Chewed through a wheel bearing transiting I-95 in Woodbridge VA this past Father’s Day. Made it to the Coastal Station in Lake Ridge Virginia…barely. The gentleman there fixed it within two hours and charged me a shockingly fair price. He salvaged the weekend for me. Fast, friendly, fair, and professional, what more could you ask for! Kudos Coastal!!

Really fast walk-in emissions and safety inspections. Im recommending this to everyone.

Currently, if we talk about gas go there because their price is very good, service good.

I came in today on a rainy last day of the month to get my state inspection. It completely slipped my mind mind and I work at Quantico where they might not let you on base if your inspection is expired, so needless to say I was really stressed out about finding a place that would be open on Sunday and where I would not be waiting all day. So it was such a blessing to come here and have Mr. Mandeep greet me and tell me that he would be able to take care of me. I was in and out in no time flat! I am extremely happy and grateful and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Got my inspections performed for $20 and got charged $45 for two small light bulbs replacement that was performed within 5 minutes in front of me. I was so surprised that the bulb replacement cost so much. Almost as much as an oil change. Ill definitely wont go for any repairs here in the future for the fear getting charge out of my ears.

The auto guy told me to hurry in and he would do my emissions fast.. I wasted my entire break at this dirty shop waiting for him to take me and he never did.. I will never be back also I probably saved myself a flat tire the inside of the shop is no better than the outside.. btw when I confronted him he said he had another car he was working on.. 1) yeah he did but he begged me to come at noon so he could hurry and do it for me when I said one would be better then he made me sit 25 minutes when I told him I had a 30 min lunch break... the guy is a jerk and if he lied about this little stuff I can’t imagine what else he would lie about.. .. photo attached see for yourself... not a false statement and anyone who replies to all their reviews the way you do clearly has something to hide.. most all of your reviews are bad and for good reason!

It was a good experience. I have used the shop for about 5 years and the prices are the best. Mandeep and his brother treat me like family and if i see them working i know i will be in good hands.

I hate to give this garage less than five stars because I really like The guys that work there. They have always been very nice to me But The last time I went there I was quoted $400 and after a second opinion got the car back for $48

They always have a great selection of candy, snacks, and drinks. I love the Calypso drinks with flavors like Blackcherry lemonade, not too sweet, tangy and delicious fruit flavors. Everyone that works there is nice and friendly. Very helpful.

This place is amazing! They are nice and professional and get the job done in such at reasonable time and at a great cost. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for any repairs needed to be done!

My husband and I come here frequently. I had an inspection done here and it failed.. understandable..I needed replacement lights and new brakes. However.. when I came to get it reinspected at 2:10PM, he told me the inspector would not be back until Tuesday. By then, the 15 days for reinspection would be up And I would be charged another inspection fee. However, Mandeep was nice enough to assist me and take care of getting my car re-inspected without recharging me since I did come initially within the 15 days and they were able to get me in and out. I appreciate the consideration

Very rude, I dont think these people have a clue how to act during a business interaction. And the person acting as the manager was talking with his mouth wide open the whole time with no mask. I will never go back there again. Im talking about the auto repair business.

If you go there please ask for Mandeep . He is very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. When I need any work on my car he explains the options and makes everything super simple. Highly recommend, the best part is their prices, very reasonable.

I will start this off by stating I trust one mechanic and he is a friend that does all my work. That being said I had to go get my emissions and inspection done. I went to Coastal because they are close to my work. I also decided to let them change my oil, just to give them an extra thing to make a few dollars. Well I cannot say they did it right the first time. The did not do my emissions, yet charged me for it and they did my state inspection and did not charge me for it. They also broke my oil cap and didnt notice. When I picked up my car my buddy noticed all the oil under my car, so I took it back and pointed out that they didnt do my emissions and about my oil. They fixed everything for me free of charge and even took responsibility for it. While it concerns me that my oil was messed up and I was lucky my buddy noticed it, I will say that when a places messes up and makes it right and doesnt deny anything, that goes along way in my book. They did not charge me for redoing the oil and they did my other inspection for free. I will take my car back there based on them making a wrong right. Thats good to me.

