poor customer service skills in his interactions with me. It is easy to fool someone who has no understanding but when you run into someone who can call your bluff, you look like a fool.
The guys got me and on a last minute job that I really needed done same day. did a great job.

Set an appointment for a simple tire balance and rotation as called for by tire warranty on the tires purchased from this location. Arrived and waited while the work was being done. The staff member failed to note my ticket that I was in the waiting room. As a result my car was not worked on for over 90 minutes and after the work was completed, I waited another 30 minutes until the staff informed my car was done. So a 2 and half hour wait, but the real kicker was that after all that time when I went to get the car, the tires had NOT been rotated because the ticket was not completed correctly - so I have to go back again!So upshot of this is to double check the ticket says ‘waiting’ if you are waiting and the it includes all the work you want done.

I had a 4:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation on Monday October 1st. Ask them to check tire pressure because light would charge me on. Light is still coming on and there was no reference to tires at all in receipt. I left Merchants at 7:11. They had to send out for my synthetic oil because they didn’t have in stock. Made the call for oil at 6:05. What in the hell were you doing all that time?

Quickly diagnosed the issue I was having and called me the same day with resolution/recommendation. They fixed it and vehicle was ready to be picked up before they closed; I did not have an appointment and was surprised that it was turned around so quickly as a walk-in customer.
I went to Merchants Tire twice to get a tire plugged. The first time, I visited them 45 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and they did not have a car in the shop. But they told me that they could not fix my tire then; that I would have to come back. So I came back the next morning at 9AM. They have about 8 bays available, and only had one car being worked on. However, they told me again that they could not work on my car right then. I would have to leave it with them. To top it off, they said they didnt know when they could get to it. A tire repair by a tire shop with a single customer in sight. Theres customer service for you. I guess my little tire repair would not earn them enough $$ to bother with. I am new to the area and have been looking for a mechanic that I can take my two cars to when needed. Merchants is literally within walking distance of my house. However, based on this first experience with them, I will definitely keep looking. Dear Merchants: Heres a tip: not every repair job will net you a boat payment. But repeat customers will keep you in business.

This was a terrible mistake using this place. I had an appointment . I came in left my truck as planned. When I returned as planned no work had been done. I asked what happened and the explanation was they had no tires to fit. No call to let me know and no effort to correct a miserably failed mission. Thanks for nothing. I will not return.

