Jiffy Lube has made a name for itself for its fast service and great customer satisfaction.I am happy to say that this particular service center didnt disappoint. As soon as you drive up to this place, a customer representative would come up and ask you for the kind of service you require from them. Once you tell them what you need, they then ask you to take a seat insdie their office and take your car for the service.I specifically went for an oil change at this location. Inside, they have a vending machine for some basic drinks and you could see the work being done to your car through the glass. The place is clean and well maintained, has a few seats for customers to sit and the entire process took only a few minutes so you wont be spending a lot of time indoors waiting for your car.They topped up all the fluids, did the oil change and inflated the tire to the correct level. They also cleaned the windows which was a good touch from their part. The synthetic oil change along with the labour charges cost me around $99 which was a little expensive but the prices are comparable to other similar service centers.

They left my oil drain plug slightly open and I leaked a quart of oil for a few days. They owned up to it, and gave me what of the quart of oil I used would cost ( I use special oil). They topped it off with their pennzoil, but i do not like mixing oil. I was displeased with the interaction. It could be a one off incident. I have been there after in a different vehicle and everything seems fine, but be careful.

I never had a problem there. They honor my coupons. They are quick. I can never point to anything negatively Ive experienced there.2 Good jiffy lube by me.

Ive been to this Jiffy Lube before but I really must write a review about my experience today because it was truly exceptional. I had pretty extensive damage due to another shop insisting that my brakes were fine a few months ago when I had requested the pads be looked it. I knew that the costs would be high and I knew that work needed to be done quickly when I heard my brakes grind. I called this Jiffy Lube and they were able to see me the second I left work. The entire time I was there, I was not only updated on the status but a mechanic took the time to explain to me what repairs were happening but also why they were happening. The explanation was given with care and was a learning experience that few other mechanics have taken the time to provide. I cant say that I know too much about cars but instead of being dismissed or being left in the dark over the status of my vehicle, the mechanic took his time to teach me and spoke to me with respect and I truly believe that deserves recognition. Later, I looked up the average cost of repairs and was prepared for a VERY hard hit. Once someone called and gave me an estimate though, I was very pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the total costs were. Overall, just a wonderful experience in solving a problem that I was terrified by. I highly recommend their services.

Great convenient spot. We stopped at 5pm and were greeted by a friendly and ready staff who checked all the fluids, tires, windows and especially the oil change all in a few minutes and went on our way. A little pricey compared to other quick change places but the convenience was worth it

Went in for an oil change, ended up getting new air filters. Not 1-2 hours later my check engine and oil light go on and off. Went back to another Jiffy location and was told further diagnostics needed - MORE $$ - never had any issues with my car. Suspicious timing.. Drivers BE WARNED.

I bring my oil and filter to get a oil change they charge me 40 dollars for service but they never change the oil i have to go somewhere else to see for my self the oil wass to dirty i call a person name andre i tell him what happens he tell me that he will check the cameras and call me back but 3 days later and never call me im not recommended this place

Came in around 8 am and were told that it would take 30 minutes so we decided to wait. At the end, it took them over 2 hours for some basic service because they didnt have the required liquids (which was not mentioned until after we were already waiting for one hour). The worst part was the lack of communication - no updates unless you asked and time estimates were always inaccurate. Its ok if it takes longer but let the customers know! We could have taken care of other things instead of wasting time waiting. Based on our experience, I unfortunately cant recommend this location.

As they were working on my car I heard the crew comminicate good and they were very knowledgeable on what they were doing but Andre who I’m guessing is the head manager was disrespecting his employees, cursing at them, calling them names, and as they being fast and efficient he was still treating them like they were slaves, the car part of the company is well but what ever goes on inside the business I feel like it’s not

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND GOOD SERVICE GO ELSEWHERE. This location is understaffed as explained by the cashier. I Came in for oil change and rear diff service. Paid over $150.00 for both services only to wait over an hour and a half for them to begin draining my vehicles differential. 5 customers came after me and left before me as my vehicle was moved up the bay and ignored while others were serviced.

First time getting my car serviced at this location and I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service I received.

I was here yesterday in a torrential downpour and the super kind employee at the front desk brought out a huge umbrella to keep me dry as he escorted me to my car. I’ll be back for sure!

Showed up without an appointment on the afternoon of 11/9/2019. Every single employee greeted me or said goodbye in the friendliest way. Never expected my day to be made brighter by staff at an oil change place, but these guys/gals rocked!

Ive been taking my car here since I moved back in the area in 2016. Theyre very fast and friendly and dont push anything additional on you that you dont really need. I even brought in a bulb to change, since for some reasons car companys want to make that a dealer service just to make you pay more money. These guys did it for me and didnt charge me for the extra work since when I asked for it during my oil change, they did not have the bulb.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the prices were higher than a dealership, coupons are few and far other Jiffy Lubes have coupons and lower prices would not price match their own brand. Maybe doesnt care about losing customers to other locations just wanted to share my experience, I can tide a tad bit further for a better deal just something to think about...

Quick and thorough, just tell them upfront you are not interested in anything but the oil change, they get it. Its is there job to try to upsell, but wont if you ask nicely. The ladies and gents that work there are nice people and know their business! 5 stars!