This is an awesome gas station but the repair side of it is HORRIBLE!!! they refused to service my car because the mechanic on duty at the time said he has a date so, no time. If you are not a regular, they will find ways yo fail your inspections. Unless your car breaks down on the side of the road on a Sunday when all other places are closed, dont ever go there. The customer service is horrible!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU SO YOU SPEND MORE!My car broke down about 50 feet from here... Specifically, my serpentine belt snapped and I needed to have it replaced. Usually this is roughly a $60 repair job and one that I can do myself but figure since I was at a shop Id go ahead and just have them do it for the convenience.I get a call the next day letting me know that the battery is dead and has to be replaced. Serpentine belt powers the alternator which in turn charges the battery, so OF COURSE it was dead. However, rather than even attempting to recharge it, these swindlers tell me that I have to pay $185 just so they can replace the battery to get it into the shop to determine how much it will cost to replace my belt.Needless to say, I was on the phone minutes later with AAA getting my car towed home to replace the belt myself for $12. And on top of that I didnt even need to charge the battery for more than 15 seconds before the car started right up.DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU SO YOU SPEND MORE!

I was at Coastal and got my rotors, brakes and all 4 tires replaced. Service was great and staff was courteous.Keep up the good work.

Took my Audi Q5 to them to do the brake pads. Original quote from dealership was about $1000. Coastal Auto did an impeccable job for $300. One third the cost of the dealership. Cant beat that.

I just came to Coastal to get my emissions done. One of the guys misunderstood what I said, and told the mechanic the wrong thing, and when I told him that it wasnt the service I came for, he did nothing! No discount, no suggestions to fix their error, not even an apology. I had no option on what to do, AND i STILL had to pay for the wrong service!!I came back the next day and Mandeep had already read my review and tried to contact me to fix the error. When i got to the shop, he offered me a 50% discount for my service. Nice guy.

I would not recommend! I came in for a yearly insepection and was told I needed to fix my brakes. They failed me for the inspection because of it. Mind you it had only been a year since I bought the vehicle. So rather than fix my brakes there, I took it for a second opinion. I was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes that they saw needed fix. And passed me for an inspection.

In response to your saying its a false statement:Of course I had to agree to whatever price given at the time. What choice do I have when I was on the way to work and tire was about to run flat?I had tire repairs at least twice before and the price were never above $20. In fact, PepBoys is $20 with balance, Firestone is $20 with balance, HomeTown Auto Repair is free, Steves Auto Repair is free. You said Merchant Tire was $31, but they have wheel balancing; while you did nothing but putting the patch in in less than 10 mins while I was there.As a result, I still maintain my opinion that that was over price.But this time I moved up one star higher for your getting back with me.--------------Dude charged me way over price for repairing tire. Other places charged between $15-$20, but they knew I needed to repair it and charged $27!

I had a very excellent service from the people that work here and I had no problem with my car at all they gave me excellent service when I got here I went different shop for my oil change and brakes but there price was to high then I came here to get my oil change and my brakes done and after I got my oil change and brakes I never had any problem after that and I will recommend all of my friends and my family members to come and get there services done here I really appreciate mandeep for his excellent service and he gave me a good price I will always come here to do my car service.

I went for an oil change and then they took a part from my car, this place is garbage. Edit: since this is the only place Ive ever taken my car, I dont see how per the mechanic maybe you left it somewhere else doesnt make since to me. Also notice that every negative comment the owner response is the same please refrain from making false statements

I brought my car for emissions and the mechanics broke the handle to open the hood and came to me and started cursing at me telling me it was already broken even though I hadn’t accused them yet. When the police showed up they refused to show the police video footage of the car being in the shop. They gave me a fake corporate phone number and refuse to help me fix it or even do the emissions

Good gas price and reasonable car repair

Im not sure about the service area but there is one cashier in here that is very rude and disrespectful. When I was making my purchase i asked the price and got distracted by the tv so she said it again with an attitude. So I asked her if she was in a rush and why she was getting an attitude with me and she said ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT OR NOT. I was in disbelief by the way she was talking to me, so I asked for her name which she refused to give to me and then asked me why I needed her name. I then asked to for the manager and she responded with she;s not here. She was very rude and I will complain to the manager and I just hope that she will be helpful because this gas station is right by my house.

I called them to see if they are doing inspection and the guy was like sure. Drove all the way there and when I got there the mechanic was like I’m done for the day and can’t do it.

Shop not open when they are suppose to be. Came right when they were to open to get an oil change before work, store clerk in gas station just shrugged his shoulders.