Went to have one tire checked because it was losing air frequently. I said that I had set the appointment to have it replaced (Id already selected the replacement tire) but wanted them to check it first. They check and recommended replacing two of the tires (I had expected this as a possibility since they were the same age/similar condition). I said to go ahead and replace both and asked if they would be the same as what I had on the van. They said it would be. They said that they couldnt have it ready that evening. I repeatedly asked for it to be ready first thing the following morning as we were leaving to go out of town to Pennsylvania for a funeral. I was told that they opened at 7 and would have it ready for me by 8... well that didnt happen. It was not ready until 9 which caused us to be rushed to get out of town and to the funeral. I was already stressed enough dealing with the loss of my aunt, then to have my van not ready when promised was more than I wanted to deal with. No one explained the charges and I was not given the option to accept or decline additional charges, such as lifetime balancing/rotation. I paid for my van without checking the charges (shame on me) since I was in a rush to get out of there. Then when we looked at the tires (after getting to Pennsylvania) that they had given us the wrong (different) tires. So, after being promised the van to be ready at 8 and it being ready an hour late, finding out I was charged for things I didnt want or ask for, and finally having the wrong tires put on the van... I was done! Thankfully my husband called and spoke to a very helpful service adviser, Kelsey, who made arrangements with us to have the correct tires put on and made notes to share with the service manager the following morning. I do not plan to purchase tires or to continue servicing my van at Merchants again after this situation, but Im thankful to Kelsey for her help in correcting the mistakes of others and the excellent customer service that she provided.
I paid to have them replace break line in my V6 truck. When I came to pick it up I paid the high price and as I drove off my breaks did not work and I had to downshift to first and stall out to stop. I got truck back to shop pissed. I found out they decided to NOT replace the whole break line but cut it at a rusted area and attach there. The rusted line failed. They did not even bother to check it before allowing me to drive off. I could have been hurt or worst. They had the chance to make things right after I called head quarters and the manager called me back. He asked me how to make it right I told him you decide you dropped the ball. he asked again I said dont charge me full price or drop the price. Its up to you, dont ask me, you tell me what you plan to do to make it right. He said he would think about it and call me back. He never called back of course... ever. The other merchants on dale blvd., i paid previous year to change all my breaks. I went for inspection 3 days after paying them and they never changed the break pads. I failed inspection. Merchants belong on Channel 7 News on your side. RIP OFF ALERT! Let me respond to their response of we care blah blah blah please contact me at email or call... You had your chance when I did call. BUYERS BEWARE!
Absolutely the worst. Against my better judgement I came because I just needed an oil change and I did not have the time to drive the car to my mechanic in Fairfax. I came in for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and wheel aliment. I was in a rush because I was using my lunch break to do this. I wrote everything I needed legible and neatly on the paper with my phone number. A few hours later I received a call stating they cannot find my account with merchant tires. After servicing my car 7 times earlier in the year for unneeded and ineffective service. After providing 3 possible numbers I was still told that they could not find me. Then I received another phone call a hour later telling me I need $700+ worth of work (tires, cabin filter, air filter, windshield wipers). Seriously, 6 days before Christmas. I told them no and to only do the oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. Nevertheless, I show up at 3:15 pm to check on my car and for an explanation to what they were saying.... Nope! I get told we cannot find your account and you were in a rush so this is what happens 😳🤔🤔. So you cant read numbers or you cant type because thats what it sounds like what happened to me. I was asked to wait and someone will be right with me because now were helping people on the phone instead of the people that are physically in their face. After waiting an hour I decided to leave so I could go to my second job on time. I decided to go back once I finished work which was like an hour later. So around 5:45 pm, I go back into merchants tires to check on my car. As soon as I walk in someone is just hanging around not actually doing anything but then the person walks into the office, sits there for a few more minutes doing nothing. Finally Mr. Allen showed up to save the day 🤗. He explained everything, gave me a great quote on the tires I allegedly needed, was just so pleasant, and helpful. Unfortunately, I have been taken advantage of by merchant tires on two previous occasion. When I contacted corporate, they refunded me for the unnecessary diagnostic fee, sent coupons, and told me to only visit the merchants I trust instead of expecting professionalism, honesty, and effective workmanship from them all. Well again, thank God for Mr. Allen, lately he is saving the day.
Fantastic customer service! Took nail in tire and brought it in near quitting time. They repaired it quickly and did not charge me. I will definitely return to buy new tires!!
How does an oil change take two hours. Wish it was quicker service but least the price is cheap. Just super super slow. Even with an appointment. And appointments are basically a requirement here. If you have time to kill, by all means go. Otherwise its rough.
Told me a fairly accurate time period for my wait. Took great care of me. Had a military discount when I asked. Prices were comparable or cheaper than similar places nearby even without discount. Friendly employees.
4 hours late in putting wheels on my truck. And would have taken longer if I hadnt threatened to have the work completed elsewhere (I watched as truck sat on lift for 1.5 hours with no one completing work on it). They broke a TPMS sensor, then overcharged for replacement ($50 for a $15 OEM part). And the sensor is still not working! But, I refuse to let them touch my vehicle again so Ill take it somewhere else.Please read the reviews. They are chronically understaffed, and late with repairs. It appears that all of the NTB shops in the area have poor ratings. And seemingly some questionable business practices have been reported by others. The local Pepboys and Firestone both have better customer reviews.
Imagine scheduling an appointment for 9:30amOne other person scheduled ahead of you at 8am for an oil change. Three and one half hours later I call to find out. Work has not started and Im next. Upon arrival Manager Wheeler says hey we will take care of me on my next oil change visit. Are you kidding me like Im coming back!?!?!

Tried to book an appointment, but they said it was first come first serve. Dropped the car off at 11:30am and it hadnt moved at all 3 hours later. Staff is not very friendly, and the service is slow. Try somewhere else first.
Third time ( might ) be a charm. Took my car in twice before asking to check tires because TPMS light was showing low pressure...second time had them ROTATE THE TIRES (because of warranty) and they never saw the nail. Driving at highway speed on 28 my tire goes flat. guessing they would rather their customer die in an accident than give them a new tire under warranty. On the up side I truly appreciate Kelsey making matters right. Hoping against hope that the lug nuts were put on properly this time. Cant say I have a good track record with them but am stuck due to the warranty. Im actually a little scared to drive the car after they worked on it. If you must go here... make sure Kelsey is in the office.
DO NOT GO HERE! THESE GUYS OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. THEY CHARGE 120 DIAG. FEE ON TOP OF THE 150 AC RECHARGE FEE WHEN RECHARGING AC SYSTEM. You can go to jiffy lube down the road for the same thing for 200 flat, which includes the leak testing and the recharge. Do not waste your time with this shop.