Quick easy longer hours for those of us who work longer than regular mechanics stay open without having to take days off. They were done with my oil change before i even had a chance to sit down...

There a young gentleman who work there name Fred he was so nice and helpful...also the whole establishment is well put together everybody is well knowledgeable and very friendly I recommend everybody to go here there fast and well trained the also check everything on your car let you know that there a promblem and give u a decision instead of making one for you I absolutely love this place and I think a lot off people would to also very well put together

The customer service was top notch!I pulled up and was politely greeted by a nice young man, Justin, I believe. Then inside was again, very politely greeted by a young lady, Naisbeth. They were quick, but thorough. And, in my 20+ years of getting oil changes, they advertise vacuuming and usually dont even bother. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the outside of the windows and did a exceptional job vacuuming the inside. This was my first time at this location and would recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact there was another customer there that said he only comes to this location but lives 2 towns over.Great Job and Thank You, Naisbeth and Justin!!!! And also the tech that did the actual oil change, I unfortunately did not get his name.

Got in and got out quickly. The price was what I expected. They didnt try too hard to upsell me additional services. The staff was friendly. The waiting area was at a comfortable temperature and the bathroom was clean. Would use these folks again.

Have been here a few times, and it is in decline. It use to be good until they emptied my antifreeze, and then the very last time they told me they were only taking cash, so I walked to get cash, and then they told me they didnt have the right filter and couldnt do the oil change. Had to take my car to valvoline which was much better.

I have found it! I will always come here to get fast and reliable oil changes and no b.s. on what needs to be done asap and things I should be ready to in the near future. Thanks for the honest work!

I used to get my oil change in Sayreville until I stopped in to this Jiffy Lube. They gave me excellent customer service and Elaine took good care of me. This is now my new spot for oil changes!

I just left here and got a full synthetic oil change. Employees very fast, efficient, nice and professional. I notice everything and always check everything over once I leave. I dont understand the bad reviews? Bad experiences happen everywhere and if you had a bad experience at 1 doesnt mean it will happen here. As to the person who said they make up there own prices..... Every place that changes oil has a different price. Go shopping around and you will see that. Also to the so called people who know it all, how the hell do you know that they are using cheap oil? Are you there at the oil company who fills the oil in the truck? Are you there when it gets delivered? Have you actually tested the oil and compare it to other oils? Same goes for gas stations lol how do you know thats not the fuel they say youre getting? Says premium but it might be regular haha

The Manager went over everything that was done to my car and suggested services that I should consider. I appreciated that. There was no hard sell. Really friendly and efficient staff, they open doors for you and always have free coffee. I have been going to this location for years. Keep an eye out for those coupon mailers, sometimes you get a $12 off coupon.

Id leave 0 but wasnt an option.THEY RUINED MY CAR, ENGINE DONE!! So before they completely ruined my engine 3 weeks ago, I had an oil change from them, that night my engines knocking car sounds like its going to explode. Call them, they come to my home in long branch. They put a bent up faulty filter in which would of ruined my engine/car. My mistake ever going back, but i work nxt door in woodbridge, anyway this is second visit after 1st incident. Car shuts off on parkway-same sounds. Have AAA, they dont come to parkway, spend 250 to tow to find out now THEY GOT METAL IN MY ENGINE! My car was shot! They completely ruined my 2015 elantra! NEVER TAKE CAR HERE! If they did thka to me twice in a row, God knows how many cars they destroyed. Im still in communication with lawyer. Metal in my engine and oil pan!

I will definitely return to Jiffy Lube because first impressions are every thing. I forget the womans name but she was great! My car needed an air filter that I thought I was costly. She didnt pressure me into getting it done. She showed me what my old one looked like and she took the time out to explain to me thr benefits of replacing it. So I got the air filter replaced as well. Also, the mechanics did a great job vacuuming and cleaning my windows!!

I was in and out in 20 minutes! I Got to use a coupon online with no hassle as well.

Went there a few times. Location is nice for a lunch visit from work because of Wawa. Nothing overly professional or notably unprofessional. This place will do the work quickly and successfully. I would remind them to put a sticker on your dash for a oil change reminder.

If you bring your car here, check the undercarriage after you leave.They broke two bolts on my truck, one on the skid plate and one on the drain plug cover. Not only did they not fix what theyd done, but they used regular household screws to secure the two items and DIDNT EVEN TELL ME about the damage. When I finally noticed it a couple of.months later and complained to corporate, they offered to fix it, but after bringing it in and waiting two hours, they told me they were unable to drill out either of the bolts that they had snapped off. So I gave up and left.I was going to leave well enough alone even after all of that, but as I pulled out on to the very busy highway outside their location, I realized that theyd neglected to fully close my hood. Im just lucky that the secondary latch held on until I was able to find somewhere to pull over. So yeah...1 star.

They did what was needed in a short, professional, fairly priced fashion.

They were very nice and friendly. The girl behind the counter even came out from behind the counter and opened the door for everyone to leave after she checked them out. Also, while I was there, a woman stopped in to have her tire pressure looked at. They said no problem. Soon they came back and said they filled all 4 tires. She asked if she could pay them and they said no, free of charge.