I have been using Merchants for seven years and have never had a bad experience. They have always provided detailed estimates and present options for the work required to ensure you have the option to choose the most inexpensive solution. I trust their analysis and will continue to trust their work.
I have been to this place at least 5 times, only because there are not a lot of other tire places close by that ever have what I am looking for. The appointment system is a joke. I have scheduled an appointment each time, and every time it takes hours and hours to do simple work like a tire change. Why even set the expectation of an appointment when you can never meet it? They will also always try to sell you on something that has nothing to do with the reason you came in, but that is not all that unusual, you just have to be willing to say no, a couple of times. I would never have any work done here other than replacing tires. I have no trust in their ability to do anything more complex.
I used to buy my tires there, it is a shop, busy, they work well with customers. Good place.

The service was good, once it started. I had and appointment to put on 4 tires at 11AM on Sunday my car wasn’t ready till 330PM and I waited around.
The service isnt too bad and the guys are all pretty friendly but they upsell way too hard. When I go in and I specify what I want twice, dont try to change my mind again. Especially by just repeating yourself. I can tell that merchants is making them upsell but it doesnt look like theyve trained these guys on consultative sales skills. Id recommend them, they do great work, just dont expect to be right in and out .
Ive used this Merchants a few times, the experience has never been great or terrible. The last time we went to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, Rick took care of us. He wasnt the fastest on the computer, but he was extremely friendly. Hes the reason I decided to write this review. I was very happy dealing with Rick, specifically. I cant speak for any of the other employees, none of our other visits were memorable either way.
I have had my car worked on here for several years. They always greet me by name when I walk in the door unannounced. I work nearby, so it is convenient to use them. They always give me the internet coupon discounted oil change even though I can never get the coupon to download on my computer. The work is generally completed in 1 day. Like most car repair places they often find repairs that may or may not need to be done at that time, but it would cost me more to have to take off work to bring it to another repair shop for verification.
If youre cool with getting robbed blind, I would suggest visiting this place on a daily basis even on holidays. If youre a normal person and not cool with getting robbed blind, Id suggest NEVER EVER going to this place.Brought my car in for an oil change today, was called 2 hours later saying there were about $2,500 worth of things wrong with my car and if I wanted to pass inspection I needed to fix them. Thankfully I decided to get my car inspected before going ahead with the costly repairs and what do you know, my car passed. Long and short, these people are scum bags that will do anything for extra money.
Quick in and out without a appointment. Problem with my brakes. After checking them it turned out to be a broken bolt. It was a covered repair under the warranty and having the brakes done by Merchants was free. Great service!!!
If i could rate this place they would get no stars from me, it was hard for me even tapping the one star. First time ever coming here & my LAST! I brought my car in for a simple oil change & tire rotation, when they finished and i started to drive my car i heard a knocking noise. I immediately called them to see what the problem was, they told me to bring it in so i did. When i brought my car in Jay Mollison the service manager told me they looked at it and my ENGINE MONT WAS BROKE!! & told me i would need to pay 390.00 to get it fixed. i was livid at that point. I left & called the manager David wheeler Monday when they first opened. He told me over the phone to bring it in and that they will check it out because there is no way your engine mont should be broke. When i brought my car back in for a 3rd time the manager David wheeler tells me the same thing. They messed my car up and i WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT YOUR OIL CHANGED OR ANYTHING I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! They treat your car like its nothing.
I would avoid this location if possible. I have had tires replaced and oil changes performed on several cars by the technicians at this place. Every time I have had done business with Merchants there has always been issues after. I should have learned my lesson the first time. However, I like to give businesses extra chances. Unfortunately Merchants has continue to provide my with sub par service and will be losing my business as well as my family and friends for the foreseeable future. BE WARY OF THE TIRES THEY SELL.
Booked an appointment for tire repair at 11am. At 11:50, they came and asked where the lug nut lock was. I asked if anything had even been done on the truck yet and was told yes, they’d moved it into the shop! After giving explicit instructions on location of lug nut lock, was told it wasn’t there. Started freaking out a bit, concerned about how we would repair the nail in the tire puncture when they finally told me they found it, exactly where i told them it would be! Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they weren’t rude at all.
Dave and John are very wonderful people and always helping customers in any car service. Mechanics are good in pointing out mechanical services needed for the car.
Dont go here. No one will help you check in within 15 minutes. They never called to tell me they patched the tire. I called the next morning, -and got the vibe that they misplaced the tire, and searched for it while I was on hold for 10 minutes. Ive been here over 10 minutes now and no one has managed to come to the desk to give me the tire.Go to the Dale City one. Theyre decent there.
When I arrived for an oil change, they started on my car and 5 minutes in, I was asked to see my car. Apparently the hose to the radiator was broken. I asked how that happened and I was told the worker pulled on it and it broke. It needed to be replaced the total bill was 290.00. Although, they gave me 50.00 off the labor, I was not happy. I may not go back.
Dropped my car off for new tires in the evening and was told I would get a call in the morning when it was done. Its been over 9 hours since they opened and is still not done. Its been up on the lift for the past half hour and no one has touched it. Cant imagine any circumstances in which I would come back here. Leaving 2 stars because at least the staff is friendly.
We have all of our services done at Merchants. Including buying our tires and getting the road hazard warranty. My wifes low tire pressure sensor came on on her way to work. She stopped in so they could air up her tires and they told her she would have to wait an hour. Unacceptable.
Clean, friendly people. Knowledgeable and helpful. Good place for service.
First time actually writing a review...Went to get tires replaced paid $630 (parts and labor) no problem ...20 mins into driving on the highway started noticing strong feedback from the steering wheel being unable to turn...turns out power steering hose is damaged and leaking...returned to merchants told the guy this and they wouldnt admit that they might have actually damaged this part while working on the car earlier...after much haggling over this subject i worked down from $480 to dish out $215 out of pocket just to replace a part that they damaged. And for the inconvenience they were charging me Just for the part when it turns out the part can actually be found anywhere from $30-$140 (2004 camry)...overall extremely displeased with their service at this location Im hoping no-one else runs into this sort of scam at merchants on any of their affiliated tire service stations......
Staff is very nice and friendly, wait room cozy. Wait time was long, even with an appointment.
I got my oil changed as I have been at this location for the past 2 yrs. My tire pressure light came on not even 2 mins after I picked up my car I returned to the same location to have one of the workers check it the mechanic that assisted me was beyond great he said the TP on all 4 tires where good and he wasn’t sure why it was on. The Tpm was still on I asked BRUCE if he could kindly just put in writing what happened. He gave me such a hard time, horrible service he was beyond frustrated and realized I was not backing down from my SIMPLE request he got the store manager thankfully, who was beyond kind and completed what I had asked which took less than 2 mins but took bruce more then 10 mins contradicting me and combating me. From my first day walking into this location Bruce has been so combative with me, I knew in my gut to stick to my original location which is a little further from my house hint why I decided to come to this location since I moved but I assumed the custimer service here would be just a great. Sure I could go back to my original location but why? That’s out of my way now. I want peace of mind When I get my car serviced not have to prepare for a debate every time I go their. I think he forgets I’m the customer.
Set up an appointment to get two front tires put on; I was told it would be $35.00 a piece to get them on(I had already purchased the new tires before arriving). I get there and the tech writes up the invoice and tells me itll be $251.00 to get the tires mounted. Somebody has to be kidding me.. Never again will I deal with NTB!
I was told that the work would take longer which was disappointing. Then I was called saying that it was done. When I called back they could not find my keys so I could pick up. Picked up the next day and was told that the keys were in the truck. I noticed days later that a couple of my wheels are covered with greasy finger prints. Not a place I recommend.
I went to buy 4 new tires. They broke 2 of my hub caps and tried to tell me it was wear and tear and it was my responsibility to pay for it and not theirs.The 1st gentlemen told me he would replace it. The other guy who had nothing to do with the conversation was rude, arrogant, belligerent and made it a point to talk down to me. We were yelling at each other from across the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! The absolute worse service I have ever had

They failed my inspection because of the missing battery hold down. Fine, I accepted the repair. They put in a crabby rubber battery hold down which broke apart after 2 months. Since then, I came back to ask for a replacement EVERY MONTH! But at every return, I got a different reason:1st time: Too late, we will close in 1 hour2nd time: the guy who did inspection already left for the day3rd time: still many cars before me, afraid not enough time to do it today4th time: a guy took down my name and phone number (with the presence of the manager there) to assure someone would call me once they ordered the part. But after 4 months, I never heard a single call.5th time: we no longer do inspection!
